That all changed five years ago when she became the head director of the rehab unit. Her normal hours used to be that she worked from nine to five.

That is my reality these days. Alone the majority of the time. I feel completely cast aside. Like I just don’t even matter to my wife anymore. This feeling is supported by the fact that I am never invited to the parties that she attends with her coworkers and doctors.
