Chapter 15 #2
After we left the store, I kept asking Faheem where we were going, but the nigga wanted to act all hush-hush.
I got annoyed when we got to the car side of The Beau View.
You could either hike up The Beau View which was what I wanted to do.
Or drive like most people did. Driving was more convenient and faster.
However, you didn’t get to see some of the beautiful views you did while hiking.
Once we made it to the top, it was oddly empty.
The car side of Beau View was always packed, another reason I didn’t care to come on this side.
Tonight though, it was completely empty.
Faheem parked off in the designated parking area.
From there, most people walked towards the grassy area that eventually led to one of the many view points of Beaumont’s city skyline.
He wanted to carry me since I had heels on, and we had to walk through grass.
I tried to reassure him I would be fine.
I was a big girl, of course Faheem didn’t hear me. He carried me against my will.
I was in awe as we came up to Faheem’s surprise.
He’d turned the top of Beau Point into a scene out of a movie.
A giant bubble tent sat in the middle of the grass area, close enough we got a clear view of the city skyline but far enough back we didn’t have to worry about sliding down the hill.
There was a path of red rose petals leading up to the tent.
Faheem let me down to walk up the path. Red curtains hung closing off the entrance.
Going through them, I smiled. Seeing the set up and the smell of the food made my stomach growl.
A white table, with a red velvet table cloth draped over it and two white chairs at each end of the table.
Sitting on the table were two plates covered by silver trays.
An unlit tall red candle sat in the middle of the table.
Rose petals were scattered all over the tent.
In the far back of the tent, there was another area set up like a bed with pillows, a blanket, and what looked like a movie projector.
Turning around, I smirked at Faheem, noticing for the first time he was wearing all white as well.
“You showing out tonight?”
“I’m tryin’ to.” Faheem chuckled.
Walking over to the table, I wanted to know what was smelling so good.
Lifting one of the lids, I couldn’t contain the smile that spread across my face.
Faheem had gotten my favorite thing to eat in this world: Prime Rib.
I was shocked he remembered that. It seemed like so long ago when I told him about all my favorites.
“I don’t get it, why do all of this?” I said, plopping down into the chair. I might have been questioning Faheem’s motives, but I wasn’t finna let this steak go to waste.
“Apperantly ‘cause you hungry,” he teased, taking the seat across from me.
Instead of replying to him, I had to taste my food first. Unraveling the silverware from the fancy red napkin, I wasted no time cutting into my steak.
I was in heaven with my first bite. The steak was so tender and juicy it had me forgetting about everything I wanted to say.
Greedily eating half my steak, I ignored Faheem’s intense stare.
I wanted to enjoy my steak before we dove into this conversation that would surely ruin my appetite.
Faheem went over to a cooler pulling out a bottle of wine.
He made his way back over to the table pouring us both a glass of wine.
Taking a break, I took a drink of my wine. Regrouping, I focused back on Faheem.
“You know this is stuff a nigga does for his girlfriend or wife?” I said, taking a sip of my wine.
“Ain’t you my wife?” Faheem cockily smirked at me.
I scoffed at him. “I’m being serious, Faheem. You trying to confuse shit more than it already is. We need to keep things strictly platonic between us. Mixie is your girl, and we’re married out of necessity.”
I was serious too. Being with Faheem seemed like fun.
We got along great, our conversations flowed.
He could eat the hell outta some pussy, and he had a big dick.
Everything about him sounded too good, and from what I learned in life, things that sounded too good probably were.
We had to be around each other, and I wanted to keep things drama free if possible.
“When did you decide this?” Faheem looked at me like I told a joke. He wasn’t taking me seriously.
I shrugged my shoulders. He shook his head sitting up in his chair.
“Was this before or after I sucked on yo pussy?”
“It was after your weird ass girlfriend listened to you eating my pussy. Smart ass.” I rolled my eyes drinking the last bit of wine in my glass.
It was weird knowing Mixie was sitting there listening to Faheem eat my pussy.
I didn’t know what that girl was thinking.
I knew how I would react to hearing my nigga give another female head.
For that reason alone, I didn’t trust Mixie.
The bitch wasn’t finna kill me in my sleep ‘cause her nigga liked how my pussy taste.
“I’m not gonna stop fuckin’ with you, Juniper. All this shit you talkin’, I ain’t tryna hear forreal,” he replied in an uncaring tone with the matching facial expression.
“Be forreal, Faheem. Us fucking around is a recipe for disaster. That’s another thing. I think it would be best if I stayed with Frankee. She already said it was fine. I don’t want to step on Mixie’s toes and make her uncomfortable in her own home.”
“You straight where you are now,” Faheem said with finality. “Why you always so concerned about Mixie, but she ain’t stuntin’ you?”
“ ‘Cause, I’m not into fucking other bitch’s niggas. It’s not my thing.”
“But lettin’ them eat yo pussy is?”
“Not no more.”
“It’s not?”
“Be serious, Faheem. I’m being dead ass right now.” I motioned with my hands between the both of us. “Whatever this is, we can’t do it. Let’s just be friends until we can get divorced and go our separate ways.”
“You be suckin’ all yo friend’s dicks that good?” Faheem gave me a taunting stare.
I gave him a blank face instead of responding, ‘cause he knew fucking better than to ask me that dumb ass question.
“I ain’t know friends be lettin’ friends suck on they pussy all the time either,” he cockily replied, annoying me because I felt like he wasn’t being serious.
“If you bring up you giving me head one more time. You ain’t the first nigga to eat it, and I know you won’t be the last.”
“How a nigga feelin’, I might be.” Faheem’s face went from playful to a straight face. He was being dead serious.
“Whatever you say.” I waved him off. It was pointless to argue with his delusions. He was gonna have to find out the hard way.
“Give me a good reason why we can’t fuck around, and I’ll let you stay at Frankee’s. I’ll keep my distance and all that other shit you said.”
“You have a girlfriend.” I made the duh face. Was he being serious or fucking with me?
“She don’t give a fuck. She actually told me I can fuck with you as long as you know your place.”
“Bullshit,” I called his bluff. There was no way any female on this planet would give her nigga permission to deal with another female.
“I can call her. What I gotta lie for.”
“This entire situation is crazy as hell,” I said, shaking my head, looking off towards the side.
If Mixie really gave him the green light to mess with me, she was sicker than he was.
Wasn’t a man on this earth that could convince me to do no shit like that.
My situation with Faheem was hard enough to deal with as is.
I didn’t like sharing my niggas whether we were together officially or not.
At first, I didn’t care because I didn’t like him.
He was her nigga, and I was cool with being the fake wife.
Even after the first time he fingered me, I still didn’t care ‘cause it wasn’t that deep with us.
Once we really started kicking it, and I got to see different sides of Faheem, things changed, and my feelings started to grow.
No matter how many times I told myself not to get too invested, it was hard not to.
When it was the two of us, it was like there was nothing else in our world.
Faheem got me without me having to explain myself.
When I told him about my love for nature, he didn’t crack jokes like most of the niggas I knew.
He didn’t laugh when I talked about camping or going on hikes.
He made plans with me to do what I loved.
Faheem might have been a nigga in the streets, but he paid attention to the little things.
I was gone too far before I had the chance to stop myself.
I’d never been the type of female who fell fast for niggas, but Faheem had me second guessing myself in a month.
He had me going against everything I stood for.
I didn’t fuck with niggas that had girlfriends, but for him, I pretended Mixie didn’t exist. That made it possible for me to rationalize liking him as much as I did.
I literally battled myself some days having to be in the same house as Faheem and Mixie.
The more time I spent with Faheem, the more I wanted to beat Mixie’s ass ‘cause it felt like she was fucking my nigga. My only saving grace with them was they weren’t super affectionate with each other, at least not around me.
I think I would go crazy if I had to see them be all over each other.
Clearly that wasn’t me being logical, but that’s how I knew I needed space between us.
How Mixie could tell Faheem he could be with another female was something I never wanted to understand.
“It’s not. You thinkin’ too hard in that big ass head of yours. It’s alright to go with what feels good sometimes.”
