Chapter 6
Flicking my eyes to my home office doorway, where Chase is naked and glaring at me.
I shake my head, turning in my chair to face my bookshelves full of law books.
I try to ignore him as I listen to my brother complain.
I hear the faint sound of a stomp, then another stomp, but louder.
Turning my chair again, I put my back to him and look at the large abstract painting I have sitting behind my desk.
Another stomp comes, and I grit my teeth, the boy is getting spanked after this.
My brother suddenly stops talking, then sighs before telling me he’s at work, so he has to go.
After we say our goodbyes, I hang up and slowly turn my chair to face Chase, who is still in the doorway, but now sitting cross legged on the floor.
Before I can reprimand him, another call comes through my phone, and I answer it without looking as Chase’s mouth falls open in disbelief.
This boy can not handle not being the center of my attention.
“Hello,” I say into my phone, meeting the boy’s glare head on.
“Luke,” Oliver greets.
“Oliver?” I speak carefully, “I’m surprised to be hearing from you this morning.”
Chase jumps up, then rushes over to stand in front of my desk as Oliver talks.
“Yes, you were right yesterday. I wasn’t at my best, and after some reflection, I can see that.
I think having Mr. Graves at our lunch threw me a bit, especially after he shoved me, and it became obvious that he had feelings for you.
I let myself enter a pissing contest with him, and I shouldn’t have. ”
“He shouldn’t have shoved you,” I state, turning to the side after Chase stomps his foot while crossing his arms. “Though Chase is much younger than you, and I was surprised by how defensive you became with him.”
“I know,” Oliver says, “and I hate to admit it, but I was feeling jealous and maybe even a little threatened by Chase. This whole lunch ordeal has shown me that I want us to become exclusive.”
“This feels like a 180,” I say with a slight shake of my head, “you broke up with me yesterday, and now you want to be in an exclusive relationship?”
Before I can hear his response, Chase snatches my phone, then hangs it up before putting it on my desk. “You’re mine, daddy.”
Standing slowly, I go to point at my desk, but change my mind at the last minute.
Leaving the room without saying anything, I make my way downstairs, grab one of my kitchen stools, then carry it up into my office with Chase close behind me the whole time.
Putting the stool in the left corner in clear view from my desk, I then point at it after snapping my fingers.
He slowly walks over, then sits on it with a frown while looking to the side with his arms crossed.
“Face the wall,” I speak firmly with a neutral face.
He opens his mouth to argue, but I cut him off.
“Now, Chase.” He huffs, shuffling to face the corner before sinking deeper into the stool with his shoulders pushing up to his ears.
“You’re going to sit here and think about why you’re on time out. ”
He grumbles, “but you’re mine.”
I don’t respond, instead going back to sit at my desk where there’s a missed call from Oliver and a text, asking if I intentionally hung up on him.
I debate whether I want to call him back or not, but I do think texting isn’t the best way to have a discussion.
Flicking my eyes over at Chase, I catch him looking over his shoulder at me with sad eyes before he quickly faces the wall again.
Though I think it’s inappropriate to have Chase listen to this conversation, I know that the boy needs a lot of reassurance, and I can understand his fear of me ending things with him to get back together with Oliver, since he doesn’t know much about Oliver’s and my relationship.
Calling Oliver back, he answers on the second ring, “Luke. I’m glad you called back. Were we accidentally disconnected?”
“You could say that,” I answer, taking my eyes off Chase to give my full attention to Oliver.
“Well, back to what we were talking about before, yes, I understand my behaviour is confusing and seems like a 180. I was being reactive yesterday instead of rational, and because of that, I said things I didn’t mean.
” He continues, “we have a good relationship, and both value and want the same things.”
“Oliver,” I start, then stop when I hear a muffled sob. Looking at Chase, I watch him stand, then run out of the room. “Oliver, I have to go, but I want to make it clear that we’re not getting back together and that’s for the best.”
I hang up as he begins to speak and go after Chase, finding him in the first place I look in my bedroom.
He’s lying across the bed on his stomach with his arms crossed and his face on top of them.
I sit next to his hip, putting my hand on his lower back, then rub my thumb back and forth.
Should he be punished more for ending his time out early without a word? I don’t think that would be best.
“Chase,” I say gently, “why did you run away instead of saying red?”
He looks over his shoulder at me with tears in his eyes, clearly confused, “why would I say red? I thought I only said that if I didn’t like something when we had sex?”
Sighing, I crawl onto the bed, sitting with my back against the headboard.
He shuffles over, so he’s lying between my legs with his chin on my stomach, looking up at me.
“Chase, this is very important for you to not only hear, but understand. At any point in time, whether that be during sex, before or after, during a punishment, before or after, or at any other time. You tell me red if you are uncomfortable, afraid, in too much pain, or need to stop for any other reason.”
He thinks for a moment, “so, I should’ve said red? But I was in the corner for hanging up the phone. I don’t understand, saying red would make me in more trouble for interrupting you again. I didn’t want to be more of a terrible boy.”
“That would be confusing,” I say, nodding slightly. “First, you will never get in trouble or punished for saying red or needing to stop. You were being punished with a timeout, not so much for interrupting me, but by the way you did it.”
I pause for a moment, looking at him until he says, “okay,” clearly unsure.
“It’s okay for you to interrupt me if you need something or are feeling negative feelings and need reassurance, like I think you were earlier.
But you can’t grab my phone out of my hand and hang up a call for the reason of controlling who I talk to.
I will never control who you talk to or see, and you will not do the same to me.
” I explain, “what you should have done is, for example, was to tap my shoulder to get my attention. Then I would have given you the opportunity to explain how you were feeling.”
“Okay,” he says, “so, next time if Oliver calls and I don’t like it, I will tap your shoulder to get your attention, then you’ll be the one to hang up with him.”
Snorting, I mutter, “selective hearing,” then continue seriously, “not exactly, more like you would tap my shoulder, I would take a moment to reassure you, then finish my call. Again, Chase, you will not dictate who I talk to.”
“Can I give you a blowjob?” He asks with a slight frown, “I don’t want to talk about this anymore.”
“Do you understand me, though?” I prompt, studying his face.
“Yes, I understand that I can’t tell you, or force you to stop talking to someone I don’t like, even though you’re mine and the people I don’t want you talking to think they can have you.
” He says, then continues, “that I should say red next time if I’m having a hard time during a punishment instead of running off. ”
Taking another few seconds to watch his expression, I decide to leave our conversation there, since I can tell he’s annoyed and nothing’s going to stick the more annoyed he gets.
Though I’m not letting him get a reward for bad behaviour.
Also, I don’t want to be greedy with him and his strong desire to get me off, since I don’t want to watch it turn into a chore.
I’ve never had a partner that was able to cum from giving me oral or seemed as eager as Chase to give it.
Most of my previous partners were more eager for penetrative sex.
“Please, daddy,” he says, rubbing my sides, “I really want to taste you.”
Shaking my head with a small smile, “we’re going to go out for lunch, then if-”
“We’re going out on a date,” he eagerly shouts as he sits up, then bounces on his knees.
“Where?” He stops suddenly, “but what about sucking you, tasting your cum?” He leans forward, kissing a line up my belly, then my chest, before kissing my jaw, then my lips.
“Please, daddy, can I taste you, then we can go out on our date? I deserve a reward.”
Letting out a small chuckle, I shake my head, “why do you deserve a reward?”
“Because I did my punishment,” I open my mouth, and he rushes on, “next time, I’ll say red, but you said I won’t be punished for needing to say it.
Yes, I ran this time, but it was because I needed to say red, but didn’t know I could, so I can’t be punished for that.
I listened to what you said about why hanging up the phone was wrong, and I won’t do it again.
I finished my punishment, now I should get my reward. ”
“Should you get a reward after you’re punished?” I ask, “or a reward after doing something good.”
“Both,” he answers confidently.
