Two weeks later, Amina and Fonzo were enjoying the sandy beaches in Cancun along with his brothers and their significant others.

She didn’t think it was possible to book a trip so fast but her parents had an amazing travel agent.

It was pricey, but she managed to get them on a beautiful all-inclusive adult only resort.

Their rooms were on the same floor with a swim-up area that included a private balcony and hot tub.

Even better was her parents footing the bill for everything.

They were so appreciative of how Fonzo’s family welcomed them in and they wanted to show their appreciation.

Amina was a homebody, so they wanted her to have fun as well.

All she and her crew had to do was give the travel agent their info and pack.

“Get it, Emily. Show that man why he put a ring on it!” Clover yelled as she hyped up her new friend.

“Clover is nuts,” Amina laughed as she and Dash recorded Clover dancing and enjoying herself at the beach wedding reception.

Amina was so happy that everybody was able to accompany them on vacation.

Monty and Iva hadn’t come out of their room yet, but Clover was a whole vibe.

There was a wedding on the beach and the guests were just sitting around drinking and talking.

The DJ was bullshit and so was the music that he was playing.

Clover gave him her phone and he played her entire Nola Bounce playlist.

The bride seemed kinda shy, but Clover had her up twerking on her new husband and he was all smiles.

After that, the other guests got up and started enjoying themselves as well. Before long, Amina, Fonzo and Dash were invited to come to their private area and party with them too. The four of them stood out, especially since they were the only blacks in attendance.

“Don’t be scared to spank that ass, Chris. You got papers on it now.” Clover had the groom slapping his wife’s ass as she tried her best to back it up on him. They were both uncoordinated but they were having a good time.

“My sis gon’ have fun no matter where she goes,” Fonzo laughed, as they watched Clover interact with the crowd.

She had the mic and she was really the life of the party. Clo reminded him so much of Diva. She wasn’t shy and she knew how to have fun. She even had Amina coming out of her shell, and he was happy that his brothers came.

“Whew, I’m tired as hell. Chris ‘bout to knock all the guts out of Emily tonight. My boy said he’s trying to make a baby tonight.” Clover was out of breath when she sat in the lounge chair right next to Amina.

“Here, girl, you look like you can use this.” Amina handed Clover a bottle of water.

“Thanks, sis. We’re invited to their yacht party tomorrow. Y’all down?” Clo looked around for answers.

“Who got a yacht party?” Dash asked.

“The newlyweds. The groom’s family is paid out the ass. His people got property out here and his daddy is sending his yacht for them tomorrow. They got property in Jamaica, New York and Canada. Both his parents are neurosurgeons, but they were born into money even before that. Look at this yacht,

it’s huge and nice as hell.”

Clover showed them the pictures on her phone.

Fonzo grabbed it out of her hand to get a better look.

“Seriously, Lucky, you were only over there for an hour. How do you know all them people business like that?” Dash shook his head and laughed.

“They told me. Where is Iva and Monty?”

“Still in the room, I guess.” Amina shrugged.

“That yacht is nice as hell. We need to be on that thang.” Fonzo was impressed. He had been on a yacht before but never one as big.

“I already told them that we’re a party of six but they really want us to come,” Clover replied.

“They really want you to come but I’m down. I don’t mind an invite by association,” Amina joked.

“What time is our excursions? The man said to make sure we’re downstairs by the front desk before pick up time,” Dash reminded them.

“We got time,” Clover replied while looking at her phone.

“Yes, I’m so excited. We need to get ready and make sure Iva and Monty are ready too.”

Amina was all smiles, and that made her husband smile in return.

She had been on vacation multiple times but she usually just relaxed.

Fonzo wanted her to chill since she was pregnant, but they weren’t doing anything strenuous to jeopardize their baby.

He asked the tour guide a million questions just to be sure.

All six of them were doing the jet cars and all three women wanted to swim with the dolphins.

“Yeah, I need to see why they never came downstairs. The hell they got going on like that,” Clover replied.

The four of them got up and headed back inside to their rooms. Clover knocked on Iva and Monty’s door but didn’t get an answer. She tried calling both their phones and was met with the same results.

“I hope they’re ok.” Amina was starting to get worried.

“They’re good. They got free liquor in the room. More than likely, they got drunk and passed out.” Clover shrugged like it was no big deal.

Amina and Fonzo went into their room right before Clover and Dash went to theirs.

She and Dash had packed matching outfits for the entire trip, so she took out their swim attire as well as what they were wearing for the day.

They took a minute to Facetime their daughter for a while, but she wasn’t really interested in talking.

Diva and Hank took her and Irie’s kids to the feeding zoo and the animals had all of her attention.

“Roll up, Lucky. Let’s go chill on the balcony until it’s time to go.” Dash threw her his stash bag and she got right to work. As soon as they got on the balcony, they both paused at the sounds that was coming from somewhere close by.

“Somebody getting it in,” Clover said, as they both fell out laughing. She and Dash peeked over the balcony but they didn’t see anything. They lit the blunt and passed it back and forth until the loud screams of ecstasy were heard once again.

“Yes, Monty. Don’t stop!”

Both Dash and Clover looked at each other with wide eyes.

“Iva!” Clover yelled.

“She’s busy, sis!” Monty yelled back.

“Nigga, I thought y’all was in there passed out drunk and y’all on the balcony fucking!”

“Hurry y’all nasty asses up before we be late for our excursions,” Dash argued.

He was only joking because he understood. He was happy that Clover’s cycle had come and gone the week before they left because they got it in multiple times a day since they got there too.

“Let me call Amina and tell her that they’re just fine. Put that out and come back in the room, Boobie. I don’t wanna hear that.” Clover dialed Amina’s number as she got up and headed inside with Dash following close behind.

A few hours later, they were all out of their rooms and headed to their excursions. The entire trip was amazing, but the memories they made were even better. They all enjoyed their week in paradise, not knowing that shit was about to get real when they made it back home.

“I appreciate you, bro. I’m not trying to look at that stupid bitch no more if I don’t have to,” Monty fussed.

Not even a week after their vacation, Caprice was calling him with some bullshit.

Iva blocked her from calling his phone, so she must have used somebody else’s.

She told him that he had twenty-four hours to come get the rest of his belongings before she turned the key in.

Since Dash was out securing a few contracts, he asked him to do it for him.

He always used the company truck when he handled business so that was perfect.

“It’s all good, bro. I got that nigga Tre with me so I don’t have to be here too long,” Dash replied, speaking of Denny’s oldest son.

“Cool but I gotta get back to it. I got a customer.”

“Alright, hit me up later.” Dash hung up the phone right as he pulled up to the apartment complex.

“Man, I hope she don’t live upstairs. I ain’t tryna be walking up all them damn steps,” Tre complained.

“Nah, she’s on the bottom level. Shit, I gotta remember what building she live in. I ain’t been here in a minute.”

“The fuck was Monty doing with that big bitch. I ain’t messing with nothing that I can’t pick up when we fucking. She ain’t even feminine.”

“That’s all on that nigga. I ain’t concerned with nobody’s relationship but my own.”

“You good though, Cuz. Clover is beautiful for a dark skinned chick.”

“Nigga, she’s beautiful period. The fuck her skin color got to do with anything? Y’all kill me with them backhanded ass compliments. And what makes you think that light is right? Always talking ‘bout a redbone and some of them hoes be looking like naked mole rats.”

“Damn, my bad, Cuz. It wasn’t a backhanded compliment. You have a beautiful wife.”

“Tell me something I don’t know. I think this is the building right here.”

Dash pointed to a building to the right of where they were parked. He and Tre got out of the car and walked up to the building. Dash was right and he saw Caprice sit a box outside the door before going back inside. He knocked on the door, and she pulled it open as soon as he did.
