40. Addie

ADDIE

PIANO TRIBUTE PLAYERS – ALL I WANTED

“I… I don’t understand,” I stammered, frowning. “How would that even work?”

Beck shrugged, rubbing the back of his neck with his free hand. “I don’t think we’ve really thought it through.”

Van stepped closer. “It’s not as simple as taking turns—”

“Ew, don’t make it gross,” Dek scowled, coming to sit on my other side. His emo boy-band face brightened. “Although, I wouldn’t be opposed,” he said with a wicked grin, inciting a terrible throbbing in my clit.

I bit my lip and he tracked the movement intently.

A wayward thought rattled through my brain—more of a startling realisation, really. My nose scrunched, prompting three concerned faces all demanding I tell them what was wrong.

“I’m just not sure,” I began, my cheeks flushing, “that any of you have really considered the full scope of my current situation.”

Van frowned. “What do you mean?”

My face tilted skyward. “Lord give me strength,” I muttered before facing them again. “My circumstances haven’t changed since that night in the gym,” I murmured, hoping—nay, praying—that they could work it out without me having to spell it out.

Van was first to breathe a sigh of relief. Then Beck. Then my little emo boy.

“You mean, you and Taylor—” Dek started.

“No! Gods, no.” I didn’t even give him a chance to finish the question.

“Eth made his way through the entire cohort of female recruits, as well as some of the males”—Dek made a peculiar face, like he wouldn’t be opposed to that either—interesting—“and I never wanted to become that final notch in his bedpost.”

“Good,” Beck grunted.

Van nodded, grinning deviously. “Agreed.”

Dek leaned in, kissing the side of my neck Randall hadn’t bitten and I shivered in response. “That means one of us gets to be your first,” he whispered in husky tones.

Van, more ballsy than I’d yet seen him, leaned in, bracing his arms on either side of my body. “And one of us gets to be your last.” His pale blue eyes stared right down into my soul. He didn’t push me, didn’t lean in any further, but I couldn’t bear the proximity.

To be so close, to be so wanted, I needed to let him know the feeling was mutual. He was my sunshine, after all. Without pausing to consider the ramifications of our captive audience, I grabbed either side of his face and dragged him down for a kiss.

I’d intended it to be sweet—tender, even—but the second our lips met, it was like that searing antidote all over again, only in my soul. Way down past all the things I kept hidden. Way below all the things I left unseen.

Van stumbled, falling on top of me and our kiss dissolved in laughter.

“You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to do that,” he murmured, looking altogether too much like the heart-face emoji.

Gods help me, I was smitten. By all three of them.

“I don’t want to choose,” I confessed, averting my gaze. “I don’t want to be the reason you hate each other. I can’t choose between you—but that’s not fair, either.”

“Deadly, we just said you didn’t have to,” Dek assured me, swiping the backs of his fingers across my cheek before giving me a kiss of his own.

“But that’s not—I, uh—ugh!” I threw my hands in the air, unable to even articulate my biggest concern.

Beck’s grin grew slowly. “You mean you can’t choose between us on who gets to be first.”

Mortified, I nodded, squeezing my eyes closed.

“That’s okay, Ice Queen,” he whispered. “We already did rock paper scissors.”

My eyes snapped open. “You did not.”

He snorted, a sound echoed by the others. “No, we didn’t,” he laughed. “But we don’t need to, because tonight, you’re all mine.”

Eyes still wide as dinner plates, I flicked my gaze between them. While Beck looked cocky and assuming, Dek and Van didn’t look affronted. In fact, they kind of looked a little hungry.

“Can we—can we watch, though?” Dek dared ask with crimson-stained cheeks.

Can they—huh. Well. Why the hell not?

Unable to do anything else, I nodded.

Beck blinked—shocked, I think, by my answer. But he wasted no more time, sliding us both up the bed. His hands found their way beneath his borrowed shirt, running up the lines of my torso. His thumbs brushed the undersides of my breasts, and he kissed me like he really, truly meant it.

“You should taste her,” Dek murmured, his voice hoarse with desire. “She tastes divine.”

Beck shifted, pulling away just enough to murmur, “You should taste her.”

“With pleasure,” he answered, crashing onto the bed and kneeling between my legs. He lifted each knee over his shoulders and pressed a dozen tiny kisses up my inner thighs.

When he couldn’t hold back any longer, when his tongue plunged into me and dragged upwards, I was almost done for.

My moan was swallowed by Beck’s next kiss, and answered by his own. “You taste so good when you’re falling apart.”

“Yes,” Dek agreed. “She really does. Van, get in here, you’re missing out.”

And then, somehow, they swapped and it was Van’s mouth devouring me, and Beck’s still catching all my blessed moans.

When I drew back, panting, I locked eyes with Dek standing over the bed.

That’s when I was truly done for. He knew it too.

I watched him, and he watched us, and somehow it was the sight of him chasing his own release as Van drove me headlong into mine that sent me careening over the cliff.

Oh my gods, I’m dead.

Lewis or Randall must have succeeded, and I’m actually dead, because there’s no way this is real.

“Oh, it’s real, Ice.” Beck grinned, stripping his clothes off and dumping them unceremoniously onto the floor.

Van wiped his lips with the back of his hand, smirking. “And you better get used to it, Pretty Girl.”

Dek shrugged, wanting to get in on it but having trouble finding his words. “Or else.” He continued pumping, though his recent release was smeared all over his hand.

His cock glistened in the moonlight, shining in through the undrawn window.

Wait a second—that’s awfully shiny.

“Is that—are they—”

“Yup,” he said, popping the ‘p’ like a bubble. “Piercings.” His grin was so devious I wanted to kiss it right off his handsome face. “Nine of them.”

My eyes bugged, but nobody else in the room seemed surprised. “Well, fuck,” I whispered.

“You sure you don’t wanna test them out?” His grin grew—entirely wolflike—and I wondered if I was the girl in the red hood in this scenario. Was my wolf going to eat me, too?

I didn't get a chance to find out, though, because Beck rolled us over so that I was flat on my back and he was hovering over me. His cock was perched at my entrance—deliciously teasing, but going no further.

Resting on his elbows on either side of my head, he took the time to kill me with kisses before withdrawing just enough to look at me fully.

“Are you sure you want this, my perfect little Ice Queen?”

With zero hesitation, I breathed an enthusiastic, “Yes.”

“Are you ready? The first time can—”

“Hurt, yes, I know,” I muttered, painfully impatient. “I’ve been hurt plenty without my permission, Beck. But in this instance, I’m giving you my full permission to maybe hurt me with my consent. And I swear to God, if you don’t—”

He never gave me the chance to finish. My words sputtered out as my brain blanked.

The only thing I was aware of was the feeling of his—admittedly scarily huge—cock sliding in.

True to his nature, he took the utmost care with me, only going so far as I could take at any given point until it eased enough to keep going.

It only stung a little—and the payoff was so worth the hurt.

Once he was fully seated, he checked in again after a series of tiny kisses all over my face, while Dek and Van watched on, rapt.

“I’m fine, Beck.” I grinned. “Beyond fine.”

“Oh, thank fuck,” he breathed, pulling out then plunging back in—slowly at first, gauging my reaction, then faster and faster, leading us both steadily towards that same magical, metaphorical cliff.

“Jesus Christ, Addie, I’m not going to last much longer,” he admitted, groaning as he tried to hold it off.

“Good, because neither am I.”

“And for those playing at home, neither am I,” Van admitted from somewhere nearby.

Beck thrust once—twice—three times, and then I shattered all over him.

The waves of ecstasy rolled through me, and its effect was instantaneous.

Beck followed me into the darkness, both of us seemingly blacking out for a moment as it pulsed through us in tandem, leaving all four of us clawing for breath.

Dek collapsed against the bed, Van over by the window, both of them grinning at each other.

“That was…” Van trailed off, struggling to find the right word.

“So fucking hot,” Dek finished, settling on the simplest ones. He raised his hand high in the air, and Van—also mentally wiped—high-fived it.

The resulting wet slap, in combination with their horrified expressions, had me cackling in Beck’s arms.

“Yuck!” Van shouted.

“Gross, bro.” Dek winced. “I was actually stretching…”

Van’s eyes bugged over the wire rim of his glasses, face blanching.

Dek howled at the reaction, choking out, “I’m kidding, dude,” between laughter. “I didn’t consider anything beyond the urge to high-five it out.”

I giggled until the night’s events pressed down on me with a weight that was suffocating. Exhaustion washed over me, turning my bones to jelly. I curled into Beck’s chest, my heart beating happily in time with his own as he cocoooned me in his arms.

A second set of arms wrapped around me from behind, and I smiled, happy in the knowledge that I was wanted—maybe even on the way to being loved—by all of these incredible men.

I didn’t ever want to leave this bubble—this pure, content moment with them.

I knew reality would come a’knocking eventually, but I just wanted a few hours of peace.

Blackwing Academy would never be the architect of peace, though.

What felt like minutes later—but must have been some time longer than that since Van was now curled up behind Dek, all of us taking up the entirety of Beck’s bed—three synchronised beeps chimed at once from various locations in the room.

No.

Beck rolled, reaching for his phone on the nightstand. It lit up his squinting face, illuminated the exact moment he slid from annoyance into trepidation.

“What is it?” Dek murmured, lifting his head when Beck didn’t immediately reply.

He clicked the screen off, shunting the world into darkness once more. “Nothing. Just protocol.”

That seemed to be enough for Dek. His head dropped back onto the pillow and he was snoring seconds later. But Beckett’s face had been enough to alarm me.

I pretended to, but I didn’t sleep another wink.

The sky grew lighter as the minutes dragged on, and my agitation simmered more and more as they passed.

The second those phones alerted, I was struck with the unshakeable feeling that the other red-sole was about to drop.
