I Call My Step-Brother Daddy (Taboo Diaries #1)

By Eve Fontaine

Chapter 1

CeeCee

Dear Diary,

Buckle up…

I’ve been too busy to write for a couple days…

I just want to say this so when I look back in a billion years and read this, I’ll remember…

he chased me down. Pulled off my panties then, things got realllllly out of control.

It’s been two days since Samuel…well, now I’m supposed to always call him daddy, not just when I want to—so, ahem, DADDY came home from THAT TRIP, and I still feel like I’m having an out-of-body experience.

The note's still folded up on my dresser. I bet I can write it out here word for word. I read it sooooooo many times before he came home, I could recite it in my sleep...

“CeeCee, this is a quick three-day trip to the investor meeting, you know the drill and the rules. Be a good girl while I’m gone. Trent and Maria are at your disposal, as always.

Work will begin on the garden maze I promised for your birthday tomorrow.

The crew will be there, to the east of the pool, and Trent will handle them, but you will NOT go outside without him when the workers are around.

You know what I mean. NO swimming in the pool in your new white bikini.

No breakfast picnics in your nightgown or marathon knitting sessions in the conservatory with the music blasting, drawing attention.

Maria will cook your meals and make sure to follow the nutrition guidelines. Don’t be petulant, eat your food, and she will allow you fresh strawberries with cream after dinner. I’ve planned out all your meals, as always.

There is one thousand dollars in cash in the spot in my office - you know where - and I’ve also put ten thousand in your fun money account.

Trent will accompany you to town if you wish to go to the yarn shop or the store for any personal items. Buy whatever you like online as well, within the existing rules I’ve given you, and try not to get lonely.

Remember, I love you, and part of how I love you is keeping you safe. But you're eighteen now. And when I get back, we are going to talk about some things changing. Being an adult has a price.”

When I first read it…

MIND BLOWN—.

I thought, what the HECK does that mean?

Those ominous words in his scratchy handwriting in black ink on the thick white paper...

I already keep the house so clean. Well, Maria does really, but I help.

Daddy is so type-A, everything needs to be perfect.

But the one thing he never ever picked on…

was me. He accepted me, and he still does clearly, but GOD, it’s all different now. Turning eighteen changed EVERYTHING.

lol.

It seems a thousand years have passed since he walked through that door, with me standing there with my plate of cookies, wearing the dress that is now a trophy in my dresser drawer, torn and…stained.

Lort. Lort. I did not see what was coming…

I def can’t wear my white bikini now, because there are teeth marks on my ass cheek, my shoulders… Five fingertip bruises in multiple places, decorating my pale skin. Trent and Maria have to know… But putting this forbidden new spin on our relationship on display feels so wrong.

I don't have the vocabulary for everything that happened. But some of it is still leaking out from between my legs right now, and I can't even begin to explain the murderous fury that was in my brother’s eyes when I said the word condom that first night—

My legs feel weird and shaky, and my throat is sore from all the screaming. And the abuse my tonsils have taken from what can only be called Daddy’s thunder from down under…

Daddy is ENDOWED, and my throat will never be the same.

Not to mention other parts of me.

OUCH.

I saw a side of him I was never supposed to see. So out of control, nothing like the version of him he’s shown me since fate dropped him into my life at the age of 13.

You know when you look at the sun or something bright too long, and you can see it behind your lids forever?

Yeah, that’s Daddy’s cock. IT’S BURNED INTO MY RETINAS.

He’s MY brOTHER! Who I called Daddy.

Our family tree would send a therapist to therapy… I can imagine it now. ‘Tell me about your family, Ceecee.’

‘Okay, well, so my real father…he left when I was two months old.

My mom was sixteen, and he was twenty-two…

yes a felony. Then, okay, so she married Kenneth, and he was---ICK.

But, the only good thing about it all…Samuel.

My step-brother. I was eight, and he was twenty-eight, when our parents got married.

But from the first day, when I looked up at him, I felt something safe, and like everything would be okay.

‘Plus, I love him. I love him so much it hurts sometimes. But he’s sort of overprotective too.

‘There’s literally nowhere I’m allowed to go without him.

He gives me money, and I barely spend any.

I have nearly a hundred thousand dollars in my ‘fun money’ account, and I buy…

yarn. I’m like an eighteen-year-old grandma.

I watch spaghetti westerns on DVD, and I knit. No cell phone, no…Tiktok or Insta…’

‘Well,’ the therapist would say, setting down their pen and notepad. ‘Our time is up for today…and forever.’

I’M SO CONFUSED! (and…YES, wet again down there. Uggggg.) Reminder to self to order a twelve-pack of the organic cotton panties online. At the rate I’m having to change them, I need more backups.

Hold on.

He just texted. Come here. That’s it, that's the whole text, two words, and I just came a little. LIKE REALLY. Just that text sent my body into a mini-orgasm.

He’s made it VERY CLEAR what it means when he says there’s a price to pay for being an adult…

I don't say no to him. Not that I ever did.

More later, if there's a later tonight where I'm capable of writing anything at all. I really need to tell this whole story someday. I hope I will.

Smooches.
