Chapter 25 #3

Amusement of my sage advice fills the bond, and I smell the scent of weed instead of cigarettes. Lore is nearby listening to us, and is choosing a different form of vice to smoke tonight.

“Why are you so wise all of a sudden?” Marie sighs. “Lore, put that out and get your ass over here. It’s all your fucking fault anyway.”

I blink at that, and Lore almost falls out of his chair as he puts out his joint.

A second later he opens the back door and yells something inside before strolling over to us.

Lore tugs her hood down, his fingers moving through her hair until they lightly curl around her throat.

Marie’s back bows to press further into his hand like a cat looking for attention.

“What’s my fault, Princess?” he purrs, making Marie and I shiver.

“The baby I’m pregnant with,” she rasps, biting her bottom lip.

“Did you say baby?” Ransom asks, the back door announcing him and Storm a second later as it bangs shut.

“I did,” she says, barely audible over our yells of excitement. “I don’t know why I was worried to tell you!”

“Little Omega, we’ve been trying to get you pregnant for longer than you even know,” I growl, throwing caution to the wind as I turn and pull her over my body to kiss her.

Thankfully, Lore and Storm keep us from capsizing with a shout, while I smugly kiss my grumbling omega quiet.

“Ah, can I confess something?” Storm asks, making Lore and I groan.

“Oh please do,” Ransom rumbles.

Fuck me.

“Storm,” I groan. “Come on man.”

“Hit me with it,” Marie says, covering my mouth with her hand. I nip at her palm, making her laugh, and Storm winces.

“We swapped out your heat and birth control pills with placebos,” he says rapidly.

Ransom smacks him so hard, he has to catch Storm to ensure he doesn’t fall on top of us.

“Ransom,” Lore admonishes. “Please don’t squish our baby.”

My heart flip flops at how easily he says it’s ours, even if the baby has his DNA. The odds are very slim that anyone else is the father, especially since the change in her scent is so recent.

“Hold up,” Marie growls, looking up at Storm. “Fuck. That’s why they tasted so odd. Ugh. You all are such possessive assholes.”

“It’s why you love us,” Storm says, fluttering his eyelashes even as he rubs the back of his head.

“I love you, but I might have wanted to do the same,” Ransom says honestly. “I wouldn’t have! But I’d think about it.”

“That’s just as bad,” Marie mutters, flopping on top of me. I grunt to make her feel better, but she’s not heavy enough to push the breath out of my body.

“Can I tell you something?” I ask slyly, giggling when she muffles a scream into my sweater. God, I fucking love to mess with her. “Your scent is different. You smell different, and I think it’s the baby.”

“Really?” she asks, still hiding.

“Yep. I couldn’t figure out how to ask you why. It smells comforting, Little Omega. I love it, and now I know why.”

“Congratulations, Mama,” Ransom says softly, his eyes full of affection as he gazes at her.

“I’m going to be a mom,” she says, raising her face from my chest. “Holy crap.”

“Yes, you are,” I grin, kissing her lips before laying back on the hammock.

I don’t want the stupid thing to flip after all.

Ransom, Lore, and Storm kiss her as well, before Storm runs back inside with Ransom to check on the brownies I left them to babysit. Marie is craving chocolate, and they said they could watch the oven.

I suppose the pregnancy cravings are beginning, and I’m here for it.

“When do you think you’ll need to go in to see a doctor?” I ask as she sighs happily, snuggling against me again.

“I think it’s still too early. I’m probably only six weeks pregnant at most,” she murmurs. “I don’t want to go to Mercy Hospital for prenatal care. No one can keep their mouth shut there, and I want to enjoy my pregnancy without any gossip.”

“Why would there be gossip?” I ask, playing with her hair.

“They’re nurses, and think I’m getting special treatment,” she grumbles. “Enough said.”

“Hmm,” I say. There has to be more to this, but I’ll let it go for now. I know at one point, her co-workers were making jokes that she has to be sleeping with Dr. Royal due to the ‘preferential treatment’ she was getting.

No, bitches, my girl is simply better at her job than you are.

Taking a deep breath, I let the baby’s scent inside of my omega help calm me down.

“Wilder,” Marie says after a long while of my silence.

I didn’t mean to be quiet for so long, I was simply enjoying her company.

“Yes?” I ask. The brownies are probably going to be ready soon. I should have asked the guys to also take the vanilla ice cream out so it’ll soften.

There’s nothing better than ice cream and brownies. So fucking good.

“Will you bite me?” she asks softly.

Craning my neck, I notice there are tears glistening on her skin. The Edison lights shine around us, allowing me to see her without strain.

“Yes. What are you thinking about?” I ask.

“I don’t want to wait anymore,” she rasps. “Something Lore said earlier today has been haunting me.”

Lore is suspiciously quiet both in the bond and behind us. The only sign that he’s there is the scent of pot as he finishes his joint from earlier.

“I noticed that,” I say. “But then, it’s hard not to pay attention to everything about you.”

“You’re adorable when you’re being romantic and shit,” she sighs.

“When you love someone, it’s easier to ignore the red flags,” I tease her.

“Oh I still see them,” she snorts. “I’m just more willing to let the good outweigh that. Where do you want my bite? I want to do it somewhere it’ll hurt.”

A snort fills the air, and I roll my eyes.

“Lore would probably suggest my knot because the fucker really wants bites to match…Fuck!”

The hammock flips and I grunt as I hit the ground with Marie on top of me. Thank fuck I didn’t land on her!

“Is everyone okay?” Lore asks, chuckling. He keeps his distance as he smokes, and I weakly groan.

“We’re fine,” Marie murmurs, crawling down my body. “It looks like you’re getting a matching bite before Ransom, Wilder.”

“Fuck,” I gasp as she pulls my joggers over my hips until my cock bobs out.

“Mine,” she growls, licking up my shaft until she can lap at my slit.

“Baby, the brownies are almost done. I swear to God, I will fucking cry if we get interrupted,” I whimper.

“But chocolate would go so well with your cream,” she pouts, smirking.

My ass hits the cold ground as she pulls my joggers down so she can cup my knot, and my back arches as she sucks on it.

“You’re such a bad little omega, but fuck do I love you so much,” I groan.

“Should I get ice cream?” Storm yells out the kitchen window.

“Oh yeah,” Lore says. “We’re definitely going to need ice cream.”

“Mmm. Dessert,” Marie purrs, biting down until she breaks skin.

Fuck, fuck, fuck! I’m so gone for this woman, I have to pin my hips to the ground in an effort not to hump the air. Cum juts out of my cock wildly, hitting her cheek. Lifting her head as she releases my knot, she wraps her lips around my crown and sucks hard.

My eyes roll back as my fingers sink into her hair, and I thrust into her mouth as she swallows down the rest of my release. Chest heaving, I collapse onto the ground, a silly smile of happiness on my lips as Marie pulls off my cock with a satisfied smirk.

“The chocolate will taste delicious with the nutmeg,” she murmurs, crawling up my body.

“You’re a dirty girl,” I grin, knowing she’s telling me my cum tastes like nutmeg. I’ve tasted my own before for various reasons, and I have to admit it’ll pair very well with chocolate. “My turn? Show me those gorgeous breasts, Little Omega. I want to bite the underside of it.”

Marie straddles my chest and lifts the hoodie she’s wearing to flash her tits.

“Fuck, those are pretty,” Lore murmurs, pinching the roach to extinguish it.

The bond is already addicting between Marie and I, and it feels as if it’s pulling me up by a string.

Licking around her areola, I suck on her nipple until she moans loudly.

Kissing down her breast, I push it up until I find exactly where I want to bite her.

A hand covers her mouth just before I do, and Lore’s lips press to her forehead before he straddles my legs behind her.

“That’s gonna hurt, Princess,” he whispers. “Take a breath and scream as loud as you need to.”

I bite down with that warning and instead of screaming, Marie fucking moans as she pushes toward my mouth.

“Oh yeah. You’re definitely ours, Princess,” Lore murmurs, releasing her to force her head back to kiss her.

When she comes up for air, she grins as she looks past me.

“So is there ice cream?” she asks, making me turn my head.

Ransom and Storm gaze heatedly at us and Storm nods. “And brownies,” he reminds her, his voice low and husky.

Well, we definitely gave them a show. Marie clambers to her feet with Lore’s help, and I can tell that she feels a little lightheaded. Standing as well, I follow them, grinning when Storm steals her away to feed her a different dessert than I just did.

“Lucky fucker,” Ransom teases me as we walk into the house.

“The timing definitely makes me lucky,” I grin.

Life comes at us fast, gotta grab every moment with both hands or you’ll miss it.
