Chapter Sixteen- Buddha
“Aye, wake the fuck up. I got things to do,” I said, kicking Ralph in his ribs. He had lost a significant amount of blood when Snow shot him. He was slowly dying, but I still needed him to pay for my dog and Lorenzo.
“Ugghh,” he groaned as he struggled to open his eyes. He lay on his side inside the pig pen. Next to him was Luca, who was a bit more alert than his accomplice.
“So, just to be clear. You two uneducated mothafuckas really thought you’d come onto my premises and harm my sister and her child,” I asked, taking my gun from my waist. Snow walked over to Luca and dragged him to his feet. He stood, holding himself up as best he could.
“You killed my father; I don’t have anything left,” Luca said, struggling to form his sentence.
“And you raped my sister,” I said, pointing my gun at his dick and firing a shot.
“Aaahhhhh! Fuckkkkk!” Luca screamed at the top of his lungs as blood ran down his legs before he fell to the ground in a fetal position. Snow kicked him a total of five times before he stopped moving. He was unconscious knocked out from the pain.
“You…you killed my dog and placed my friend’s dead body in the trunk of my wife’s car. You stabbed my dog in her chest, right,” I said with my hand outstretched as my brother handed me a knife I took from my sister’s kitchen.
I believed in doing unto others, giving people the same energy they gave to you. Without thinking twice, I buried the knife in Ralph’s chest. I could hear him choking on his own blood before his eyes closed.
“Wake his ass up,” I told Snow, pointing at Luca, Taking a pair of gloves out my pocket I slipped them on my hands as Snow slapped the shit out of Luca until he opened his eyes. Just as I was walking over to him my phone began ringing in my back pocket.
Pausing, I took my device out and took the call.
“Hey, where are you? I’m home…you still mad at me?” Dior’s sweet, sultry voice rang through my ear.
“Hey baby, Nah, I’m not mad. I’ll be home in about an hour. Do you need something?” I asked, looking at Snow as he waited for me to end my conversation.
“Yeah, when we get back, can you take me to Raising Cane’s? I think I got cravings,” Dior said, giggling, which made me smile. I was really about to be a father.
“Sure, baby, anything for you, amore mio (my love).”
“I love you, Buddha,” Dior said as I walked over to Luca.
“I love you too,” I responded before hanging up the phone. Luca looked at me with his eyes halfway open; I smiled at him.
“Tell me, do you know anything about pigs? Do you know what pigs like to eat?” I asked Luca, getting ready to point the gun at his temple. Snow laughed under his breath because I’m pretty sure he knew I was about to ask that question.
Pow!
