Chapter 3 Who Walks the Dog

After Chen Lu Lu finished, for a second I even doubted my own ears.

I had never seen a Sales Associate this stupid and nasty.

Now I finally understood what my Older Brother meant: "Don't show too much kindness to people on a low level. The lower their awareness, the stronger their animal nature. You think you're polite and kind. They only think you're easy to bully and easy to control."

My Older Brother also said people like that had their own unbreakable logic. When you ran into them, there was no point arguing. Just handle them directly.

I looked Chen Lu Lu up and down with a half-smile and said flatly, "Where's your Store Manager?"

Chen Lu Lu's expression froze for a few seconds. Then the curve of her mouth took on a touch of grievance.

She lowered her voice. "Miss, I've served you so carefully for so long. Just now I was still helping you find cost-effective styles. What's the big deal about helping me with this little favor?

"Aiya! If it really won't work, I'll give you a small gift later, okay?"

I snorted and pulled out my phone from my bag.

"Since you won't call your Store Manager, I'll call the Floor Manager over."

Chen Lu Lu's smile was barely holding. "Dear, why are you so angry? If you really don't want to, just say so. I can help you do..."

Help me do what?

Ridiculous.

Before Chen Lu Lu could finish her self-important line, a sharp female voice cut in.

"Are you two done? Who's taking my Dou Dou out to poop! If my Dou Dou holds it in and gets hurt, can you two afford it?"

I had thought this Miss Zhou mistook me for store staff, so I turned on purpose to explain.

Instead she glanced at me sideways, mouth curling with light disdain.

"This auntie! Whatever is going on between you two has nothing to do with me! I only care who takes my Dou Dou out to poop!

"I'll give you thirty seconds to decide! Otherwise if anything happens to Dou Dou, nobody here gets off easy!"

Of course.

Where there was one fool, there was always another.

I stepped forward, locked eyes on this Miss Zhou, my gaze ice-cold.

"Fine! Today I want to see exactly how you plan to make things hard for me!"

Her eyes flicked away for a second, but her neck stayed stiff. She was about to speak when—

"Pfft..."

"Pfft..."

Two sounds.

Dou Dou had already diarrhea'd all over the shop doorway.
