Chapter 24 #2
I really wish we didn’t work in a school today. I’m DYING to unzip your skirt with my teeth.
Alba still didn’t look. She…couldn’t. Because if she did, she knew she’d give everything away. She did see Ellie’s hand tighten around her phone out of the corner of her eye, though.
Could she push and send one more? She shouldn’t…but she couldn’t stop herself.
I lay in bed last night thinking about you. The way you kiss me…if only you knew what it did to me. To my body. It’s doing the very same thing right now. You don’t play fair.
Ellie slowly turned her head. “A-Alba…”
Alba finally looked in her direction. Ellie had that look again. That same look from last night, only it was darker now.
“Oh, don’t,” Alba whispered, a faint smirk tugging at her lips. “You asked if I was okay.”
Ellie visibly swallowed. “I didn’t expect…that.”
“Mm.” Alba’s eyes trailed over her again, slower this time. “That’s a shame.”
Ellie exhaled a breath, her fingers tapping against her phone like she didn’t quite know what to do with herself. And then, barely above a whisper, she asked, “Do you have any idea what you’re doing to me right now?”
Alba leaned back in her chair, forcing herself to stay composed when everything in her body was telling her to do the opposite. “Probably the same thing you’re doing to me.”
The noise of the staff room carried through the air, but none of it touched them. Ellie shifted a little closer. Not enough to draw attention, but enough for Alba to notice. “Is this your way of behaving professionally?”
Alba’s lips twitched. “Absolutely not.”
“Good.” Ellie laughed quietly, but Alba heard the shake in it. “Because I don’t think I could cope if you carried on like this all day.”
“Then maybe you shouldn’t wear that to work.”
Ellie’s eyes darkened as she gazed back at Alba, her lunch forgotten in her lap. The tension continued to pull between them, and it was only a matter of time before it snapped entirely. Alba knew, without a shadow of a doubt, that there was no going back from this now.
Ellie hadn’t meant for today to follow her home.
She’d told herself, firmly and repeatedly, that whatever had happened in the staff room would stay there, that she was perfectly capable of switching off and slipping back into the version of herself she’d been for so long, and yet…
she stood in the middle of her living room with a half-folded pile of laundry on the couch, completely and utterly distracted.
A blouse hung loosely between her fingers, forgotten mid-fold as her mind drifted right back to the same place it had been all afternoon.
Alba. Her name alone was enough to make Ellie’s stomach clench.
She exhaled slowly, dropping the shirt onto the couch as she dragged a hand through her hair, pacing a step or two across the room before forcing herself back to the task.
All she had to do was fold the clothes, put them away, and stop thinking.
It should have been simple, but it wasn’t.
Because every time she tried to focus, her mind betrayed her.
The way Alba had looked at her. The way her voice had dropped when she’d asked if Ellie had her phone in her possession. And then…God.
Ellie’s cheeks flushed as she reached for her phone, which sat on the coffee table.
She shouldn’t pick it up, she knew that, but she did anyway.
The messages were still there, she wasn’t stupid enough to delete them, but even if she had been…
she’d already memorised them. Every word, every implication, and that confident promise woven into them.
Her breathing slowed as she read them again, her pulse quickening in a way that felt unfamiliar and yet entirely right. This wasn’t how she’d ever reacted to anyone before. Not like this. Nothing had ever been this immediate or consuming.
Ellie sank down onto the edge of the couch, the laundry completely forgotten, her phone still clutched in her hand. She could still see Alba sitting next to her. The look in her eyes and that knowing smirk, the…way she’d sat there so calmly while Ellie had practically unravelled beside her.
Her body felt…different tonight. Warm and aware. She pressed her thighs together as she shifted on the cushion, her breath leaving her in a soft, unsteady whimper. “Oh, God…”
That small movement only made things worse, and sitting here now, she realised she had nothing concrete to distract her.
No staffroom or voices. No need to pretend.
It was just Ellie, the quiet of her home, and the memory of Alba’s words lingering like a whisper against her skin.
Ellie leaned back and closed her eyes, her head resting against the back of the couch.
Which was a big mistake, because the second she did, it all came rushing in again.
Her breath hitched, her chest rising and falling a little faster as tension coiled low in her stomach. Her hand moved cautiously, slipping from where it had rested on her thigh, her fingers now brushing over the soft fabric of her lounge pants.
She stilled, just for a second, as though she was waiting for herself to stop. She should pull back, be sensible about all of this, but she couldn’t. Because all she could think about was Alba and the way she’d made her feel.
Ellie swallowed, her lashes fluttering as she exhaled slowly, her fingers pressing a little more firmly this time…and then she allowed herself to sink fully into the moment.
Her fingers traced a path along the seam of her lounge pants, the thin cotton barrier doing little to dull the heat building beneath.
Ellie’s mind replayed Alba’s voice, that low, teasing timbre echoing in her ears as though she was right there, whispering commands.
She imagined Alba’s hand guiding her own, firm and unyielding, showing her exactly how to touch.
A soft gasp escaped her lips as she slipped her hand inside the waistband, her palm gliding over the skin of her stomach before dipping lower.
She was already slick and swollen with need, but that first brush of her fingers against her lips sent a jolt through her body.
She parted her thighs wider, sinking deeper into the couch cushions, her other hand gripping the edge of a throw pillow.
“Oh, fuck,” she whimpered, that response foreign in her usually composed mind.
But it fit, and it captured the raw ache that Alba had ignited.
Ellie’s fingertip circled her clit slowly, the pressure light at first, testing and teasing herself the way she suspected Alba would—drawing it out and forcing her to beg without words.
Her hips shifted involuntarily, rocking up to meet her touch, chasing that spark that made her toes curl.
Memories flooded in. Alba’s knee brushing against hers under the table, that press that had lingered too long to be accidental.
Ellie rubbed in firm circles, her breath coming in shallow pants when she could almost feel Alba’s gaze on her, those dark eyes stripping away her defences and seeing the want she’d tried so hard to hide.
Her other hand moved up, pushing her shirt higher to expose her breasts to the cool air of the room. Her nipples pebbled instantly, and as she pinched and twisted, it was enough to blend her pleasure with a sting that made her arch.
What would you do if you saw me like this?
The question burned in her thoughts, fuelling her fantasy of Alba. She’d make Ellie spread her legs wider, expose her dripping pussy, then lean in to lick in slow, deliberate strokes over her clit until Ellie shattered.
Ellie slid lower, eased two dripping fingers inside herself, and thrust hard.
Her slickness filled the room, obscene and intimate, her walls clenching, throbbing for something more.
She fucked herself faster, imagining Alba’s fingers instead…
longer, stronger, curling just right until stars burst behind her eyelids.
Sweat beaded on Ellie’s skin, her hair sticking to her neck as she writhed. That coil of arousal tightened, pulling her towards the edge as she relentlessly pounded deeper. “Oh, Alba,” she whispered, her voice breaking as she neared the edge. “Y-yes. Fuck me just like that.”
Her thrusts grew erratic, her hips bucking as her orgasm crashed over her. It had been so long since those waves of heat had pulsed through her, her pussy spasming around her fingers as she cried out.
She rode it out, slowing her movements until she slumped back, her chest heaving. The aftershocks lingered, but so did the ache. It hadn’t been sated at all. It had just deepened, and now she had a hunger for the real thing, for Alba, far more intensely than before.
Ellie opened her eyes and stared at the ceiling, wondering if she’d just crossed a line she couldn’t uncross. “Oh, you both know you’re ready to cross so many lines…”
