Epilogue

Just in case Gino’s story doesn’t get to your Kindle, I have to tell you everything that happened with Aricia and Peter after we left them in the restaurant.

They planned their wedding and every detail to coincide with after their child’s second birthday.

But first, they planned as much as they could for their baby’s arrival.

Peter went to every doctor’s appointment with Aricia, who worked with her own lawyer on what it would take for her to retire early and keep a position at the company as the CEO.

Luckily, it would all coincide with her third trimester, when Peter planned to start his unofficial “paternity leave” from the family business.

Peter dedicated every moment after Mariah joined their family to responsible fatherhood – and wedding planning. They both wanted everything to be perfect and since so few people in the family had enormous weddings, Peter wanted this one to be memorable.

Three months after Mariah turned two-years-old, Aricia and Peter had a large, happy Italian wedding with a little bit of Southern charm from Aricia’s family down South.

She gave love a second chance and found a family just like her own – big, messy, and filled with more love than she could have ever imagined possible.
