6. Dax #2

Void popped open the button on my jeans then pulled them down to my knees, clasped them together, and bent my legs back until I could grab them.

I heard the sound of him undoing his jeans, and then he was slamming his cock inside me.

Groaning at the unexpected fullness, I hugged my legs tighter to my chest. Dragging me forward, half my ass hung off the table, but I wasn’t worried. Void would never let me get hurt.

He pulled out, then thrust in hard and deep, pulling me forward at the same time.

A cry burst from me as I grabbed the bottom of the table so I didn’t get fucked right off it.

He drove into me three more times, which had me all but screaming in pleasure so loud everyone would know what was happening.

Taking my legs back, he hugged them to his chest as he powered in and out of me. Just as he promised, it was rough and fast, but the orgasm barreling down the line slammed into me out of nowhere. “Fuck yes, don’t stop,” I begged. “Fuck me right through it.”

“Don’t you worry, little demon, I’m not done with you yet,” Void assured me as he pulled out and flipped me over so I was on my knees. Before I could complain, he was inside me, pounding me into the table as he leaned over, pressing my chest down flat.

“Yes, yes, yes,” I cried as he used all his strength behind each thrust, making me question if I was going to be bruised. Who the fuck cared when it felt so goddamn good?

My nails dug into the wood as he nipped at my ear, his hot, labored breath on my neck.

Then he slowed slightly, warning me he was almost there.

A hand slipped between my legs, and the bastard pinched my clit hard, rocketing me into another climax as he came inside me at the same time.

My head tossed back, and I screamed long and loud as Void rubbed his fingers against my clit drawing out the bliss.

Finally, he stopped, and I slumped to the table. My breath was labored as my body shivered with aftershocks flooding my body. “Holy fuck, that was amazing,” I panted.

Void chuckled as he kissed my cheek sweetly then slowly pulled out.

“Here, I think she’ll need these,” Sprocket’s voice said from behind me.

I tried to look behind me, but my body wasn’t ready to do anything just yet. Then I felt Void wipe something over my pussy and figured he was cleaning up after himself. Some women might not mind, but I didn’t enjoy the feel of cum in my underwear as it seeped out of me.

“Thanks,” I whispered, unsure which of them it might be.

“I should be spanking that needy pussy of yours,” Sprocket said, telling me he’d cleaned me up. “Look at you, fucking in the middle of work when you have a man to torture. Or so I hear.”

“Void started it,” I argued.

“Let me guess, you just finished it?” he asked with a chuckle. “Now here I was thinking Cam and Ghost being left alone together in a murder room might be the troublemakers. Looks like I was wrong.” A firm slap fell on my pussy, making me flinch and cry out as it sent a shock of pleasure through me.

“I feel like I deserve more of a scolding than that,” I reasoned, finally able to shift so I could look behind me.

Sprocket smirked at me, his green eyes shining with humor. “Oh no, little rebel, you’re not going to rope me into giving you what you want right now. Maybe I’ll reward you if you’re a good girl and you deal with the man they brought up to the top floor.”

Scowling, I let him pull me off the table and set me on my feet. He shimmied up my pants and let me lean against him as he buttoned and zipped them for me. With a few teasing kisses up my neck, he straightened. “So what’s it going to be?”

Letting out a sigh, I turned on my heel and wrapped an arm around his neck, pulling him into a kiss. He went willingly and didn’t rush the tender kisses he gave me with a hum of pleasure. Releasing him, I stepped back and straightened the rest of my clothes.

“Don’t even try, little demon,” Void commented. “You have ‘just fucked’ written all over you… no straightening is gonna fix that. Besides, I like having others see what they’ll never be able to touch.”

Running my hands through my hair, ignoring his words, I rolled my eyes at him. “I know what you really want is for someone to comment, then you’ll have a reason to beat their asses.”

Void shrugged. “Man’s got to get his jollies somehow.”

“Didn’t I just do that for you?” I demanded, crossing my arms. Sprocket was trying to cover his laughter, but he wasn’t doing a good job of it.

Grasping my chin, Void looked right into my eyes. “You, little demon, are my very soul. What you do for me is so much more than you’ll understand.”

Fuck. This man could make me melt in a way that should be illegal.

“Nope,” Sprocket said, smacking away Void’s hand and pushing me toward the door. “I’m betting that’s how you two ended up fucking in here to begin with. Time for you to get going and start feeling stabby, little rebel.”

I couldn’t help but laugh at that. There weren’t many times in my life that people had requested my stabby nature to come out and play, but here was one for the record books. “Either of you ever wonder why I picked Two Tricks or the spade and skull?” I asked as we headed our way to the elevator.

“Guess I figured if you felt like we should know, you’d tell us,” Sprocket reasoned. “But I’ll admit I’ve been curious.”

“After our parents died, Devin and I ended up with a woman named Mary. She was an awesome foster mom and the person we needed after losing our parents. Mary loved to play card games, and while we were still pretty young, we were old enough to figure out Go Fish, Old Maid, Uno, and things like that,” I shared as we headed up.

“Devin didn’t have a competitive bone in his body…

that was all me. As was true his whole life, he could be manipulated into doing just about anything if you worded it right. ”

Pausing, I took a moment as memories of that time flashed through my mind—the small glimpse of happiness we had before everything was stripped away from us once again.

“Mary used to say out of the two of us, I was the tricky one, always keeping something up my sleeve. In a way, I guess that stuck with me subconsciously, as she always teased me about my tricky ways. As for the two… well, I suppose I started all this in revenge for Devin, and I didn’t want to leave him out of things,” I explained, then cocked my head deep in thought.

“To be honest, I don’t think even Wes knows all that. ”

The doors opened, and we exited once more into the futuristic world of the twentieth floor.

“What about the spade?” Sprocket asked, taking my hand and lifting the ring to his lips. “We know it’s important, or you wouldn’t use it.”

I let my hand cup his cheek, my thumb gliding over the prickle of stubble before dropping it to take his hand.

“In my art classes, we learned how so many symbols we see all the time can have so many meanings through the ages. The spade has a long history full of dueling meanings but is most commonly known as a symbol of war or death. Yet on the opposing side of things, it has a spiritual meaning of new beginnings or a fresh start.”

“Dueling natures,” Void commented. “With the good also comes the bad. I think that about sums up the life you’ve lived as Two Tricks.”

“Yeah, that’s what I thought too,” I agreed, stopping before I entered the office.

Closing my eyes, I took a deep breath allowing my inner demon’s coldness to take over.

This wasn’t a job for Dax, the woman these men loved and married.

Right now, Two Tricks, the cold, calculated killer and mastermind behind the Hidden Empire, needed to play the leading role.

When I stepped into that room, I was going to torture a man, who I’m sure would kill me the second he got a chance.

This was war, things got messy, and no matter what, I wouldn’t lose any of the family I’d built for myself.

Snapping my eyes open, I straightened my shoulders and entered, a grin tugging at my lips, knowing what was coming next.
