Chapter Fourteen

Violet

Pizza boxes lie scattered across the coffee table, the rich scent of pepperoni mixing comfortably with their alpha scents—warm, spicy, addictive. The movie plays quietly on the screen, but none of us are watching it anymore.

Fox sits beside me on the large sectional, his body angled toward mine, one arm draped casually along the couch behind my shoulders.

He’s in dark joggers and a fitted black t-shirt, every muscle defined even as he lounges, relaxed but ready.

His thumb strokes the bare skin at the base of my neck in lazy circles, making it hard to focus on anything but him.

Dare sits to my other side, effortlessly commanding space with his quiet presence.

He’s wearing gray sweatpants that sit low on his hips and a snug white tank top, highlighting every line of muscle and strength.

He’s calm and steady, his eyes locked onto mine with that quiet intensity that makes my heart skip.

Jex reclines on the floor in front of me, back resting against the couch near my legs. Black cargo pants, snug against his thighs, paired with a soft charcoal hoodie. He’s running his palm slowly up and down my calf, his touch deliberate, possessive in the sweetest way.

The silence between us is comfortable. It’s ours, filled with warmth and the gentle awareness of being together, as if we’ve finally reached the eye of our storm.

“I talked to Odette today,” I say softly, breaking the easy quiet.

Their attention sharpens instantly, protective alpha energy humming around me like a shield.

“How is she?” Fox asks, voice low, filled with genuine concern.

“She’s okay. Still healing. Henry’s back with her now, sticking close. She said she’s starting to remember small bits—nothing clear yet, but she’s getting there.”

Jex nods thoughtfully. “Good. She’s strong; she’ll get through it.”

“We’ll be here for whatever she needs,” Dare adds quietly, reaching over to squeeze my thigh. “She’s your family. That makes her ours.”

My chest warms, and I lean further into him, breathing in his cinnamon-bourbon scent. The room falls quiet again, but something inside me won’t let it stay that way. The thought’s been building in me for weeks—maybe since the day I first saw them walk into my life.

I take a steadying breath. “Have you guys…thought about bonding?”

My voice is quiet, hesitant—but firm.

All three alphas immediately sharpen their focus, tension thrumming through the air—not anxious, but expectant. Dare’s hand tightens just slightly, while Fox moves closer, dropping his arm fully around me. Jex twists gently, fully facing me, amber eyes blazing with a fierce kind of warmth.

Fox speaks first, voice a low rasp. “Violet, there hasn’t been a single second since we found you that I haven’t thought about it.”

Jex’s gaze burns into mine, his words steady, rich with emotion. “I think about claiming you every damn day. You’ve made our pack stronger—made us stronger. The idea of having you fully bonded, carrying our mark… It’s all I’ve dreamed about since that first night.”

Dare leans closer, his deep voice nearly a growl, rough with emotion and barely-contained possessiveness.

“You’re the best thing to ever walk into our lives, Vi.

We already belong to you. We have since the moment we scented you.

But to have you choose us, mark us as yours too—nothing would make me prouder. ”

My throat feels tight, but my heart—gods, it feels full, steady, and sure.

“I’m ready,” I whisper softly, firmly. “I don’t want to wait anymore. You’re my alphas—my home. I’m ready to be yours. Officially.”

The energy in the room shifts instantly—intensity, desire, and a bone-deep satisfaction radiating from all three alphas at once.

Fox cups my jaw gently, leaning in close, voice rough and full of promise. “We’re going to make it so good for you, sweetheart. You’ll never question how much you’re loved.”

Jex’s hand slides higher up my thigh, his thumb brushing tenderly, sending heat pooling low. “We’ll show you exactly how deeply you belong to us, Violet.”

Dare captures my gaze, eyes smoldering with fierce protectiveness. “And anyone who tries to threaten that bond will learn exactly what it means to cross us.”

I smile, heart racing, certainty settling deep in my bones.

“I wouldn’t want it any other way.”

There’s a sudden rush of movement, a swirl of laughter, and the world tilts as I’m swept off my feet and tossed upside down over Jex’s strong shoulder. My stomach flips, laughter spilling from my lips uncontrollably as I brace myself against his hips, holding tight.

“Jex!” I gasp, breathless and giddy, squirming against his firm grip. “I can walk, you know!”

His hand tightens possessively on my thighs, fingertips pressing into my skin through the soft fabric of my shorts. “Not risking you changing your mind, sweetheart,” he growls playfully, his voice thick with warmth and barely restrained desire.

I smile, a rush of happiness and certainty surging through me. “I’m not going to change my mind.”

Before I can register anything else, I’m soaring through the air, tossed gently into the heart of my nest. I land on plush blankets and soft pillows, the momentum sending the bed swinging slowly, cradling me in a gentle sway.

Laughter bubbles out again, bright and joyful as the warm scents of my alphas surround me—comforting, intoxicating, and impossibly right.

Fox is suddenly there, hovering over me, eyes blazing with heat and something deeper, something reverent. My giggles fade into breathless anticipation as he lowers himself toward me. His lips find mine, soft and achingly gentle at first, as if I’m something precious he might break.

His tongue sweeps slowly along my bottom lip, coaxing gently, silently demanding access that I eagerly grant. My body arches instinctively towards him, hands reaching up to slide into his hair as he deepens the kiss, pouring everything unspoken between us into it: possession, promise, devotion.

My heart races, warmth pooling deep within me, as I surrender myself fully into the safety of my pack’s embrace, knowing this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

Fox pulls back slowly, his eyes molten, staring down at me with something fierce and vulnerable. My pulse thuds in my ears, and warmth pools deep within me as I hold his gaze.

Behind him, Jex is already pulling his shirt over his head, the soft sound of fabric hitting the floor resonating deeply inside me.

Dare steps closer, his eyes glittering in the low light, stripping off his tank top, revealing muscles rippling under golden skin.

Heat blooms across my cheeks, but I don’t look away. I don’t want to.

Fox sits back just long enough to tug off his shirt, and the second it hits the floor, he’s leaning over me again, fingers trailing tenderly along my jaw. My breath catches, heart pounding, anticipation flooding my veins.

“Are you ready, Violet?” His voice is gentle, low—almost reverent, even as the hunger blazes unmistakably in his gaze. “Once we start, we can’t stop. You’ll be ours completely.”

“I’m already yours,” I whisper, sliding my hands along the warm planes of his chest, my fingertips tracing every scar, every line of muscle, committing him to memory. “Make it official.”

Fox smiles, beautifully savage. “Gods, you’re perfect.”

He kisses me again, harder this time, tongue sweeping deep and possessive, igniting fire in my veins.

The bed shifts as Dare moves closer, leaning in to trail his mouth along the sensitive skin of my neck, making me shiver and arch into him.

Jex kneels at the foot of the bed, slowly pulling my shorts down my legs, his eyes darkening with desire as they sweep over me.

“You’re so beautiful,” Jex murmurs reverently, pressing soft kisses along my thighs, his teeth grazing gently over my skin. “Our perfect, strong omega.”

My breath hitches as Fox pulls back enough to help lift my shirt off, leaving me completely bare beneath their heated gazes. Dare’s mouth moves lower, lips brushing delicately over my collarbone, his hands sliding possessively over my body, igniting every nerve.

Fox sits back, his gaze locked with mine as he pushes down his joggers, baring himself fully. He returns to me swiftly, guiding me gently into position. My heartbeat quickens as I feel his heat pressed against me.

“I love you, Vi,” he whispers, voice rough with need, eyes bright with sincerity. “We all do.”

“Show me,” I breathe, gripping his shoulders tightly.

With one smooth, deliberate thrust, Fox fills me completely, my body arching, breath rushing from my lungs.

Pleasure ripples through me, warm and electrifying, intensified as Jex’s strong hands slide up my thighs, spreading me wider, preparing me gently for his touch.

Dare leans close, capturing my lips in a tender yet fierce kiss, deepening it as Fox begins to move slowly, steadily, each thrust claiming me further.

Jex’s mouth drags softly against my nipple, his voice vibrating gently over my skin. “You’re everything we’ve dreamed of.”

My fingers thread into his hair, urging him closer. “Bite me,” I whisper, shuddering as his teeth nip lightly.

Fox groans above me, voice strained with pleasure and devotion, “We will, baby. You’re ours forever now.”

Fox’s rhythm picks up, pleasure spiraling through me as Jex’s touch deepens, and Dare’s kisses grow hungrier, possessive. The room fills with our scents, the raw sounds of our connection, building to something impossibly powerful.

Then Fox leans forward, teeth grazing the tender flesh between my neck and shoulder.

“Mine,” he growls, low and possessive. Then, in a surge of pleasure, he bites down sharply.

Heat and pain blend seamlessly into pleasure, an overwhelming sensation flooding through me, claiming every nerve, every heartbeat.
