Driok

If I am generally unable to control myself when she is around, having Maggie on my back, moving around, making noises of delight which go instantly to my cock, the appendage un-pouching itself and causing absolute havoc with my ability to fly, is something else.

Mostly because my flight lungs also seem to be affected by the rush of blood to my cock. Fortunately the distance we need to travel is not great, and as soon as I’m on the ground again, I’m shifting back, dropping Maggie to her feet and shoving my cock back into its pouch.

Whether it will stay there is entirely another question. It is a needy part of my anatomy, and it wants to be buried in her. I want to be buried in her ripe little body, one which is growing our sarkarnling. I need her like I need my flight lungs.

But I don’t want to be envenomated either.

This is going to be one of my trickier missions.

“This isn’t looking too positive,” Maggie says, peering around the small clearing I’ve brought her to.

“I would agree.” We walk towards the towering foliage which surrounds us. “Fortunately, before sanity deserted him, I was able to get the secrets of this place from Deus.”

“Deus? Darax’s brother?”

“The very same.”

“The one who’d chew your head off as soon as look at you, the one who used to have this sector as his own?”

“Yes.”

“The one who went missing and hasn’t been seen since.”

“That is Deus.”

“So, we’re in his quadrant, using his stuff, and he’ll kill you as soon as look at you?”

“I’d like to see him try,” I snarl. “Deus may strike fear into the hearts of his enemies but not me.”

He was a much misunderstood warlord after all. As I am. The Butcher of Haldane indeed.

“Because you’re such a big, bad Sarkarnii?” Maggie calls after me.

“I am a Sarkarnii who always keeps his word.”

I push aside the vegetation to reveal the place she has said she wants to see. I expect to hear some sort of noise from her, something to tell me I’ve done well. But instead there is nothing. I expect to find her by my side, staring at the wonders I’ve revealed.

But there is nothing.

Eventually, I look over my shoulder. Maggie is glaring at me, possibly with her fangs bared a little.

“You mean to tell me, all the time we were messing around in the cave, this was here?”

“I thought you would like the cave. You liked the waterfalls outside my sector.”

Maggie raises her gaze to the sky, like there is something above us, and releases a big lungful of breath.

“Fucssake,” she says incomprehensibly. “No human female loves a cave, Driok. And those waterfalls were about as far from that grotty cave as possible.”

I fear I am a step closer to envenomation. But I will not be deterred.

“Then I have found you something better.” I give Maggie the benefit of my fangs.

She sniffs, strolls forward, past me and into the little kingdom which has always been a favorite spot of mine, when I get half a chance to get away from dealing with the protection of Vorostor.

Something I am more than happy my little mate is taking me away from at this very moment. Even if I think I’m going to be lucky not to be envenomated by the end of the nova-day.

I follow Maggie as she descends into the area Deus showed me many nova-years ago. There is a pool, like the one near my sector, and a waterfall surrounded by active ferns. He also set up quarters for himself, nestled into the rock. They contain all we need to stay here for as long as we want.

If only I’d known my little mate didn’t want the full-on wilderness experience when she suggested she didn’t want to go to my sector, I’d have brought her here straight away.

I’m pulled from my musings by the sound of a splash. In a flash, I’m partially shifted and down by the pool. Maggie’s clothing is on the side and she’s already in the water, halfway across to where the water falls from a small spout.

Fortunately for me, and my unruly cock, I am not wearing any underwear and so I am in the water fast. I accept I have seen my female in a pool before, so I am well aware she can manage, but at the same time, I dislike her being in a situation where she might be in danger.

So, I pop up next to her.

And Maggie screams.

“Driok!” she splutters, having taken a mouthful of water. “Don’t do that!”

“Do what?” I squint up at the waterfall. It looks safe enough.

“Surprise me.”

“You were surprised?” I want to scoop her into my arms, knowing I risk envenomation but wanting to be sure she is secure.

“Not really,” Maggie says. “Maybe a bit. I’m always surprised at how something as large as a Sarkarnii can move with very little noise.”

“What would be the point of being a warrior if your enemy was expecting you because he could hear you?” I huff. “Being a warrior means being skilled, smart, and silent.”

“I get the silent part, but I think some of your fellow Sarkarnii are going to need to work on the smart bit.”

“Do you mean Dante?” I ask.

“I wasn’t going to name names,” Maggie says, swirling around in the water, and I already see, with some disappointment, she is wearing some sort of clothing, unlike last time. “But yes, Dante.”

“He is one of my fellow warlords,” I growl. “He fought alongside me in many a battle.”

“Oh.” Maggie stops and bobs in the water, her legs kicking beneath the surface. “Well, in that case…I still mean Dante. He’s absolutely one sandwich short of a picnic, and he’s mated to a good friend of mine.”

“One sandwich short of a peek-neek?”

“Okay then, one goblet of ale wine short of a hangover,” Maggie says, her eyes twinkling with mirth. “He’s not entirely present all the time, is he?”

I’m not sure if I’ve ever heard a better description of Dante.

My tail flicks through the water as I push my sweet mate up against the wall of rock, covered with a soft moss.

“I do not wish to hear another warlord’s name on your lips,” I rasp. “We are talking too much of other Sarkarnii.”

“Perhaps that’s because they were around while you were galavanting across the galaxy,” she retorts, her eyes blazing up at me.

This is the pretty little female I took to my bed, who set me off on a rut which was painful in the extreme while I was away from her, but worth it.

So very worth it.
