237. Legion
Legion
It was a plan full of risk.
More likely failure.
But it was all we had left.
The giants were powerful
and the Gods were weakening.
So I looked upon my thousands,
once corpses left to decay.
They stood impossibly before me
blinking into the cold and grey
that no longer affected them,
watching silently, none speaking.
Hermes whispered to me,
‘You are their maker, Hekate.
Give them your command.’
It struck me in that moment.
This was my army.
I was now
their general.
And we were going
to war.
