Most Wanted

Matilda snuck into the tavern unnoticed, or so she thought. Her hood was ripped from her head, and she didn’t have to guess who the perpetrator was. Oddly, it was their ritual.

“You run off for days without a word and try to slip in undetected. We have been worried sick about you,” Belzar grumbled.

“Worried? About me? You shouldn’t be. I’ve been protecting myself and this village for—”

Matilda stopped speaking when Belzar leaned in and sniffed her curls.

“You… you smell peculiar.”

“Peculiar how?” she asked, hoping he couldn’t smell the vampire on her.

“Your hair smells like vanilla and jasmine. The oils you used are of high quality. Where did you obtain such goods on your meager earnings, Tilda?”

“Belzar, I’m weary from my travels. I wish to rest.”

Matilda froze when Belzar’s meaty fingers grazed her neck.

“You’ve been bitten,” he mumbled quietly.

She tore away from him and ran up the flimsy staircase to the room she called her own. She secured the door behind her and faceplanted onto the bed.

“Ow,” she groaned into the mattress. Her hips and thighs ached, and her pussy throbbed.

The non-stop horseback riding from Moonshire to Night Falls didn’t help either.

She allowed her fingers to trail the raised bite on her neck and shivered.

The memories of what she allowed King Alesi to do to her body were unforgivable.

It only took a single bite for her to crawl into the arms of her sworn enemy.

The thought made her stomach twist in knots, but her pussy pulse to life.

“It was a one-time occurrence,” she promised herself.

She rolled over with a sigh and tinkered with the necklace she had concealed beneath her cloak. Against her better judgment, her mind wandered to the last moment she shared with Luka.

They’d climaxed. Their cries of passion were loud and animalistic. She dug her nails into his sculpted chest as his cum warmed her insides.

I have to attend this dreadful meeting, but I’ll be back. For this,” he said, kissing the pendant around her neck, ”and this,” he proclaimed, kissing her swollen lips.

He was barely out the door when she leapt into action. She gave herself the quickest whore’s bath known to man and dressed as fast as lightning before throwing herself out of the window.

She’d be lying if she said she didn’t enjoy her interaction with Luka, but some things were not meant to be. Certainly not a vampire king and huntress.

Weeks Later

“Shit,” Matilda muttered when Belzara slapped a poster on the table before her.

“Do you want to explain why your despicable mug is on this wanted poster?”

“No, not really, but I will say the artist is extremely talented. Look at the texture.”

“You joke, Tilda, but this is no laughing matter! What does King Alesi want with you?”

“I haven’t the slightest idea.”

“You should know why a bounty worth ten thousand gold coins from King Alesi is being placed on your head,” she snarled.

“It could be because of my profession.”

Belzara clicked her tongue.

“He wants you alive.”

“That’s wonderful news.”

“What if it’s because he wants to torture you?”

“You worry too much.”

“You don’t worry enough. You need to leave.”

“And go where?”

“Anywhere but here. The last thing I need is for King Alesi to come knocking at my door.”

Matilda scoffed. “Your concern for my well-being and safety is admirable.”

“I am concerned for your safety, but you’ve heard the stories about how ruthless King Alesi is.”

Matilda snorted. She refrained from expressing that Luka was ruthless in bed but otherwise as soft as cotton.

“We’ve all heard the rumors,” Matilda said instead.

“Then you are aware it is selfish of you to hide here. What if he burns my tavern down? How will I support myself then?”

Matilda sighed before draining the remainder of her ale. “I will not clash with you, Belzara. I do not wish any harm to come to your lovely establishment. I will take my leave.”

She stood from the table and tied her cloak around herself.

“I’m sorry, Tilda,” Belzara apologized meekly.

The front door to the tavern flew open, nearly wrenching off the hinges. Matilda spotted Ezra before he saw her and raced towards the back door. She bumped into patrons and furniture alike, not bothering to apologize or right a fallen chair or table.

Alas, she made it.

She opened the door and came face to face with the so-called ruthless vampire king himself.

Matilda was annoyed. Not by the smug look of victory on his face but by the satchel Belzar held that was overburdened with gold.

“Did you count your money, Belzar? This one can’t be trusted,” she said, jutting her chin toward Luka. “I wouldn’t be surprised if you were short a few gold pieces.” The orc, who, for once, appeared as sober as the day he was born, looked at his feet guiltily.

“I’m sorry, Matilda, but this kind of money is life-changing. I can pay off my debts and perhaps have enough money to buy a bride and build her a nice house in the countryside.”

“You don’t have to explain yourself to me. Thank you for all you’ve done for me, but I will be off now to certain death.”

Luka rolled his eyes. He couldn’t help but think the huntress was truly insufferable, but the blood that ran through her was worth one hundred times more than that measly bounty.

“Let’s go, huntress,” he said, motioning for a guard to shackle her wrists.

“Belzar, will you say the eulogy at my funeral?” she called out as she was led away. With assistance, she climbed into the waiting carriage. It pulled away with a gentle rock. Matilda watched with a silent smile as Belzara pummeled her twin for handing her over to the authorities.

“Is the female orc a dear friend of yours?”

“She is. And her name is Belzar.”

Luka nodded, leaning back into the cushioned bench. “He was eager to betray you. Does that not anger you?”

“That depends,” Matilda said, finally setting her gaze on him.

“On what?”

“That depends on what you plan to do to me.”

Luka grinned, revealing the sharp points of his fangs. A cold unease settled over Matilda. Whatever he had in mind, she had a feeling she would not like it.

***

Matilda screamed as Luka repeatedly plunged into her in the back of the carriage. She sat in his lap with her back against his chest and her legs spread as far as they could go. Her shackled wrists rested behind his head, keeping them locked together in an embrace.

“Huntress, do you need help coming?” he whispered in her ear as his fingers circled her clit.

“N-no,” she whimpered.

“I think you do. Where shall I bite you?”

“No biting. No biting. No biting,” she rushed out as her release neared. “Fuck me harder,” she moaned.

Luka loved the sound of that. He scooted lower in the seat, giving himself more room to upward thrust. He fondled a bouncing breast with one hand and massaged her clit with the other.

He slapped her clit and was blessed with a gush of her sweet juices.

He came deep inside her, filling her until his cum burst forth and spilled from her.

Moans and harsh pants filled the carriage as they caught their bearings.

Blissfully, Matilda asked, “Did you truly give Belzar the money?”

“Of course not. Why would I reward disloyalty? He received ten thousand copper pieces instead.”

“The rumors are true. You are ruthless. That won’t even be enough to cover his debt.”

“I punish where I see fit, Matilda Helsing.” Her eyes snapped open in shock. “Imagine my surprise when I discovered your surname was not Beaumont but Helsing. You are of the same lineage of hunters who killed my queen.”

“Oh, my,” Matilda whispered.

“Oh, my, is right.”
