Demonic Delights

Demonic Delights

By Margo Smythe

Prologue

Ihave hunted for her for centuries, for millennia.

A fallen woman with an immaculate bloodline, debased soul, and depraved spirit. Worthy in her vulgarity to become a vessel for my malevolence.

With her heart hardened but not yet blackened, and with her conscience not yet obliterated. Corruptible but not yet fully corrupted.

Even the stench of humanity is beguiling on her somehow, luscious and beckoning. In her, the inherent softness of her feeble, flawed kind is inviting of carnal desire, rather than of the soul-annihilation I have been bestowing on mortals since time immemorial.

And how the thirst for her swells inside me, more powerful even than my thirst for carnage. A thirst that cannot be contained or denied.

I shall ravage her. I shall make her revel in a passion unlike anything she has known. And then I shall fill her womb with my infernal seed.

All that’s needed is a puppet through which I can conduct my devastating will.

And then she shall be mine.

THIRTEEN REPORTED DEAD IN A MASS SHOOTING

Shortly after 9 pm on November 30, 2025, the Hollowmere Hall on the campus of the renowned Thornedale University became a site of unprecedented horror.

A Christmas event planning committee meeting consisting of staff volunteers and their spouses was interrupted by an assailant carrying a bolt-action hunting rifle and several rounds of ammunition. Within minutes, shots sounded and chaos reigned as those present scrambled for cover.

The attacker was identified as Andrew Wilson, 52, a decorated scholar and tenured professor of twenty years.

He was later found dead of unknown causes in his office.

According to those who knew him, Professor Wilson was a kind, mild-mannered man with an aversion to violence.

Some stated that he displayed uncharacteristic agitation in the days leading up to the incident and was more prone to anger than usual.

The only surviving witness who came face-to-face with Wilson is Roxana Moore, 29, a former student and wife of Wilson’s colleague from the history department, Silas Moore, 45.

According to her statement, Wilson cornered her in a second-floor bathroom after shooting one of the victims, Willow Baker, 38, directly in front of her.

Despite pointing his rifle at her at first, Wilson then seemingly changed his mind and left Mrs Moore unharmed.

She claims to know of no reason for being the only one Wilson has granted mercy.

Sources close to her speculate that her youth and physical attractiveness may have been at play.

Wilson then went on to kill his thirteenth and final victim, Owen Pembroke, 43, hiding in a closet on the third floor.

Full report and a complete list of victims can be found on page 4.
