Chapter 19 Back to the General’s Residence
Fine.
Jun Zhenxian was really something.
I held back my laughter and returned to the General’s Residence with him.
Quite the procession.
The three princes followed right behind us. Even the night patrol soldiers detoured around us.
“Jun Zhenxian, there’s something I need to tell you.”
I moved my lips.
Only when walking side by side did I realize this guy had secretly grown taller behind my back again.

According to my mother, he had held me shortly after I was born.
He was three years older.
When I was three, his parents passed away one after another.
My mother brought him to live in the General’s Residence.
Later when my mother left, Jun Zhenxian stayed with me in the General’s Residence for a whole year until my father went to the border.
After I was brought into the palace by the Emperor, Jun Zhenxian returned to the Prince of the Commandery’s residence.
There were hardly any people left in the household.
He basically had no chance to visit me in the palace.
After Uncle Chen brought me back to the General’s Residence, Jing Can and Jing Xuan kept coming to find me.
When they came, Jun Zhenxian didn’t.
When they didn’t come, they still sent people to watch him and stop him from coming.
That dog hole was Jun Zhenxian’s.
In the years he was gone, I actually missed him quite a bit.
I paused. “Tomorrow I’m leaving for Jiangnan. Next month on the fifteenth… the wedding.”
