Chapter 10- Beneath The Velvet Darkness
LEONARD'S VILLA~10:00 PM
'I'm not a slut, even if I were one, I wouldn't even spare you a glance.'
'What? Is your ego hurt? Is it broken?'
Every single thing Aurora said kept resounding in his head nonstop.
He's standing shirtless in front of his huge glass window, smoking and staring out.
'Even if I were one, I wouldn't even spare you a glance.'

He scoffed and blew smoke out of his nose.
He's gonna have to teach her a lesson.
No matter what, she's ending up in his bed.
"Please stop! Can't you see she's in pain?!!!"
"Stop!!!!"
"Shut up!!!!!(Slap)!!!!!!!!!
"No!!! Please stop!!!!!! Ahhh!!!!!!"
Aurora jolted up in bed, panting heavily and sweating so much despite the AC.
The nightmares are back again.
She suddenly gaged and quickly bolted to the bathroom and started throwing up.
She's slashed water on her face countless times.
Seems like she got triggered after all.
She quickly stripped and went to her bath tub.
How will she even stay away from him?! They're frigging group partners!!!
She let out a sigh and completely dipped herself into the water.
"Where's Leo?" Rosanne asked.
"I haven't seen him all day." Ricky asked.
"Nicole. Who else?" She replied.
"Well, before the rest get here, ima need y'alls contacts so I can create a group chat to make things easier for us." Roseanne said.
This is the part Aurora hates the most, probably after countless other things.
Ricky moved closer to Aurora...
"Don't test me!" Aurora said firmly and he grinned.
"Watch where you're going!" They heard an angry voice at the entrance of the cafeteria.
"Yep, she's here." Rosanne said, popping the p.
Nicole took quick steps to them, her boobs bouncing with her every movement.
Her gown is even shorter than usual.
As always.
"Well, you can go to Mr Roland and say all this to him. I shortened my vacation and resumed yesterday. Did I die?" Nicole replied sassily.
"Sit down and let's have a talk about this pro---"
"No!" Nicole cut her off.
"Stop creating a scene, Nicole." Ricky said.
"No, Ric. I know I missed you and all but that doesn't mean I'm ready to be introduced to a project so soon." Nicole flipped her hair.
"If you did miss me, you would've probably kissed me by now." He rolled his eyes and Nicole immediately leaned in, but he pushed her face back.
"You already expired last semester." He said.
Aurora, who's been watching the whole time, couldn't stop rolling her eyes.
Nicolas looked at her and smirked.
"You're the Aurora everyone's talking about. It's all over the school blog how you danced with Leo. He doesn't even step foot in the dance class, he's never gone there before, but all of a sudden, I see you on my phone dancing together. How dare you?! And what did you do to him?!" Nicole voiced.
"Nicole!" Rosanne cautioned, and Ricky kept looking at Aurora, waiting for her reaction.
Aurora stayed silent.
"Uh, Mr Roland wants to see you all." A guy came to them.
"What is it this time?" Rosanne rolled her eyes.
"Nobody knows." Rosanne replied.
"Wait what! Did you just say Leo? He's in our group?! Oh my gosh! Why didn't anyone tell me this? Where is he?" Nicole blabbed, and Rosanne rolled her eyes.
"Why did you call us here?" Ricky spoke up, getting annoyed.
"I would happily work in this group. I don't care about anything else." Nicole said.
"Well, about that... It's not happening." Mr Roland replied.
"What?! Why? It's happening whether you like it--"
"I'm splitting you all again. I'm splitting this group."
"Why!"
"Who knows what I was thinking when I put all of you in the same group. So... There's a change of plans... There's no way I'm letting Nicole work with Jaxen."
"But he's my baby." Nicole pouted.
"And there are a lotta other girls who are literally working with their boyfriends." Ricky said with a bored tone.
"Nicole, you're working with Jaxen--"
"No, I want Leo not Jaxen." Nicole complained.
"Trust me, Jaxen doesn't want you too." Rosanne scoffed.
"Quiet! Nicole, you're working with Jaxen and that's final. Ricky, you'll work with Rosanne." Mr Roland said and Rosanne glared at Ricky and who blew her a kiss.
Aurora eyes flashed.
It's just her and the jerk left...
So that means...
"Aurora, you'll work with Leon--"
"No. I can't work with him." Aurora interrupted.
"You can work with me instead." Ricky winked.
"I already made my decision. Let's see the outcome. This project is also for me to see how you work with strangers, ex's--"
"But other groups are in four's or more." Rosanne said.
"No! No! No!" Nicole stomped her foot.
"Well, I've split this group, and now find your partners and submit my project next week. Case closed." Mr Roland finalised.
"You must be very happy! You got exactly what you wanted!" Nicole yelled at Aurora.
Aurora left immediately, definitely angry.
Nicole followed her to the hallway...
Rosanne and Ricky went too...
"Uh, Nicole... From what I've heard about her, that's a wrong move." Rosanne said.
"Let go of my arm." Aurora said coldly with a cutting glare.
"Nikki, let go of her arm." Ricky said.
"No!"
"Get your filthy hand off me or I'll break it." Aurora warned, her eyes screaming rage.
Nicole tried maintaining her fearless look but couldn't. But still, she's not giving up.
"I'm not scared of you. You can't just show up here and start throwing yourself at Leo, he danced with you, and it's strange. You will tell me what you did to him right now! Say something bitc--"
Before anyone could fathom anything, Aurora already twisted her hand swiftly.
"Ahh!!!" Nicole screamed and Aurora immediately pushed her to the floor.
Students who saw this already took videos and uploaded it on the blog quickly.
?? Vicious!!
??We have something to worry about!
??No one's ever looked so good on the floor before.
"Baaad girl!" Ricky said.
"Truly, no one's ever looked so good on the floor." Rosanne said, taking a photo of Nicole who's checking out her hand in pain.
"What did you just do?!!" She yelled.
"She threw you on the floor, sweetie!" A student hollered.
Oma rushed through the crowd.
"Oh my! Nicole, what did you do?"
"What kind of question is that!! I'm the one on the floor!"
"In shame!" Another student hollered and the rest started laughing.
Without waiting, Aurora started leaving, but she stopped seeing the person in front of her.
He went closer, his height towering over her.
"Leo!!! Leo!!! This girl twisted my arm!!! Leo!!!" Nicole screamed but he's not even hearing her
At this point, students don't know what to record, Nicole or Leonard and Aurora.
Leonard grabbed Aurora's hand.
"Want me to twist you arm too?" Aurora glared, and the eye contact is insane.
Oma is staring in disbelief. Since when did Aurora start standing close to guys like that?!
Ricky went to them.
"Change of plans dude, Mr Roland split our group again, so now it's just the two of you." Ricky said and left.
Leonard smirked.
"How will you run from me now?"
Nicole stood up, watching them angrily, same with many other students.
"Don't do anything stupid and let go of me. I hate repeating myself." Aurora glared.
"You're coming with me."
"No!"
"Then I'll kiss you in front of everyone, and I don't bluff."
Aurora smirked mockingly.
"I don't think so, after what happened in that classroom."
"Let's see then..."
He immediately grabbed her face and leaned in...
