His Incubus Husband
1. Valentino’s First Time
VALENTINO’S FIRST TIME
When many people are trying to kill you, the constant fear transforms you. Maybe you become paranoid, losing sleep over small creaks in the floorboards. Or maybe you get careless, courting death at every corner.
Sir Oswald Sandoval liked to think that he transformed the fear, tamed it, and rode it through life like a racehorse. He was always winning.
Tonight, he even ordered drinks at the bar. His presence at the club was unannounced; it would have taken more preparation than just bribing the bartender to poison him. He sailed through the crowd, sipping his blood-orange margarita and eyeing the smorgasbord of attractive omegas.
The policy of the club was very convenient—either you were a member, invited and vetted, and you paid the yearly fee on top of what you spent at the bar, or you stood in line outside, hoping they would grant you access because you “fit the club image.” In other words, the alphas had to pay, while attractive young omegas got in for free.
Oswald would readily agree that the policy was sleazy, but he would reap the benefits tonight.
It had been some time since he’d gotten properly laid.
His regular escort had quit the business, and Oswald had been forced into celibacy.
If going out was a challenge in his situation, finding a hookup was even more of a headache.
What was the point of staying alive if he couldn’t enjoy himself?
He’d already noticed a few men he’d gladly bring to a hotel room for the night, but it was still early. The club wasn’t even full yet.
He spotted a blond mop of wavy hair in the sea of tuxedos and craned his neck. The crowd moved and parted, and he got a glimpse of a face.
Large, doe-like blue eyes, pale lashes like feathers, plush, swollen lips, pink cheeks…
He stepped around a few mingling groups and made his way closer to the omega.
The boy was sipping a drink through a straw, his lips wrapped around it as if puckered up for a kiss.
Three alphas surrounded him, and he batted his eyelashes at them like a lamb unaware of the dangers of a pack of wolves.
One of the wolves leaned down and fingered the omega’s shirt.
Oswald worried for the young man, but the omega simply laughed and walked off, leaving the men staring after him longingly. It seemed the boy could handle himself.
That laugh. All the demons in hell! The omega was breathtaking.
Oswald followed the mirage through the crowd, keeping a respectable distance.
When the boy leaned on the tall bar counter, his pert little ass wrapped in white slacks sticking out, two men at once jumped to get his drink for him.
He declined the offers, paid for his drink, and thanked the bartender before ambling away.
Wherever he went, alphas drooled after him.
Either he was oblivious to the attention he was getting or he was acting a part.
As Oswald trailed after the boy, he found himself closer to the exit. With his eyes on the omega, he paused to talk to the security guy at the host stand.
“I thought underage guests weren’t allowed.”
The guard stiffened, scanning the crowd. “Everybody here is legal, sir. We’ve ID’d everyone, even people on the VIP list.”
“You’re telling me that boy over there is legal?” Oswald discreetly pointed at the omega.
“Absolutely, sir. I remember checking his driver’s license myself.”
“What’s his name?”
The guard hesitated. “Um. Sir, with all due respect, I’m not allowed to tell you that.”
Oswald gave a nod of approval. “Good job. Your employer must be happy to have you.”
The alpha exhaled with relief. “Thank you, sir.”
Taking a deep gulp of his drink, Oswald followed the omega to the large outdoor terrace, where two bartenders put on a show, juggling cocktail mixers and setting drinks on fire. Watching the performance, the boy stayed in the shadows, nursing his own drink.
Oswald had to make his move before the siren was swamped by other men again.
The omega sucked in a breath as he noticed Oswald approaching.
Oswald knew he looked good and used his charm well.
Was he confident enough to hit on the most beautiful man in the room and think he’d succeed after the boy had rejected a dozen others?
He weighed his options, and after assessing the clever glint in the omega’s eyes, he settled on “Did you use a fake ID to get in here?”
The omega arched one golden eyebrow. “Out of all the men who tried to flirt with me tonight, you have by far the lousiest intro.” His voice sounded like velvet, a little deeper than one might expect for how young and slight he looked.
“I’d like to stay out of jail,” Oswald replied.
“If you think I’m too young for you, why approach me at all?”
“Because I have a particular fantasy I’d like to enact, and you’d be perfect for the main role.”
“Oh?”
Oswald leaned closer, sniffing the omega’s hair. He smelled the same way he looked—pure yet seductive. Like a white rose.
“Tell me about the fantasy,” the omega said, tilting his head up. His teeth grazed his lower lip, and the tip of his tongue peeked out in a move that must have been deliberate. He was a mesmerizing blend of innocent and deviously sexual.
“A boy celebrates his eighteenth birthday. He’s the most beautiful omega in the city, maybe in the whole country.
Precious, unattainable, and very much innocent.
” The omega smirked but waited for Oswald to continue.
“I’m a rich man, more powerful than any of the schmucks in here tonight.
I’ll ask the boy what special gift I can give him for his birthday. And then I’ll give it to him.”
The omega touched his straw with the tip of his tongue before taking a small sip. He didn’t take his eyes off Oswald. “What does he ask for in this fantasy of yours? Diamonds? A car?”
Oswald smirked. “He asks me to pop his cherry.”
The omega laughed merrily. “You wish!”
“How old are you?”
A mischievous grin curved the boy’s full lips. “My ID says twenty-three. Am I too old for your dirty fantasy?”
It was his eyes. They were pure blue, almost childlike, but the light in them looked ageless. Now that Oswald was talking to the man, he would guess him to be at least twenty-five, but with an exceptional moisturizer routine.
“Like I said, you’d be perfect for the role.”
“Maybe I came here tonight with my own fantasy to fulfill.”
“Did you tell any of the others who approached you tonight?”
“No. You’d be the first. And you enjoy being the first, don’t you?”
Oswald’s cock tingled already. “Tell me, and I’ll make it happen.”
The omega blinked slowly, his eyelids heavy with desire. “It’s not wise to make promises when you don’t know what I wish for.”
“I employ my wisdom in business and politics. I like to be unwise elsewhere. It’s more fun that way. What’s your fantasy?”
Smiling, the omega wrapped his lips around the straw and sucked. He let it go with a soft pop.
“I want a powerful, mature alpha tied to a bed for the night. He’ll let me do what I want and beg me for relief.”
Oswald’s underbelly flooded with heat. He wasn’t a submissive man, far from it. But the idea of the petite blue-eyed angel riding his cock while he was tied to his four-poster bed made him see red.
He put a finger under the omega’s chin and asked, “What’s your name, angel?”
“Valentino.”
Oswald hummed. What a name! He could imagine whispering it into the boy’s ear while he slowly worked three fingers into his tiny hole.
“Valentino, I have a proposal for you.”
“I’m listening.”
“You fulfill my fantasy, and I’ll fulfill yours.”
Valentino gazed at him with his too-clever, ageless eyes.
“And your name?”
“Oswald.”
He smirked knowingly. “I knew you looked familiar. You’re Sir Oswald Sandoval himself.”
Oswald gave a brief bow. “The one and only. I’m flattered you know me.”
“Your reputation precedes you. I should have recognized you.”
“Does knowing who I am make you more or less inclined to accept my offer?”
“It doesn’t factor into my decision at all.”
“How will you decide, then?”
Valentino leaned in and sniffed at Oswald’s shirt. “You smell nice. You have decent conversational skills.” He glanced up. “Handsome. Arrogant. Sexy.”
“I sense there’s a but.”
“I haven’t seen your dick yet.”
Now it was Oswald’s turn to laugh. He glanced around and pushed Valentino deeper into the dark corner.
Staring at the omega’s full lips and gulping his scent, it wasn’t difficult for him to grow half hard.
He caught Valentino’s wrist and brought the boy’s petite hand to his groin.
At the exploratory touch through his pants, he hardened even more.
Valentino felt around Oswald’s trapped erection and licked his lips. His expression morphed from speculative to shocked as he tore his hand away.
“But I’ve…never… I can’t, sir.”
He clutched his hand to his chest, pinning his suddenly fearful eyes on Oswald. He had already slipped into his role.
“It’s…my birthday tonight,” he whispered haltingly.
Oswald smiled.
“Is it, angel? How old are you?”
“I’m eighteen,” Valentino lied smoothly, pitching his voice higher. His act was eerily genuine, making Oswald wonder if everything had been an act. Maybe the boy was just a figment of his fantasy. Maybe he was an assassin hired to kill him.
What a way to go.
“Let me give you a gift. Whatever you wish.”
Valentino looked down, blushing, and sucked his drink through his straw. “Whatever?”
“Yes. A beautiful, nice boy like you deserves the world.”
He blinked up, cheeks dark pink. “My father never lets me go out. I escaped tonight so I could celebrate the way I wanted. He wants to marry me off to a stranger, but I’ve…never even had a kiss.”
Oswald leaned forward and brushed his lips over Valentino’s forehead.
The boy gasped, gazing up at him dolefully. His eyes seemed to brim with tears.
“Will you kiss me? For real?”
“Is that your birthday wish?”
A jerky nod.
