33. Naomi

NAOMI

Being woken up by your son while sleeping on top of the man who gave you some of the best orgasms of your life was not on her bingo card. Especially not when Asher asked, “Mama, why you oot here?”

She bolted upright, panic filling her, and her knee connected with Ink’s balls.

The gasping, honking sound Ink made would have been funny any other time, but the only thing she could do was stare at her toddler son, who was tilting his head, with a stuffie clutched in his arms.

She’d fallen asleep on Ink.

Her thighs were sticky with cum, and her body was sore and tender.

“I’m sorry, baby, Mama didn’t mean to fall asleep out here,” she rushed out, ignoring Ink’s gagging and wheezing.

She climbed off him, careful to keep his shirt covering her, then picked up Asher and smiled at him while trying to keep her legs clenched and not drip cum on the carpet.

“Mama’s gonna run to the bathroom, okay?

Can you stay out here while Ink makes you breakfast? ”

Ink wheezed out an agreement.

“Yeah. I wa’ ’cakes,” Asher declared, clapping as she set him down. She rushed down the hall, clenching her core with every muscle, but almost lost it when Ink let out a sharp groan and more gagging.

“Oops,” Asher said. “S’wy, Ink. Owie?”

Ink was getting a full wake-up call this morning. She wanted to feel bad, but she couldn’t quite manage it. He wanted to stick around, so he’d have to embrace his first real morning.

By the time she left the bathroom, having showered, dressed in clothes she’d forgotten in there the night before, she felt marginally better. Okay, a lot better.

She stopped halfway down the hall when she saw Ink flipping pancakes and Asher sitting on the counter next to him, watching intently. Ink smiled at her son, murmuring, wearing nothing but his sleep pants that hung torturously low on his hips and showing off all those glorious tattoos.

Knowing what was underneath them? Her blood heated instantly, her tender core dampening. Biting her lip to keep from moaning, she needed to get a grip.

As if sensing her, Ink turned his head, his heated stare taking her in. She wasn’t wearing anything special, just some cut-off shorts and a light-blue tank top, but she felt naked with his eyes on her, her skin flushing.

“Pancakes are almost ready,” Ink said, his voice husky before he turned his attention back.

“They smell good.” She moved around him then smiled at Asher, who grinned at her. “Are you helping?”

“Yeah!” He kicked his feet against the counter.

“Did I hear pancakes?” Taz boomed, stepping inside, the door swinging shut behind him, a wide grin on his face. “Excuse me, kid, but you’re not cutting in front of me.”

He made a beeline for Asher, hoisting him off the counter, making the toddler roar with delight. Taz leaned in close to inspect the pancakes dramatically. “Yep, those are mine. Just add a little extra char, and they’ll be perfect.”

“No, mine!” Asher squealed with laughter, kicking and squirming.

“Okay, fine, you can have that one since it’s not perfect,” Taz agreed with mock reluctance, settling Asher on his hip.

His grin turned wicked and knowing as he looked at her and then Ink.

“I’m going to need lots to eat after the night I had, so don’t be stingy, brother.

And maybe some alcohol to erase the memory of your ugly ass too. ”

Naomi froze, and Ink’s expression darkened.

Oh my God. He didn’t see …? No, he couldn’t have?

Horror built, and her entire body went hot and cold.

“Now, don’t worry,” Taz continued, like he hadn’t just dropped a bomb into the conversation. “As soon as I got the hint of what was going on, I moved my position and didn’t even try to peek.”

“I’m going to kill you,” Ink bit out between clenched teeth.

“Why do you think Asher and I are going to be getting to know each other?” Taz returned, stepping away to sit at the table and perching Asher on his lap. Asher laughed, and she wanted to die of embarrassment.

Naomi stared at him, unsure of what to do or how to handle the situation.

Ink wrapped his arm around her waist and hugged her close. “Ignore him, baby. He’s trying to get under your skin, and the more you let him, the deeper he’s going to dig. Then I’ll have to kill him, and Karissa and Glitch might want to kill me.”

“Because they want to kill him themselves?” she asked. She was sure she was as red as a tomato and refused to look at the grinning biker who knew exactly what he was doing at her dining table.

“No one wants to kill me. I’m fun to have around. Right, buddy?”

“Yeah!” Asher agreed. “Ink, ’cakes?”

“They’re right here, little man.” Ink expertly cut the pancake on the plate and poured what was probably way too much syrup, but she couldn’t be bothered to correct it.

Not when he carried it to the table, Taz giving him a knowing look.

“You’re lucky you’re holding him, because I’d deck you for embarrassing her,” he growled, and Asher dug in.

Taz snickered but didn’t respond, sending her a wink. She rolled her eyes and turned away, already pouring the batter for another pancake into the pan.

Ink wrapped his arms around her from behind. She bit back a moan at the feel of him. “Morning, baby,” he murmured, leaning down to brush a kiss against her cheek just in front of her ear. She shivered as fire raced down her spine.

“Ink …” Her grip on the counter tightened. “Asher,” she rasped out.

“Baby, we’re doing this. He needs to understand that I’m going to be touching and kissing his mama every chance I get.” His mouth moved to her ear, nipping at the lobe. “Especially when she’ll be kissing my balls better after nearly rupturing them the moment we’re alone.”

A nervous giggle escaped. “It was an accident.”

“Which is exactly why you won’t get a spanking to go with it.” He nipped her ear again. “I’m going to grab a quick shower. Taz, upset her and I’ll tattoo a dick on your face.”

“Dick!” Asher yelled. Taz snorted a laugh, and Naomi turned and glared at Ink.

Ink winced. “Shit. Right, gotta learn to watch that.”

“You’ll be the one getting a spanking if you don’t,” she warned, then slapped a hand over her mouth, her eyes widening.

Ink’s grin was downright wicked. Full of dark promises that made her heart pound. “Promise?” he purred.

“I have a great paddle for you, sugar,” Taz offered. “The right amount of smacking pain and you’ll have him in the palm of your hand in no time.”

She wanted a hole to open and swallow her inside. She was getting far too comfortable around here. Who was this woman saying things like that? One night of great sex and now she was officially losing her mind.

Before she could say anything, Ink spun her around, lifted her into his arms, and pressed his mouth firmly to hers. The kiss wasn’t overly passionate, but it was a promise of what was coming her way very soon.

She didn’t know whether she was terrified or excited. Probably a little of both.

Setting her back down on her feet, he winked at her, spun her back toward the stove, and whistled as he headed for the bathroom. She let out a shuddering breath and forced herself to pay attention so she didn’t burn their breakfast.

“Girl, you got it bad.” Taz laughed. His grin was wide, even as Asher dripped syrup all over his shirt. “Looks like you had a great night.”

“Shut up,” she groaned. “Asher, be careful, huh? You’re getting Taz all messy.”

“That’s alright. I’ve got more clothes.” He gave her a charming smile. “Though, I’m definitely ready for my own, and I’ll try not to be too messy.”

She really needed to stop using the word messy.

It had her thinking about the dirty talk Ink had whispered to her last night.

Having an eidetic memory wasn’t always a good thing.

Especially when the man who could make her feel a hell of a lot better was only a few feet away, wet and naked in the shower.

Forcing herself to get a grip, she served breakfast and put a stack in the oven to keep warm for Ink. Sitting at the table, she dug into her own food and ignored Taz’s knowing look.

“You must have had a busy night if you’re this hungry, babe,” he teased.

“I swear to God, I’ll hold you down and let him tattoo whatever he wants on your face,” she warned him.

Unafraid, Taz laughed and shoveled more food in his mouth.

When Ink finally emerged, she got up to grab his plate. He took it, with another kiss to her mouth and a wink before sitting at the table.

“Kiss Mama?” Asher asked. Naomi turned, thinking maybe he was asking for a kiss too, but instead, she found him looking at Ink.

She held her breath, unsure what Ink would say.

“That’s right, I kissed your mama. She’s pretty, and I like to kiss her.”

Asher slowly nodded, and she let out a soft breath. “Mama, pwetty,” he agreed. Then he went back to finishing his pancake.

“Crisis averted,” Taz cheered. “Now you two can smooch all the time, and all is good. Though, maybe next time, close the blinds …” He ducked and swerved as Ink reached out to smack him in the back of the head, careful to avoid Asher.

Before long, Karissa and Glitch walked through the door, ready to take over for Taz, and they took one look at her and exchanged knowing grins.

“Pay up,” Glitch singsonged, holding out her hand to Karissa.

Karissa grumbled, “One more day, babe. You had to hold out for one more day.”

“You were betting on …” She couldn’t even finish it, too shocked.

“They bet on everything.” Taz laughed, rolling his eyes. “I lost out because I was sure your first time would be yesterday morning, but you have better control than I expected. And if I had to lose, then Glitch was my next best thing.”

“Is that why you encouraged me to go to his room?” she demanded, unsure if she was annoyed at that or amused.

His grin was answer enough.

“See why we tie him up and gag him so often?” Karissa said. “Next time, do you want us to add you to the list to join?”

“At the rate you’re going, you’re going to have the whole club helping you,” Ink muttered, getting to his feet with the dishes. Then he went straight to where Asher was still sitting with Taz. “Come on, buddy, let’s get you cleaned up. Then I have to head to work.”

He disappeared down the hall, and she stared after him. He was so natural with him.

“Yep, already gone. Hook, line, and sinker,” Glitch said, with a low chuckle.

“I mean, who wouldn’t when you have a man walking around with a kid and being helpful? Ovaries will be popping all over the place.” Karissa snickered.

“And with that, I’m heading out to get some shut-eye,” Taz announced, getting to his feet. “Behave yourselves, ladies. Oh, and I’ll be locking my door, so if you two try any funny shit today, you won’t catch me unaware.” Then he was gone.

“What did you do this time?” Naomi asked, shaking her head when the two women shared a grin.

“Oh, we didn’t do anything.” Glitch laughed.

“But we are getting out of the apartment today and heading to the clubhouse. I need to get my hair dyed, and a few of the other ladies want theirs too, so we’re having a party.

And the twins will watch Asher,” she added when Naomi opened her mouth to protest.

“What about you?” Karissa asked, eyeing her. “Up for a little spa day?”

She wasn’t sure what to expect, but she also didn’t know if she could stand the idea of being in the apartment the rest of the day and reliving the hours with Ink. Especially without him around to help her relive it.

“If the twins don’t mind watching him, then I’m good with that plan. I don’t know about anything for me, but I can help.”

“Good, then it’s settled.”

“What’s settled?” Ink asked, coming back out, a cleaned-up Asher walking beside him.

“We’re going to the clubhouse once you leave, so get a move on,” Karissa said, with a grin. “The women are gathering, and we’re going to talk shit about you.”

“Shit!” Asher barked.

Naomi let out a tired sigh. At this rate, she was sure the only words he’d be saying were ones that would get him kicked out of school when he got there.

“Whoops. Don’t say that word, buddy. Auntie Karissa didn’t mean to say it.”

Ink shook his head, then walked to her, drew her into his arms, and pressed his mouth to hers. She sank into him instantly, savoring the taste of him. “I’ll see you later, baby girl,” he murmured. “Think about me today, yeah?”

“Like I can do anything else,” she whispered, gripping his shirt and wishing desperately he wasn’t going to the shop today. What she really wanted was to see whether what happened between them last night was a fluke or was what every time between them would be like.

“You’re sorely tempting me, baby,” he groaned. He pressed another kiss to her mouth, then released her, and stepped back when she let go. “I’ll see you later. Have fun with the girls.” He crouched down eye level with Asher. “You take good care of your mama, little man.”

“’Tay. Color?”

“I’ll bring you some stuff tonight to color.” He ruffled his hair, and Asher rushed forward to hug him.

“Bye!” he called, heading to the living room to play with his toys in the corner.

Ink grabbed his bag, winked at her, and headed out the door.

Karissa and Glitch were grinning, so she sighed. “Yeah, I’m screwed.”

And she wasn’t sure if she was excited or terrified. Relying on Ink had never been the plan, but this felt right. What was she going to do when it was all over.
