"Okay, everybody shut the fuck up so we can get down to business," I said addressing my crew. I had good news to discuss with them although the niggas had been bitching since I walked in the door.

"I'm almost out of product. When we getting our re-up?" one of my men asked.

"Yeah, boss, I've been having to turn niggas around, and it's almost the first of the month. We can't eat if we ain't got product to sell," another worker said.

"Yeah, everybody's low, bruh, and we all gotta eat out here, so what we plan on doing about weight this month?"

Delo asked. This nigga was becoming a pain in my ass lately, and I was becoming sick of the soft shit he was doing.

Ever since we came back from our meeting with Midos, that nigga been on some fuck shit.

I would hate to have to cancel my best friend, but the nigga acted like I was fucking up, and he was a better suited leader.

They said the ones you loved most be the ones to stab you in the back; that was why if he moved wrong, I would put his ass down no questions asked.

"Shit, we got that covered already," Monsta spoke up.

Now that crazy muthafucka was becoming my new partner in crime.

He might have had a crazy streak, was trigger happy, and a little psychotic, but we thought alike, and he made moves first and asked questions never.

He was always on go, and never stopped to be no bitch ass voice of reason unlike Delo's ole twenty questions having ass, let's map out a plan ass nigga.

This nigga acted like I was running a Fortune 500 legitimate company and not a drug empire.

I don't know if the nigga changed, or if he'd always been this way and I never noticed it.

"Oh, so you finally got Midos to agree to selling you bricks?" Delo asked, looking directly at me as if to say 'yeah right.'

"Fuck Midos. The days of us asking bitch niggas for shit is over," Monsta said at the same time as Drake and Te Tony came in pushing a wheelbarrow overflowing with bricks.

"That's what I'm talking about," a few men said as their eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store as they took in all the product. Product meant money, which meant they could continue keeping the lights on.

"Once we get this shit broken down, everybody can take their usual cut home. It's enough for everyone to have their normal amount, and we'll still have weight left over." I said.

"You got us a new connect?" Delo asked, and everybody looked to me to answer the question.

"Fuck you asking all these questions fo?" Monsta said but I raised my hand to silence him. I didn't need anybody to talk for me. I was the head nigga in charge; I could speak for myself.

"Ain't nobody gave us shit; we took the shit. Any more questions?" I said.

"Took it from who? When was you gon' run it by us that you and this reckless nigga out here starting wars and shit that we will have to finish? Did y'all think about that? This ain't no lil' nickel bags; them some serious bricks y'all got. At least a couple million in street value.

Niggas get killed for less, so it definitely ain't gone be no talking when whoever shit this is come looking for it. This involves all of us so we all should have been told instead of walking down the street to niggas randomly dumping bullets at us," Delo said.

Again my men all looked at me for answers like they agreed with everything this nigga was saying.

It was time to make an example out of his ass because he clearly forgot who shit this was.

To question me when it was just us is one thing, but questioning me like this in front of all these niggas was something I couldn't let slide.

Looking at Monsta, we both made eye contact, and he already knew what time it was. Delo's days had suddenly grown shorter.

"I saw an opportunity so I went with my move. What the fuck was I gone do? Stop and ask nicely if I could have the shit? Fuck no! And I'm not scared of the consequences that come with that shit unlike your bitch ass," I said as all talking in the room ceased.

It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

"I ain't scared of shit my nigga you got me fucked up. I'm putting down anything that comes my way but this whole thing bullshit. You ain't never moved reckless until a weak ass nigga got in your ear," Delo said looking at Monsta.

"Not to mention this fuckin' Journi situation got you losing yo fuckin mind like this ain't even you yet every time I look up we beefing with niggas pointlessly.

We lost our plug and secured an even better one for half the price with better products.

We was all eating and had a good business relationship with the nigga, until you let yo pride get in the way of business.

That nigga was still willing to work with you long as you paid him but you fucked that shit up by beefin with him over a bitch you don't even want and didn't even like.

You wanna go to war with a crazy ass unhinged nigga like Reaper all cuz yo bitch ass feelings hurt.

We already in two different wars as it is, and now you done gone and did this shit.

I don't know who shit yall took but with that much drugs which I'll say is about two million in street value, you stupid like them hoes if you think you gone live long enough to spend any money you make from it.

Me and you used to be in this shit together remember?

I always had yo back, and was on whatever you was on.

But, since you out here making moves on your own, you deal with this shit on your own," he said, standing up and turning to leave.

"You know the only way out of this crew is in a body bag!" I yelled.

"Shit, do what you feel, my nigga, but I'm not touching one bit of that fucking work. You're a dead man walking and don't even know it, so while you're planning my funeral, you better plan your own. Shit, I can guarantee you'll die before I will," he said,

shooting me a look of death before he headed down the hallway towards the exit.

Before he got out of my eyesight, I pulled my gun out and shot his ass in the back.

He dropped to the ground, and I smirked as I turned back to the men.

"Anybody else got a problem with how I got these bricks and want to leave? It's a dog eat dog world out here. The way I see it, nigga must've wanted us to take the shit. It was just sitting out in the open. If we didn't get it, some other lucky muthafucka would have.

Now yall either want these bricks or you wanna starve. Cuz if you don't work you don't eat and I'm not paying a muthafucka to sit around my shit looking stupid. This ain't Burger King and you damn sholl can't have it your way. Y'all can either catch this money train,

or catch a bullet out this bitch!"

I said to them. I had just shot my best friend and right-hand man; they knew they weren't exempt from catching a bullet, so everybody nodded their head in agreement.

"Shit fuck whoever shit that is, I got kids to feed," Te Tony said, breaking the ice.

Everybody started yelling, at once saying, "Hell yeah fuck them bitch ass niggas! We gotta eat."

While they were going on and on, I stood up and walked to the back to finish Delo off. I figured he had damn near bled to death by now. Once I made it to the spot he'd went down at, I didn't see his body. Instead, I saw a big puddle of blood. Turning around, I noticed Monsta was behind me.

"Find him and finish him," I said.

"Gladly, I been waiting for this," his ass said as he dropped down in a squat, ran his finger through the bloody pool and brought it to his mouth sucking the blood off before letting out a weird ass laugh.

The bat shit crazy ass nigga was acting like he was a bloodhound and had to catch the nigga scent.

I preferred a crazy ass loyal nigga over a disloyal muthafucka any day.

"I'm pretty sure I remember Khi saying question the muthafucka, not kill him," Jugg said while sitting at the breakfast bar eating a bowl of cereal.

"If his ass hadn't been acting suspicious, that's all I would have done. And, while you done helped yourself to some food, that shit could be poisoned and you sitting up here eating the shit," I said.

"Well seeing as that nigga died from a gunshot and not a box of cereal, I'd say I'm good. But if my throat start itching I'll call Doc," he said continuing to eat while we waited on the cleanup crew.

We had been following up leads all week because somebody was still fuckin with us.

We may have found out who shot up the grand opening, and who robbed us for the bricks, but we still didn't know who killed John.

Not only that, the pigs was continuously fuckin' with us.

We ain't never had this many raids on so many different houses since we took over shit in New York.

In the beginning it was a few while shit officially switched over from Zeus to Khaizon, but that was years ago.

We've always ran our shit very low key and on a more private level, we wasn't loud with it at all.

It's better to blend in than want to stand out.

Now, somehow we've tipped the scale and had eyes on us from every corner.

Just to be sure the shit had nothing to do with them rookie ass cops and that bogus stop, we had thoroughly looked into their asses.

And when I say looked into, I meant paid them a visit to the house their kids lay their heads at.

Everything they said checked out, they wasn't the ones fuckin' with us.

Khaizon wasn't sure if all the shit was connected or not, but since he just had a kid, I was tasked with looking into it further.

Our latest lead led us to the house of an ex cop who used to be on our payroll.

That is until the nigga got fired from the department after his dumb ass left his body cam on while fuckin' a prostitute in the backseat of his patrol car.

Since he was fired, he wasn't of any use to us anymore, so we fired his ass as well.

Cuz that didn't happen that long ago, I came here to see if the nigga called himself trying to get his job back by putting us on the police radar, then single handedly handing us over on a silver platter.

The shit sounded far fetched but it could happen, so I liked to eliminate all possibilities; leave no stone unturned.

I had planned on simply talking to the nigga, that's why me and Jugg had come here today.

However, the nigga was acting fidgety from the moment we walked inside the door, and I caught his ass sneaking and texting on his phone.

When he walked to the back in pretense of going to the bathroom, I followed his ass.

Soon as he turned left instead of right into the bathroom, I popped that nigga.

I don't know what the fuck he was on, but I wasn't taking any chances. I don't believe in coincidences and something was up with that nigga. I wasn't gone give him a chance to make a move on us, or warn whomever his ass was trying to secretly make a call to.

"So what we doing? Did you get everything you needed before we burn this bitch down? Or ain't finished looking around?" Jugg said, finally putting the bowl down in the sink like his ass was at home.

"Nigga what the fuck you think this is? Room service? You in here putting evidence in the sink and shit. Stop touching shit anyway," I said, pulling a pair of gloves out my back pocket.

"Shit we burning this bitch down anyway so what does it matter if I put the bowl up or leave that hoe laying round. It's called hospitality dumb ass nigga," Jugg said laughing.

His personality was so infectious it was hard to stay mad at his ass.

And if I'm being honest, I liked playful Jugg more than when the nigga turned into a demon.

He had an evil, psychotic demeanor that mimicked Khaizon's when he was mad.

The difference is Khaizon has been that way all his life and has perfect control of the shit.

Whereas I've seen Jugg black out and do severe damage.

That's why muthafuckas would rather him stay smiling and laughing because once it drops all hell breaks loose.

"That's besides the point, DNA can still be pulled from burned items sometimes," I said.

"Not if you burn the shit right. Now come on let's get this shit over with cuz I got shit to do today other than helping you clean up your dirty work," Jugg said.

"Nigga you was just eating that man cereal. What dirty work you did today?" I said as I made my way down the hall towards the back room the nigga had been headed to before I popped him.

"Emotional labor," Jugg said following behind me.

Stepping over his body, I walked into the bedroom that had been converted into an office.

"Start with them cabinets," I said as I sat down at the desk and started going through drawers careful not to actually flip the room upside down.

A wrecked room would throw the case from suicide to murder real quick.

However, we were doing a thorough search of everything including closets, checking under the bed, and pulling out drawers.

We was looking for anything and really nothing in particular.

But just to make sure we didn't miss anything that could have been important me and Jugg made sure to check every spot that could be a hiding spot.

I looked inside the toilet bowl, the vent, even the damn freezer.

Most of what we found was exactly what you'd expect from a nigga whose life had went to shit. Past due notices, a divorce filing, three different collection letters, and a stack of rejection emails from every department within a hundred miles that had told his ass no.

"It's nothing here, the nigga clean," Jugg said pulling his gloves off as I was bagging up shit I had deemed important, old case files he had no business having in his house.

His journal, two burner phones, a folder with names of niggas I know and some I didn't.

The folder also had a piece of paper in it with plates and dates wrote down in it.

I don't know if this was a case he was building on niggas, or blackmail; an insurance policy to get funds since his ass was broke.

The more shit I found, the happier I became that I had popped this weird ass nigga.

I had found child pornography photos and a few questionable DVDs that I'm sure if I were to boot up, would make me want to revive the nigga just to kill his ass all over again.

"Ok we done here, the clean up crew should be here any minute now," I said walking towards the front door thankful that it was late into the evening.
