Chapter 10

Jigsaw

W hen she got off the back of my bike at the diner and walked to hers, I immediately felt her absence. It was ridiculous how fast this was going, but deep down, I always knew Willow was meant to be my one. I just never thought we’d get a second chance.

Watching her mount the bike and turn over the engine, I leaned back and adjusted my cock. She was sexy as fuck clipping her hair back and getting seated comfortably on her fast-ass bike. While I was impressed with her riding skills, I preferred American craftmanship over the speed of her bike.

Willow looked at me, and I gave her a nod before pulling away from the space, checking my mirror to make sure she was behind me.

Seeing there weren’t any cars on the road, I turned the bike back toward Rapid City and pressed the throttle.

Willow was keeping up with me as I guided my Harley across the open terrain.

The closer we got to the interstate, the more congested it became, and I found myself glancing back at her more than I should have.

Somehow, she must have seen my actions or understood my worry because she pushed up beside me, making sure her front tire was next to my back, so I didn’t have to take my eyes off the road.

Luckily, it was only three exits down the interstate that we needed to traverse, and as I turned my blinker on and pulled off, I glanced over at her.

She had one toned leg on the ground, holding the bike up as she kept her hands on the handlebars and her ass poised on the seat.

The smile she gave me was sexy as fuck, and when we pulled off the line and out toward the ranch and the Sin Den, I let her lead the way.

I was happier keeping an eye on her from behind, and that plump ass was a nice view as she maneuvered the road.

Turning at the stop sign leading out to the clubhouse, I watched as she glanced in her mirror then shot away from me.

Her bike was flying down the road, and I pushed mine to follow.

I was terrified I was going to watch her wipe out, but when she slowed and turned into the clubhouse parking lot, my heart rate slowed slightly.

I had a feeling Willow was going to be the cause of many heart-racing adventures, and as I pointed to the back of the Sin Den and she drove her bike around the building, I knew I wouldn’t want it any other way. Her crazy and my crazy made sense, and fuck anyone who didn’t agree.

She rolled to the side, and I pulled past her and backed my bike in. She followed my lead and backed her bike in beside mine. Noticing about half of the brothers’ bikes were also parked behind the building, I knew my idea of another round with Willow before the party started would have to wait.

She dismounted her bike and unclipped her hair. Walking over to her, I extended my hand to her and remarked, “Let’s get you inside and put a better shirt on you.”

She looked down at her ‘Property of Willow’ shirt and shrugged as she allowed me to lead her inside. The music wasn’t too loud as we walked in, and I noticed Roughstock and Cheyenne were sitting with Jagger and Jackie in their usual spot.

“Let me introduce you to my President and his ol’ lady,” I said, and she cut her eyes across the room before looking back at me. I could see she was unsure, so I added, “They’re going to love you.”

As we walked around the tables, some with people sitting at them and others empty, she softly asked, “Won’t they think this is too quick?”

I chuckled and shook my head. “Not for me. They call me unpredictable.”

As we approached, Cheyenne turned and smiled at Willow as she spoke. “Willow, I didn’t think I’d see you again.”

“Hi,” Willow returned and gripped my hand tighter.

“Willow baby, this is Roughstock, the Sinners President, and you’ve met Cheyenne.” I pointed to Jagger and continued, “That’s Jagger and his ol’ lady, Jackie.”

“It’s nice to meet you officially, Willow. Welcome to the Sinners Revenge,” Roughstock replied.

“Thank you,” she said and looked around the room. “Is my brother here?”

“Ghost?” Roughstock asked, and she nodded. “He said the Phantom Renegades would be here around six. He wanted to see one of the races but told me to tell you to have fun.”

“Really?” Willow asked.

I pulled a chair out, wanting her to get to know my club and family, and she took the seat as I pulled a chair up beside her.

“Your brother said you’ve been around the club most of your life but didn’t grow up in the life, so we promised to keep an eye on you.” He noticed our connected hands and remarked, “But something tells me you’ve got someone to do that.”

Not wanting there to be any confusion, I kissed the back of Willow’s hand before explaining. “Willow and I have decided to get hitched, and she’s agreed to become my ol’ lady. If there’s a problem with that, speak now.”

Jackie’s eyes lit up, and she clapped her hands. “Hell yeah. That’s awesome.”

Jagger lifted his beer to me in a silent toast, and Cheyenne smiled huge as she stood and gave Willow a hug. Roughstock looked at me and asked, “Do we need to call the leather smith?”

“Damn straight, we do,” I answered.

He shook his head and chuckled. “I think that’s fucking great, and we welcome you to the Sinners Revenge, Willow.”

“Thanks,” she said, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.

I stood, and she followed me as I said, “We’ve got to run upstairs for a minute, but can you order us a drink?” I looked at her, and she shrugged. “A beer for me, and a rum and Coke for her.”

As we walked away, she asked, “How did you remember?”

When we walked through the doorway and the prospect guarding our rooms stepped aside, I explained, “There isn’t anything about that night I don’t remember, darlin’.”

I unlocked the door to my room and opened it for her, watching her juicy ass sway as she entered.

She had always been it for me, and now that she was within my reach, I’d do whatever I had to do to keep her happy.

Pushing the door closed behind me, I noticed she was looking around the room with her arms crossed.

Walking up to her, I touched her shoulder, and she looked at me. “What’s wrong, darlin’?” I asked, but she seemed reluctant to answer. When I saw her eyes go back to the bed, I knew what she was thinking and I was going to dispel any misconceptions right now.

Turning so I was facing her, I spoke from the heart. “I haven’t been a saint since the last time I saw you, but I’ve never brought a club girl—or any girl, for that matter—to this room. I don’t want you to think you’re walking in the footsteps of anyone ‘cause, Willow, you are one of a kind.”

“How . . .” I kissed her softly before replying.

“I’ve been around the ol’ ladies enough to know a woman doesn’t want to think she isn’t special, or that she’s the next in a long line.

Have I messed around? Yes. But I assume you have also.

” She nodded and uncrossed her arms. “But what happened in the past doesn’t have anything to do with the here and now.

You and I are finally going to get our chance, and I promise, I’ll try not to screw things up. ”

She wrapped her arms over my shoulders and kissed me back before saying, “My only deal breakers are cheating in any form and abuse. I won’t accept either and will leave if they occur.”

“I’d never lay hands on a woman, and the thought of touching anyone but you makes me a little queasy,” I answered, which seemed to make her happy. “Let me get you a new shirt and we can go downstairs and have a drink.”

She sat on the bed as I walked to the small dresser and began looking through the shirts I had. There wasn’t one that said she was my property, and the only other shirts I had were some old Royal Bastard tees that would make great grease rags or toilet paper for the portable toilets outside.

I turned to look at her and had an idea.

Reaching into a small canvas bag sitting on the floor, I pulled out two items and turned around to show them to her.

What started out as a little chuckle soon turned into full laughter as I pulled a section of duct tape off the roll and walked over to her.

It was hard to get her to stop laughing as I placed the tape over her name and in huge thick letters wrote ‘Jigsaw’ on the tape.

“That’ll have to do, but I’ll get one of the ol’ ladies to get you a shirt. They have one of those little machines that makes them, so it should be ready in the morning,” I explained.

She smiled and stepped closer, speaking softly. “I love you. I’m sorry we lost so many years, and I’m sorry it took me so long to find you.”

“No more apologies and no more regrets. We have now and the future, so the past can stay where it is,” I returned, grabbing the back of her neck and slamming my lips against hers.

The kiss went on longer than I wanted, and before we started ripping each other’s clothes off, I ended the embrace and looked at her. “Let’s go, darlin’.”

Willow placed her hand in mine, and we walked out of my room. I locked the door behind us, and when we moved down the stairs, I addressed the prospect whose job it was to keep people from going upstairs. “This is my ol’ lady, Willow, and if she wants upstairs, you’re to let her go. Understood?”

“Yes, sir.” He looked at Willow and said, “Ma’am.”

Walking away from him, I quietly explained, “He’s ex-military, and getting his patch at the end of the Rally, but don’t say anything.”

She motioned zipping her lips as I guided us back through the growing crowd. Our drinks were waiting at the table with Roughstock, Jagger, and their ladies as Willow and I took out seats.

Jackie looked at her shirt and started laughing. “Do I need to call Mae?”

“Please,” I responded. “Until I can ger her cut, I don’t want there to be any confusion over who she belongs to.”

Willow seemed more relaxed, and as she enjoyed her drink and started talking to Cheyenne and Jackie, Jagger caught my gaze.

He gave me a thumbs up against his chest, and I felt my pride grow.

Willow was meant to be my ol’ lady, and now that she’s here and we had the blessing of my club and her brother, all I had to do was find a chaplain.

There was bound to be someone who would perform the ceremony, and all I had to do was make it happen. Then we would get her stuff from Chicago, and I’d bring it back to Rapid City where it belonged.

The sound of a line of bikes echoed into the clubhouse. Devlin had created an app for us to be able to monitor the security cameras, so Roughstock pulled out his phone to check the footage. When he put his phone inside his cut and turned to Willow, I was curious about what he saw.

“Your brother and his club are here,” he said to her.

She bit her lip, seeming nervous all of the sudden, and I lifted her hand and placed a kiss on the inside of her wrist. Looking at her, I simply said, “Let’s go tell your brother the good news.”

Exhaling, she gave me a nod, and I held her hand as she stood and looked at Jackie and Cheyenne. “Wish me luck.”

“You don’t need luck when your ol’ man is by your side,” Jackie said and gave me a sly wink as I guided Willow and myself out the front door.

Ghost said he didn’t have a problem with this, but I was making a declaration with what I put on her shirt, and if there was going to be a problem, it would happen sooner rather than later. I just didn’t want Willow to be forced to choose between her family and me.

Because I was terrified I would lose again.
