5. Rosy #2

“Rosy?” Atlas’s deep voice jars me from my reverie. I watch as his eyes skim over the table countertop lined with pregnancy tests. I’m holding one too, my eyes probably red and swollen from crying and worrying.

“Atlas. Why aren’t you at work?” It’s the dumbest question to ask in this situation.

“I forgot something. I came home to find it, but I found you instead. What is going on, baby?”

He sweeps in like a knight in shining armor, taking the tests one by one and reading the inevitable outcome. His silence worries me, but when he turns to me, there’s only certainty in his eyes. “Is this true? Are you really pregnant?”

“Y-yes,” I say shakily. “I just found out.” I struggle to meet his eyes as I say the next words.

“I know we didn’t plan this, Atlas. I know you never wanted this.

A family, a child, any of it. We never talked about it, and now I’ve gone and gotten pregnant, and I don’t know what to do, and I’m so sorry.

I should have been more careful, I should have—”

“Rosy.” His voice cuts through my spiral like a blade, sharp and commanding, and my mouth snaps shut.

He takes the test from my trembling hands and sets it on the counter with deliberate care, then he turns back to me and his arms are around me before I can blink, hauling me against his chest so hard my feet leave the marble floor.

He kisses me, his mouth warm and sure against mine, swallowing every frantic word before it can escape.

I close my eyes and melt against him, his kiss reassuring me, making me feel grounded.

He kisses me hard, conveying his feelings through his mouth, and I let him.

“Shhh.” His lips move against my forehead, pressing soft, reverent kisses into my skin. “Shhh, babygirl. Stop thinking. You did everything right.”

“What?”

He pulls me tighter, his arms banded around my back like steel cables, and I feel the solid wall of his chest against my cheek, the steady thud of his heartbeat beneath my ear.

He’s holding me like he’s afraid I’ll disappear, like I’m something precious and breakable, and the tenderness of it makes my eyes burn.

“This is the best news I have ever received in my entire life.” His voice cracks on the last word, and I watch his jaw work, his throat bob around a swallow. “Do you hear me? The best. Nothing has ever made me happier than knowing you’re pregnant with my child.”

“But Atlas, you never—You said you didn’t want a family.”

“I never said that. I just said I hadn’t found the right woman yet.

This is exactly what I hoped for.” He cuts me off, his hand still pressed against my belly, his thumb tracing slow circles over the fabric of my shirt.

“Every time I came inside you, every time I filled that perfect pussy with my cum, this is what I was hoping would happen. I wanted you to carry my baby, Rosy. I wanted to keep you.”

My breath catches. “You... you did?”

“Of course I did.” He kisses me again, his lips lingering against mine, and I feel the smile curving his mouth. “You think I spent six months breeding you every single night because I was careless? Babygirl, I’ve been trying to knock you up since the first time I fucked you on that desk.”

“But…why?”

“Because I knew.” His eyes are deep with feeling when I gaze into them.

“I knew that you were the one. The first time I fucked you on that desk, the first time I saw you during our session, something in me said that you were the woman I’d always been waiting for.

These six months have just proven that.”

“Atlas.” I am stunned, my eyes going glassy.

“I love you, Rosy Black. I love everything about you. I’ve been falling under your spell from that first session, and now, I’m completely spellbound.”

“You love me?” My eyes widen.

“That’s what I’ve been trying to tell you for months.

I love you, baby. I love your tenderness, your ambition, your smile, your receptivity, and most of all, I love that you’re mine.

I love waking up next to you, making love to you, falling sleep with you knowing that tomorrow, you’ll still be here with me.

When you surrendered to me, something within me changed too.

I knew I couldn’t let a woman like you go, not when I’d finally found what I’d been searching for all my life. ”

He drops to his knees, and I gasp. “I will buy you a ring today, I promise, but I want to ask you this first—Will you marry me, Rosy Black? Will you make me the luckiest man in the world by becoming my wife?”

I am crying now, unable to stop my feelings from overflowing. The powerful, dominant Atlas Tucker is kneeling before me, asking me to be his wife. I must be dreaming.

“Yes!” I say, an answer right from my heart. “Yes, I’ll marry you.” Oh god, I never thought this would happen. I thought I was the only one who loved you.”

“Baby, I’m crazy about you, you know that.” He stands up, enfolding me in his arms. “Thank you.” His lips brush mine, and I feel it right down to my toes. “I promise I’ll protect you, cherish you, support you, and our child. With me, you’re always safe to be yourself.”

“I…I was worried about how it’d affect my career and your reputation.”

“Let me worry about that. We’ll make this work, okay? Daddy’s got you.”

I look up, and without a doubt, I know that this is the man I want to spend the rest of my life with. “I love you, Atlas. I love you so much. You’re the Daddy dom of my dreams, the man who reads my mind, and makes my heart sing. I can’t wait to start this family with you.”

“Me too, baby. After all, I know how much you love being dominated by the billionaire.”

I smile as his lips find mine, kissing me and sealing our vow in love.
