Evan had been watching the news coverage, and while he’d seen replay after replay of the same clips from that morning, there had been nothing new.
No news about the letter he’d left. No mention of the name he’d signed the letter with.
Not a peep about him killing both the guy behind the furniture store and the guy at the storage unit.
Not one local news outlet had mentioned any update or press release coming with the evening news.
“It was not a hollow threat,” Evan said.
