Chapter 31 #2

Benji felt it hardest, he always did.

His hands trembled as he slicked himself with spit, then slid his cock between my cheeks.

Serena whimpered against my mouth as Skye grunted. Benji’s breath came in uneven puffs against my skin as he pressed into me.

I choked, hips jerking forward, which buried me deeper in Violet’s cunt, which shoved Serena down and Skye farther into her, which made him moan, which spurred Benji to fuck me harder.

The whole thing was a beautiful chain reaction.

Benji pressed his forehead to my shoulder. “Boss–fuck. You’re so tight.”

I braced my hands on Violet’s hips and thrust again.

Benji was practically clinging to me, forehead pressed into my shoulder, voice breaking in breathless little sobs each time he bottomed out.

Skye was the first to come, he always was.

His breath hitched as he plunged into Serena one last time.

“Serena, fuck–fuck–I’m–” he gasped, the words tumbling apart as he stayed buried to hilt, his belly pressed into her back.

Serena cried out as he emptied into her. Skye’s hand slapped the wall beside Serena’s head, trying to keep his balance, but each pulse of his orgasm pushed Serena down slightly, straight onto Violet’s mouth.

Vi made a content little hum as Serena whimpered into my lips.

Her body buckled the rest of the way forward. Serena almost collapsed onto Violet, but caught herself at the last second, bracing her hands on Violet’s breasts as her hips continued to grind in frantic little circles.

Violet moaned and that sound was undoing.

Serena gasped Violet’s name as her nails dug into Violet’s chest. And, of course, that small amount of pain caused Violet to explode.

Her thighs snapped shut around my waist as her cunt clamped so tightly around my cock that I swore she was going to rip it off.

Her belly contracted against my stomach, and before I could process it, stars burst across my vision as I shoved my knot into the world’s tightest pussy. The way she stretched around me felt obscene.

Violet arched under Serena’s weight, and I spilled into her with everything I had. The moment the knot locked, my orgasm tore out of me, flooding her cunt with pulse after pulse of cum. I couldn’t have stopped, even if I tried.

And, by the time I finished and my senses returned, Benji was sinking his teeth into my shoulder as he finally came undone.

His whole body shook behind me, chest pressed to my back, breath hot and messed and uneven as he slumped forward.

And the second he hit the nest? We all collapsed into a mess of sweaty bodies

“Okay,” I panted, softly patting Violet’s stomach mostly because it was there. “Is that enough, can we go to bed?”

Violet nodded and rolled over and yawned into my chest. No one in the nest objected, leaving us all to pass out, curled so closely together I could feel everyone breathe. And that was the way a pack should be.

If someone had told me the Violet Serena hit with her car and the Violet parading through my garden greeting guests were the same person, I wouldn’t have believed them.

Back then, she barely took up space. She flinched at sudden movement. Kept her eyes down. Apologized for breathing too loudly.

Now?

She was everywhere.

She drifted through the garden like the princess she was, her soft pink dress flowing around her legs, one hand resting absently on the curve of her stomach as she stopped to greet each new arrival.

She didn’t talk, but she didn’t need to.

Her smile did the work for her.

She leaned in when people spoke. Nodded. Accepted gifts with both hands and a polite bow of her head.

Sunlight caught on her glasses. In her hair. Along the perfect curve of her stomach.

And I stared like the lovesick idiot I was.

Serena appeared beside me without warning and nudged my arm with her elbow.

“You know,” she said dryly, “you’re allowed to actually talk to our omega.”

I didn’t look at her.

“I talk to Violet.”

Serena snorted. “Staring isn’t talking.”

I ignored that too.

“You hear that Logan Stellar is pregnant?” I asked, mostly trying to change the conversation.

Serena heaved in a breath through her teeth. “Yeah, I heard it through the grapevine. I guess the Ombrixa prototype that Emmet Devereaux was working on actually worked.”

I nodded twice, Emmet and Warren should be here soon, and I was glad they were on our side.

Not only were they a good steady stream of money for my business, but the medication’s they were working on sketched me the fuck out.

I didn’t want to drink the wrong thing. It ended up going from an alpha to an omega or beta.

Just the thought made me shiver, so I focused on Violet again, watching her face wrinkle as a white butterfly landed on her button nose.

“I’m so glad you ran her over,” I admitted.

Serena choked on a laugh. Violet turned as if she’d heard us from across the yard. The moment she spotted me, her entire face lit up.

She waved eagerly, and my heart fluttered as I waved back.

She came toward me immediately, and I met her halfway down the patio steps, guiding her gently into the shade. I kept hold of her hand as I kissed her cheek.

Up close, I could see the faint flush in her skin as she glanced around the yard, scanning the crowd.

I followed her gaze.

“What?”

She lifted her hands. Reed. I miss my brother.

I frowned, checking my watch. “He’s late?”

She nodded.

Then signed again. He said he was bringing someone.

That got my attention. “Someone?”

She hesitated, like she wasn’t sure if she was allowed to be excited.

Still, she signed. His omega.

I stared at her.

“Your brother,” I said carefully, “does not have an omega.”

Reed hated omegas. He was weirdly obsessed with Violet, but that was it. In his eyes, no one could hold a candle to his beloved sister. I would actually pay someone a million dollars to occupy that psycho’s time.

Violet tilted her chin stubbornly. Reed wouldn’t lie to me.

I huffed, ready to explain exactly why Reed Lamb was incapable of normal emotional attachments, but the garden gate creaked open.

Benji, standing at the grill, glanced up.

Then froze.

The tongs slipped from his hand and clattered against the stone. That alone was enough to make my stomach drop.

I turned toward the gate to see Reed stepped inside, sunglasses hooked into the collar of his paint-speckled button-down.

And Violet had been right, he wasn’t alone.

The woman on his arm was tall for an omega, with long blue hair cascading down her back. Her hand rested on her swollen stomach, and if I had to guess, she was about as far along as Skye.

She leaned into Reed and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, kissing her head softly. Violet’s fingers tightened around mine as Reed scanned the yard.

When his eyes landed on us, his mouth curved faintly, Violet waved excitedly and the blue-haired omega waved too.

They started toward us slowly, sunlight spilling across her face.

And then I saw her clearly.

Recognition hit me like a sucker punch.

I knew that face. I’d seen it a thousand times. In photographs, in memories, at family reunions.

My niece–Winter Rossi–was on Reed Lamb’s arm. Clearly pregnant. Clearly owned.

My entire body went cold as Reed came toe-to-toe with me.

“There’s my favorite alpha-in-law,” Reed smirked, kissing my niece once more as if to prove he could.

You had to be fucking kidding me.
