Sammy

My body is growing warmer and warmer as an unfamiliar heat licks at my insides. I’ve never done something like this before.

With a locked jaw, Javier looks like he’s ready to snap at any moment. When one of his hands covers mine, my heart thumps so loud that I don’t even hear how loud my breathing has become.

“Like this, angel.” He strokes himself with my hand at a speed that makes his face pinch up. I can already feel the slickness seeping out, using it to glide my hand up and down with ease.

Angel. Every time he calls me it, my stomach tightens up. The pet name makes me feel innocent and sweet. If only he had any idea what kind of thoughts are going through my head now. The things I want to do to satisfy my curiosities. I’m no angel. I don’t have it in me to ask him to stop using the nickname, not when my body aches and burns each time I hear him say it.

Pressing my thighs together, I try my hardest to ignore the pulse thumping between them. The more I see Javier coming undone, the more aroused I become.

Sure, I’ve seen heated scenes in movies and shows before and they made me feel a sort of way. Nothing intense like this. Back then, I could ignore the ache. This time around, it’s just so much that I don’t think it’s possible to pretend it’s not there.

Something must be seriously wrong with me. Stockholm syndrome has to be it. Why else would I want this man so badly?

Javier curses under his breath as I stroke him faster. I can feel him twitching and pulsating against my fingers. Listening to the way his breathing quickens, I know he’s getting close. Without his guidance, I tighten my grip and move a little faster. Watching his face twist and distort, I’m mesmerized before his release splashes my skin without warning.

I’m panting as quickly as he is, overcome with this wave of arousal that I don’t know what to do with.

Javier makes this noise in the back of his throat, something I can only describe as a deeper growl than the others. More animalistic.

One moment I’m hunched over him and the next, I’m flattened against the bed of the truck. Like a switch has been flipped, Javier has my thighs pressed apart and now all that heat I’ve trapped is escaping.

“Tell me to stop,” he orders, his breath hot against my throat. “If you don’t, I’m going to ruin you.”

I try to lift my hips but I’m trapped between his body and the truck. My breathing is ripped right from my lungs when he thrusts forward, pressing himself against everything sensitive down below. It doesn’t matter that I’m still fully clothed, I feel everything.

How far am I going to let this man go? I should stop him now before I do something I’ll regret. Something I can’t possibly take back.

My lack of response makes his chest vibrate in approval. When his teeth nip at my throat, those butterflies living comfortably in my stomach suddenly combust, heating me down to my core.

“I’ve never…I’ve never even kissed someone before,” I finally manage with a shaky breath. “This is all new but…I don’t want you to stop.”

A curse followed by a sigh leaves his lips. Lifting himself only slightly, he gets a good look at my warm face. He’s scowling like he’s mad at the world. I’ve grown to enjoy the way he frowns. Even the deep curve of his lips makes his handsome face even more so.

“Open your mouth,” he orders as he shifts to rest on his elbows.

Parting my lips, I don’t know what to expect. His hand captures my chin, his thumb brushing my mouth as he watches me do as he orders. Tempted to taste even his finger, I’m surprised when he leans down and kisses me, invading my mouth with his tongue. My hips lift up, grinding for some kind of friction. My body knows what it wants as if the movement comes naturally.

Javier doesn’t think twice when it comes to pinning down my hips with his. He’s too busy coaxing a moan from my lips as I work to keep up with the intensity of my first kiss. When he pulls away long enough for me to catch my breath, he moves one of his hands to my side. He plucks at the shirt I’m wearing and he looks so pleased with himself.

“Might make you keep these clothes,” he mumbles more to himself. Even if they belong to him, he must like seeing me wear them.

When I squirm, he kisses me again, not even trying to hold back. Two kisses turn to three before I’m ready to scream. When he drags his mouth lower, he places kisses against my chest and stomach. I wish the shirt wasn’t there. It’s like a tease at this point.

I don’t know how far he plans on taking this, not until he unties the bow on the inside of the sweatpants. My breathing grows heavier when he starts to slide them down my thighs. Even as a virgin, I know what he’s planning and I’m wiggling even more. Is it from nerves or excitement? Har far does he plan on going?

“I haven’t showered since yesterday,” I whisper as my toes curl. The sweats disappear and the guy gets comfortable between my legs. I gasp when he grabs my hips and tugs my body upward.

It’s hard to find my words when he kisses my underwear like he kisses my mouth. His tongue glides across the already damp fabric. With an iron grip on my hips, I’m not going anywhere.

“Don’t care.” He really must not because he doesn’t even take my underwear off. He doesn’t have enough patience for that. He just pushes the strip to the side and dives straight in.

Oh my god. Is this really happening? Maybe this is all actually just a dream and I’m snoring against the window in the passenger seat. It feels too good to be my imagination.

Javier doesn’t just stroke his tongue across my slickness, but he buries his tongue inside my pussy like he’s been starving for a high-quality meal. There’s no doubt that this man is hungry.

“Fucking unreal,” he growls against my skin. My hips ache as he grips them, pinning me down from basically riding his face. With the kind of friction I’m needing at the moment, he’s torturing me in the best way possible.

For a moment, I lose myself to the stroking and licking. All these new sensations are enough to set me off. I can feel my walls clamping around his tongue.

Not even aware that there is more to this, I have to clamp a hand over my mouth when he grazes my clit. Starting with his teeth, he might as well take me out in one blow once he starts to suck on the sensitive bud.

“Let me hear you,” he orders huskily, his breath hot over my sex. “Don’t keep that voice hidden.”

Javier doesn’t continue until I’ve dropped my hand away. I’m panting, moaning and honestly, I’m pretty sure whatever I’m begging for is incoherent. Whatever noises I’m making, it’s enough to encourage him to keep going.

Minutes feel like an eternity. He doesn’t stop until my thighs are quivering and shaking and my release is flowing from my body.

I’ve definitely never experienced anything like this before.

My eyelids feel so heavy now that I close my eyes before Javier slides his sweatpants back onto my body. All the way to my hips, he leaves my body looking like it had before he ravished me.

He doesn’t admit it out loud, but the way he pulls me to his chest after settling next to me, I’d have to say that Javier the hitman is the type to enjoy cuddling after sharing such heated moments.

“I’m not going to be able to let you go,” he mumbles against the top of my head. His arms feel so secure, radiating a sort of safety I’m not used to.

I don’t know any better but to let my poor heart beat harder for the guy.

* * *

“Are we there yet?” I ask for what feels like the hundredth time as I watch trees pass by. When he said we’ll be staying in a cabin in the middle of the woods, he wasn’t kidding. There’s literally nothing out here but nature.

The guy realizes that if he wants to go anywhere, he’s going to have to drive at least thirty minutes, right?

“So, are you retiring?” I ask as I see another familiar set of trees pass by. I am definitely going to get lost if I ever try to step out of my new home.

“Yeah.” Maybe it’s because of the topic at hand, but he doesn’t expand on his answer. I don’t blame him for not wanting to talk about it, but I don’t want him to think that his profession will make me uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen the worst of it.

“Do you ever think people are trying to track you down for what you’ve done? Am I going to have to worry about that?”

He looks over at me, his brow lowered. “I’ve taken the measures to make sure that won’t happen. If anyone manages to locate me and wants revenge, then I will handle it. You won’t need to think about all of that. I’ll protect you.”

He has no idea how that promise of his makes me feel. I know he will keep it even if it involves him blooding his hands.

“I won’t worry then. I trust you,” I admit all too easily. Being the truth, it’s no wonder he gives me this weird look. Maybe I’ve gone crazy. After last night, there’s been a shift in our relationship.

While I know what I want, I’m hoping he’s not just looking for a roommate here or someone to keep him company. If he is, then he’s got some explaining to do after what he said after everything has been said and done last night.

The truck hits a few bumps and after another few minutes, we slow down.

“This is it?” I ask as I lean out the window to get a closer look at the cabin. It’s large and dare I say cute . When I spot a body of water, my excitement grows. What am I going to want to do first, swim or fish? “This is perfect.”

“You haven’t even looked inside yet,” he reminds me as he puts the truck in park.

I hear him curse when I jump out to get a closer look.

“Tell me there are bears out here,” I say excitedly. I’ve never seen a bear before. Honestly, I haven’t seen much of nature in a long while. Not while it’s been so cold out.

He joins me after a minute, rubbing the back of his neck. “I mean, there might be a black bear or two if you’re unlucky.”

“Unlucky,” I repeat before swatting my hand, “I’m looking forward to seeing one.”

Walking in the direction of the pond, Javier sticks close to my heel. He’s looking at me, I know it. I can feel his stare on the back of my neck.

“This is perfect…” I mumble as I look across the waters. “I’m really going to be allowed to stay here with you?”

“You can stay here for as long as you want,” he tells me as he looks out to the water. “You can also leave whenever. It’s up to you.”

He’s got no idea that I don’t plan on leaving ever. I hope he knows exactly what he’s promising here.

Javier is stuck with me.
