Extra Epilogue
brITTA
Sometimes I still couldn’t believe how much my life had changed in the past seven years. But even after three kids, one thing that remained the same was how I still melted every single time Shaw looked at me like I was the only woman who existed.
Surrounded by our Iron Rogues family at a Saturday afternoon barbeque, I swore his eyes were on me just about every time I looked up.
My mom was in her element, chasing Jasper with a popsicle while Danica bossed Owen around like a tiny general.
“Mommy, look!” she yelled, spinning in a circle so her purple tutu flared. “I’m faster than both the boys!”
Owen rolled his eyes. “Girls can’t be faster.”
Jasper just toddled straight to me and buried his sticky face in my sundress. “Up, Mama.”
I scooped him onto my hip, pressing a kiss to his dark curls. At three and a half, he was my biggest cuddler, but I could already see Shaw’s stubborn jaw and fierce stare forming on his little face. My heart felt too big for my chest as I watched my three babies.
Shaw had gone around to the front of the clubhouse to see the new paint job on Wrecker’s motorcycle. I sensed his return, a familiar flutter low in my belly before I turned around. His eyes scanned the yard until they locked on me. The corner of his mouth kicked up in a cocky smirk.
Our kids spotted him at the same time. “Daddy!”
Danica and Owen took off running. Jasper wiggled until I set him down so he could toddle after them.
Shaw dropped to one knee, arms wide, and let all three crash into him.
He scooped Jasper up with one arm, ruffled Owen’s hair with the other, and let Danica climb his back like a jungle gym.
The sight of my husband melting for our babies never failed to make my knees weak.
He murmured something that made Danica giggle and Owen puff up with pride. Then his gaze slid back to me. My thighs pressed together instinctively.
Shaw handed Jasper off to my mom with a few quiet words, clapped a couple of brothers on the shoulder, and started toward me. When he got close, he wrapped his hand around my waist and tugged me against his hard chest.
“Need to talk to my wife,” he rumbled, just loud enough for the nearest old ladies to hear.
Catcalls and laughter followed us as he steered me inside the clubhouse. I tried to look innocent, but my cheeks were already burning. “Shaw, the kids—”
“They’ve got plenty of eyes on them. They’ll survive twenty minutes without you.” His palm slid down to cup my butt, squeezing possessively. “But I won’t.”
He kicked the door to the room he rarely used shut behind us and spun me around, backing me up until my thighs hit the edge of the bed. Then his mouth was on mine, hot and demanding.
“Fuck, baby,” he growled against my lips, his hands already shoving my sundress up to my waist. “You know what that does to me when you walk around lookin’ all soft and sweet with my kids hanging off you.”
His fingers hooked into my panties and dragged them down my legs. I stepped out of them automatically, my heart racing.
“Someone might hear,” I whispered, even as I reached for his belt.
“Nobody’s going to be listening.” He nipped my bottom lip. “They’re all busy outside.”
He set me on the edge of the mattress, spread my thighs wide, and dropped to his knees in one smooth motion.
The first swipe of his tongue had me slapping a hand over my mouth to muffle my moan.
Shaw didn’t do gentle when he was like this.
He devoured me, growling against my soaked flesh while two thick fingers sank into me.
“So fucking sweet,” he rasped between licks.
I came hard and fast, biting my lip so hard I tasted copper. Before I could catch my breath, he was standing, freeing his thick dick, and lining up at my entrance.
“Look at me,” he ordered.
His blue eyes held mine as he pushed inside, deep enough to steal what was left of my breath.
“So good,” I panted.
“Perfect, like always.” His hand slid between us, thumb circling my clit. “I get to fill you whenever I want. Breed you. Watch you grow round with my kids again and again.”
I whimpered, my nails digging into his shoulders. “Shaw.”
“I’m so fucking yours, Britta..” His hips snapping faster. “Gonna come, baby. Fill you up so deep.”
“Please,” I gasped, lifting off the mattress to meet his thrusts.
He slammed home one last time and groaned my name as he spilled inside me. I followed right after, clenching around him until we were both panting and boneless.
His thumb brushed my cheek so tenderly it made my eyes sting. “Love you, baby. Didn’t think it was possible, but more every damn year.”
“I love you too,” I whispered.
We cleaned up quickly, though I knew my flushed cheeks and slightly swollen lips wouldn’t fool anyone. When we stepped back outside, Danica spotted us first and came running.
“Daddy! Mommy! Can I have a baby sister? Owen and Jasper are stinky boys!”
Shaw’s hand settled on my hip as he smiled down at our daughter. “I’m working on it.”
The pretty baker Hunter falls for was young, sweet, and too damn innocent, but that wasn’t going to stop him from claiming her.
