Chapter 25 #2
Looking over my shoulder, I watch as he lightly drags the crop down my spine and across my lower back, the leather feeling cool against my skin. Another snap echoes around us as the crop comes down again. Carter reaches around me and slides his fingers along my pussy.
“So wet for me already. Such a greedy little thing, aren’t you, pet?”
Holy shit.
My hips buck against his hand as he pushes two fingers in.
“Oh, fuck,” I moan.
He wraps my long hair tight around his fist, my head jerks back, and his lips crash to mine as he fucks me with his fingers.
“Damn, you’re stunning. I’m going to break you in the best fucking way. Fuck you until you can’t see straight. Make you scream my name for everyone in that goddamn house to hear,” he mumbles against my mouth.
My hair tumbles down my back, and a few seconds later, the crop comes down on my ass again.
Fuck, it stings. But it also turns me on.
I squeeze my eyes tight. My hands grab ahold of the straps, and the heat of his body blankets my back, his hard length pressing into me through his pants as he expertly curls his fingers into me and presses down on my clit with his thumb. I’m so close.
Reaching around with his other hand, his fingers clasp around my throat. My pulse thumps wildly against his palm.
“Come for me, Kitten. Let me feel you squeeze my fingers,” he says, depriving me of oxygen.
Tingles begin to spread throughout my body, and my vision goes black. Sparks ignite behind my lids. My body locks up. A high takes over, and I feel like I’m floating.
“Carter!”
“Fuck, yes. Let the world hear who you belong to.”
He doesn’t stop until I’m completely wrung out, then he removes his fingers and spins me around, the leather twisting above me, my arms pulling tighter. I stand on my tiptoes, watching as he sucks his fingers into his mouth, never breaking eye contact.
“My wife is fucking delicious.”
Lifting me up, my legs circle around him.
He reaches between us to unbutton his pants, letting them fall to his feet before thrusting into me.
I hold onto the leather straps as he fucks me hard and fast. One hand digs into my ass cheek, and his other hand tangles in my hair.
He sucks and licks the spot on my neck right below my ear.
I can already feel myself on the edge of a cliff, about to tumble over.
“Oh, God.”
“Oh, we’re making introductions now. Tell him I said ‘hello.’”
My pussy squeezes around his cock on the cusp another orgasm. His piercing rubs against my g-spot over and over. Carter bends his head and bites down on my nipple. The sting tears me apart at the seams. I arch up into his mouth.
“Fuck, Carter. I’m coming,” I pant.
He covers my mouth with his, swallowing my moans. My pussy contracts as I gush all over him. Carter tosses his head back, his lips part, and he lets out the sexiest moan as I watch him paint my stomach with his cum. He stands there as we come down, panting with sweat dripping down his temple.
“Fuck,” he whispers, lowering me to my feet. “I made a mess of you.”
“Made a mess of me? I made a mess of you,” I say, my face heating in embarrassment. “That’s never happened before.”
“You’ve never squirted before?”
I shake my head. “Never.”
His forehead presses against mine, and he groans. “Kitten, don’t tell me that; it will make me lose my damn mind.”
I giggle, and when he turns, looking around for something to clean us up with, I laugh even harder.
“Whatever you’re looking for you probably won’t find it out here.
I mean, you could use one of those blankets.
” I point toward the shelf housing the blankets for the horses, and he begins to head toward them.
“But then you would have to explain to my dad why his horse blanket is going into the washer.”
Carter’s head whips around, and I burst out laughing as he changes direction and heads back toward me.
He unclips the reins and rubs the marks from the leather, then strolls over to his shirt and picks it up off the ground. Turning the shirt inside-out, he cleans me up with it.
I put on my clothes and smirk. “Whatcha gonna wear now?”
He flips the shirt back the right way and pulls it over his head, tossing me a wink.
My jaw drops in horror. “Oh, my gosh, Carter! You can’t wear that!”
“Why not? I'm gonna get dirty anyway, and I’m taking a shower after we’re done here.”
I shake my head and pull on my boots as he chuckles to himself.
“What?” I ask.
“I can’t wait to watch you walk into that house and try to keep a straight face after what we just did out here.”
“Carter Ethan Graham! You did not just say that to me. Now that’s all I’ll think about.” He laughs, and I smack his chest. “Payback is a bitch.”
“Well, River Ashton Graham. I think it’ll be worth it.”
I loved the way that sounded.
“Can you say that again?”
“I think it’ll—”
“No, the other part. Say my name. My full name.”
He strides over and palms the side of my neck bringing his forehead to mine. “River. Ashton. Graham.”
“Mmm.” I close my eyes, and smile.
“Fuck. I love you.” He takes my face in his hands and kisses me.
We hang up the riding crop and reins, then spend the rest of the morning tending to the animals.
Once we’re showered and dressed, I go to the kitchen to help Mom, absolutely not thinking about what we did in that stable .
. . or in the shower a few minutes ago. Dad has Mom wrapped in an embrace against the kitchen sink.
I guess now that the cat’s out of the bag, they’re free to be themselves around me.
Carter sits down at the table and begins peeling potatoes while I busy myself starting other side dishes.
We all work as a unit, prepping the meal.
Everything is just about done when my two uncles come waltzing in at noon.
I throw my arms around my dad’s brother. “Uncle Matt! I missed you!”
“Hi, baby girl. I missed you most.” He perks up, looking at Carter, then at me. “Who is that fine ass piece of eye candy? Is this your hubs?”
Giggling, I nod my head as Uncle Matt fans his face. “Yum.”
“I know you didn’t drool over some other man right in front of—oh, hot damn.”
And that's my Uncle Kyle. I give him a hug and make introductions.
“Carter, this is Dad’s brother Matt and Matt’s husband Kyle.”
They set their desserts on the table and each give Carter’s hand a shake.
“Where’s everybody else?” I ask.
“Why do you need anybody else? The fun is already here, baby.” Uncle Matt turns to my mom. “Marcy, come give me some sugar.”
One by one, my teenage cousins begin to trickle into the house.
Hayden, Hayes, Harley, and Harper—all of them Uncle Matt and Kyle’s kids.
Hayden and Hayes are eighteen. Harley and Harper are sixteen.
Two sets of twins born from the beautiful gift of surrogacy.
The girls have Uncle Matt’s brown hair and hazel eyes, and the boys have Uncle Kyle’s black hair and blue eyes, but don’t ever ask who belongs to whom because one: that’s fucking rude, and two: they will set you straight and tell you they all belong to both of them.
The boys sit in the living room, chatting with Carter about sports.
I don’t really know if they know that Carter is a professional hockey player.
If they do, they aren’t making a big deal about it, thankfully.
The Cowboys play on the TV, and voices grow louder as everyone begins trash talking the refs and yelling at “bad calls.”
The door whips open, cold air hitting me in the face.
“Would you look at that? Trouble just walked through the door,” Mom says as Cal, Aspen, and Tucker walk in.
“What?” I squeal “No way!”
Jumping up, I pretty much tackle Aspen. We’ve never spent a major holiday apart, though now that our lives are changing, I know one day we’ll be forced to.
Carter leans in as he passes by. “Surprise.”
“You knew about this?” I point at Aspen.
He winks and pulls a beer out of the fridge for Cal, popping the top and throwing the lid in the trash.
“It was a last-minute decision,” Aspen says.
“Hi, Mimi.” Tucker greets my parents, giving each of them a hug. “Hi, PawPaw. Dad told Mom you shot Uncle Carter. Said you nicked his ear pretty good. Never seen you miss before. You gettin’ rusty in your old age?”
Cal and Aspen glance at each other, and everyone else stops what they’re doing to look at my dad.
“Well, boy, you see, there was this fox trying to get into the hen house. I saw it right over Carter’s shoulder. His ear was just a mild casualty.”
“Yeah. I don’t know if I’m buying that story but if that’s what you wanna go with . . . where’s the fox?”
Dad scratches his neck.
“We buried it last night, along with the hatchet, didn’t we Rhett?” Carter cuts in, then turns to Cal. “I told you not to say anything,”
“Sorry, dude. You know I can’t keep shit from my wife. Anyways, it’s good to see you survived another day,” he laughs, clasping Carter’s shoulder.
A few minutes later, Katherine walks through the door . . . followed by Luke and Hannah. My mom about falls over herself to get to Katherine. Those two are as close as Aspen and me.
It’s nice having my family together. I just wish Carter’s parents and his sister could be here, too. I know he would’ve loved that.
Maybe next year.
The thought brings a smile to my face. Not so long ago, the idea of Carter scared the shit out of me, and now here I am, making plans for our future. Plans that include us together next year.
Maybe I’m not still standing in place while the world spins around me after all.
