Tati Thoughts

Welcome to Covana, where a small college town pulses with the heartbeat of the inner city.

We’re back at it, bigger and better than ever.

First, I want to thank all the new readers I’ve gained.

I appreciate you taking the time to follow the journey.

For those who skipped over a few cities and came straight to the Covana, I hope your stay here is comfortable.

There are a lot of moving parts, but there is always a method to my madness.

If you’re looking for pure romance and a soft, fluffy kind of read, this is not the book. If you're looking for third-person or fewer than two POVs, this is not the book. However, if you're looking for structured chaos, complex people, tough conversations, and relatable energy, this may be for you.

For everyone who’s read all the stories and driven from Lake Hill to Covana, I hope you took a bathroom break because you already know once I’m on go, things happen back-to-back.

Now, let’s start with house maintenance.

Any other books required: This book doesn’t require any prior reading, but I always recommend reading the other books, as some of the characters are mentioned throughout this one.

There is also a couple whose previous story is touched on but not drawn out in detail.

If you want to get that story, you can read those books. Everyone else (main characters) is new.

My writing style: I’m a very expressive person, so if there are scenes that I feel deserve a little extra umph, I will add it. For example: foreheads touching, eyes or her, rolling of the hips (spicy scenes) will be italicized. This pattern is consistent throughout the book.

OLS: I explain this a little in the book, but it is a Zoo ritual. If you want to know more, you have to read those books. There are OLS sections in this book.

Press Play: Music. I like my readers who enjoy music while reading to have the full experience. Just click it, boo. If you're reading from a physical copy. Follow my Apple Music.

Visuals: This will only be available on devices that display pictures and in the hardcover version. Paperbacks will have limited visuals.

This is a fiction book. I will touch on Greek Life, and I want to be very transparent.

This is through my lens in a fictional way.

It’s all made up. Some things may seem relatable, but this is not meant to pinpoint any specific org.

This is not to say this is what specific orgs are doing.

This is me telling a story. I DO NOT SUPPORT HAZING!

However, whether we want to admit it or not, it happens.

Last, shoutout to those who have helped me research and gather information I needed when I felt stuck! I love y’all.

Now let’s get to the fun shit!
