21. Elijah
Chapter twenty-one
Elijah
I awoke to the sound of a knock on the door. It took me a minute to acclimate to my surroundings, but I was still snuggled up with Brielle.
Aubrey’s voice called out from the other side of the door, “Brielle, are you up? I am leaving, but Link can wait and give you a ride if you need one.”
Brielle’s beautiful but groggy voice came next, “I have a headache. I'm probably going to sleep a little bit more. I will call Mani. Neither of us has class today.”
“Okay, Link will come with me then. It looks like Elijah left early or never came home, so I will let you know if we are all still going out later tonight.”
Brielle looked back at me. I smiled and instinctively placed my hand on her thigh. She answered Aubrey without looking away, “Okay. Talk to you later.”
Aubrey’s footsteps traveled down the stairs, and she said something to Link. The front door opened and shut a few moments later. Brielle stretched her body, which made my hand travel higher up her thigh. She didn’t even flinch. “Morning, handsome.”
“How was your sleep?” I asked.
“Good. I like you being with me.”
I pushed her hair back from her face and kissed her forehead.
She really was such a naturally beautiful woman.
Her green eyes had flecks of gold, giving them an almost unrealistic shine.
She had freckles in varying colors covering her cheeks.
I could feel myself being pulled into her orbit, and I didn’t know how to stop it.
What I did know was that I already thought about this girl too much.
“Do you want to talk about your dad? You glazed over it yesterday in the middle of everything.”
I smiled. “I kind of had more important things running through my head last night.” She slapped me playfully.
I took the hint that she wasn’t going to let the topic go, so I sat up, leaning my back on the headboard.
She did the same. Her T-shirt traveled up, and I saw the color of her underwear—baby blue.
She laced her fingers with mine and rested them on her bare thigh. “So what’s the news?”
I looked away from her, knowing my eyes would probably mist over. “His transplant didn’t take.”
“No,” she whispered. “Eli.”
I gripped her hand tighter. “I didn’t know how to handle the news. My brother came with me. It was his first time seeing our dad, and he learned he had very little left after all this time.”
“Elijah, what the hell are you doing here? Why didn’t you stay with him?”
I looked down at her beautiful face. “Lincoln needed me to be here.”
“No, he didn’t. No one is more important than the little time you have left with your dad. What are you guys going to do about the tour?”
“We only have a show or two left once I get back home. I honestly can’t remember. Then, once we're done, I will probably spend my days there with him until, you know.” She stayed quiet. I looked back up at the ceiling. “I am going to lose him before I even know him.”
She shifted and let go of my hand to straddle me. She was careful to leave space between our pelvic areas, though. She pushed my hair back, and my eyes closed at her touch.
She gripped my big head with her tiny hands, rubbing her thumbs over my cheeks. “What can I do?”
I put my hands over hers. “You already did enough, Masterpiece. You gave him back to me. You got me to swallow my pride and go see him.”
A small tear fell down her cheek, and I wiped it away. “Don’t cry, beautiful girl.”
She tried to lower her head, but I held it up to look into her eyes. “I am so sorry, Eli. I don’t know what to say.”
“Kiss me.”
She leaned in, and it was like the first time she kissed me. It was like I could feel everything she did. It was sexy and slow. Our tongues twisted together like they were made for each other.
She must have felt my heart racing because she placed her hands on my chest and broke the kiss, keeping her forehead on mine.
I whispered, “What am I going to do without you, Masterpiece?” She smiled. “You are…I feel like a different person when you’re around.” She pulled back, studying my face. I put my arms around her so she couldn’t get far. “I think you’re my best friend, Brielle.”
One of her hands rubbed my cheek. “Lincoln is your best friend,” she said sweetly.
I shook my head. “This is different.”
She tilted her head to the side. “What do you mean?”
As I pulled her in for a kiss, I said, “I don’t know anymore.”
As we kissed, I could feel my arousal beginning to build. She moved her body closer to mine, bringing her hips ever so slightly toward my length.
“Brielle, we have to stop.” I gripped her bare thighs right near the hem of her long t-shirt.
“Why?” she whispered.
“I know I was strong last night, kind of.” She let out a giggle. “But I cannot be that strong right now with you this close to me.”
Between kisses, she whispered, “Teach me something.”
“Brie,” I breathed.
“Please.”
I lifted her t-shirt hesitantly. Her chest began rising and falling faster. “Is this okay?”
She nodded. I kept my eyes on hers even as I pulled the shirt over her head. Her arm instinctively went to cover her chest, but I lightly gripped it and moved it to her side. “I got you.”
“I know,” she whispered.
I leaned in and kissed the swell of her small breast, then the other. “Is this okay?”
“Yes. More.”
I took her pert nipple into my mouth and sucked lightly, causing a low moan to come from her. She moved her hips and ground down on my growing length. I moved my mouth to the other nipple, circling it with my tongue and blowing on it.
“Oh fuck,” she moaned, bringing her hands into the back of my hair.
I smiled and sucked it into my mouth. “You like that, baby?”
“Yes.”
After giving both her breasts the proper attention, I picked her up and placed her next to me, kissing her deeper as she lay down. I kissed down her sternum, circling my tongue around her belly button. “What do you want, Brielle?” I asked against her stomach.
When she didn’t answer, I looked up at her. “What's wrong, baby?” She pulled me up to kiss me. “Was that too much? I’m so—”
“No, no. It's not that. I just…I want you to finger me, but I’m scared. Nothing has ever been inside me willingly. I have never wanted to try. I just…I want you so bad.”
“I am honored, but we don’t need to do that. I have no problem kissing you and hearing those beautiful moans.” I kissed her neck and pulled a few more sounds from her that I knew were going to be ingrained in my brain from the moment I heard them.
She grabbed my hand and moved it down to the hem of her underwear. I looked her in the eye to make sure it was what she wanted. She bit her lip and nodded, “Please.”
I began rubbing her over her underwear. “If it hurts or something doesn’t feel right, you tell me, and I will stop immediately.”
“Eli,” she huffed.
I pushed her underwear aside and began circling her clit with my thumb. Her hands gripped my wrist. “Oh, fuck.” I kissed her, swallowing whatever else was going to come out of her mouth.
I slowly dipped one finger into her, and she tensed.
“Starting with one finger,” I whispered.
She nodded.
I moved my finger inside her and used my thumb to circle her clit again. “Oh fuck. Eli. Yes, there.” Her eyes went back in her head. “That feels amazing.”
“I am going to add a finger and–”
She pushed my hand into her. “Stop talking. Just do it.”
“My greedy girl.” I smiled. “If it hurts or I need to stop, let me know.”
“Yes! Yes. There. Oh my God.” She pressed my hand further into her.
“Ride my hand, baby. Take what you want.”
“I’m gonna cum, Eli,” she moaned.
I leaned toward her ear. “Scream my name, baby.”
With that, she did. She rode my hand, moaning my name until she came down from the high. As I pulled my fingers out, I brought them to my mouth and tasted her. “Mmm. You taste amazing.”
A light pink hue covered her chest and cheeks.
I kissed her forehead. “Stay there. Let me get you a washcloth.” I grabbed a washcloth from the bathroom, put some warm water on it, and handed it to her.
“Thank you,” she said nervously.
“No, baby, thank you.”
I washed my hands while she cleaned herself off. “What do you want for breakfast?” I called out.
She walked over to the bathroom and leaned on the doorframe. “Anything works for me. I just want to shower first.”
I kissed her forehead. “See ya downstairs.”
Before I made it out of the room, she called for me. “Hey, Eli?”
“Yeah,” I turned toward her.
“Thank you for all of this.”
I smiled. “Anything for my Masterpiece.”
