19. Kallis
Kallis
Drowning is the only word I can use to describe the emotions swallowing me and pulling me under.
They’ve barely touched me, but every soft and hard tug of my nipple leaves me breathless, along with the kisses that fill my mouth with the real taste of them.
Not those imitation bars that I had to imagine smelled of clover, wildflowers, and cut grass.
But the pure overload of their freshness, which complements my honey so perfectly that I give in to my instincts as an omega.
I pull Orso back into a kiss, and he gladly follows. I noticed the ridge of the scar from the head wound that brought us together when I buried my fingers in his hair, and I don’t want to tug him too tightly. But he’s also acting so arrogant that I hope to make him whine instead.
I could fight it, but the way they wrap themselves around me is the rightness I’ve been searching for since I came to this town.
I’ve never felt anything like it. And I want to shout and push them away from me because it feels like I’m being opened up, like they’re digging inside me and calling for a part of me I don’t want to let free. Though it’s too simple to give in.
“Fuck!” Orso cries out, suddenly breaking our kiss. Three of us glance down to find Artie sinking his teeth into Orso’s thigh.
“What the fuck are you doing? We have a game tomorrow!” Orso snaps at him, but Artie grins as he licks the bite.
“You can’t just kiss Orso to get away from the question, Bee,” Artie chuckles. It throws me off how he’s the youngest of them, but how he speaks is even sexier than his mates. “Mathan and Orso might be jumbled up over you, but they don’t have the experience with omegas that I do.”
“And what is that supposed to mean?” I ask, mourning the loss of Mathan and Orso’s lips.
“It means you have to answer us. Which one is your favorite flavor?” he hums. “What do you like the best? Which taste has you so wound up that I can lick your slick off your thighs?” Artie asks with a glint in his eye as he outlines each question with a kiss, until his tongue runs over the crease of my thigh and his hot breath brushes my pussy.
A whimper falls from me, and they spark up, so I squeeze my eyes shut. I don’t want to appear weak, but the lightest sensation is intoxicating.
“Will you answer him?” Mathan asks, the backs of his nails caressing my neck as I arch it. I look up at him and Orso’s scowl as they rock me to the point that my body softens and I let them carry my weight.
“It’s not difficult, Bee. What about the crunchy melon oat? That’s Orso’s favorite. Or the blueberry and soy that Mathan loves? What about the wasabi chocolate chip? It should be easy to answer. No one likes more than one.”
But it’s not ‘easy’ when it feels like he’s asking me to choose between the three of them.
The crunchy oat was too hard and left knicks inside my mouth; the blueberry had the squishy texture of bananas, which I’ve never been a fan of, and I easily devoured the chocolate chip.
Though I have to admit, the Asian-inspired twists made the experience more… enlivening.
“Why must I answer? Is it not enough that your scents pushed me into this position? I could tell you that a single taste of you has left me shaken. But then I would be going against my own words.”
Mathan’s head tips forward as Orso holds his breath and Artie feeds his hands under my knees to grip me.
“I thought you were going to resist us for longer,” Orso says, moments before Artie splits my legs and buries his face in my pussy.
A cry rips from me that bounces around the room, and the alphas make their move. It’s happening too fast, and my cries quickly turn to moans as pleasure bolts through me. Mathan captures my cries with a kiss, and my body jerks as Orso nips at my neck, sucking on my skin.
The brute is going to leave a mark, and I’m certain he’s found another way to claim me as a cliché alpha would. But I’m so absorbed in lust that the sweetest wildflowers fill my mouth while Artie presses his tongue to my clit and I dissolve.
All my resistance is swept away as Artie’s licks speed up more than I can cope with, and I’m pulled even farther under, drowning in them as they cover me.
Orso is all hard muscle, but I can sink my hand into Mathan’s flesh and grip onto him the same way his large hands dent my body.
“Just keep giving in,” Mathan murmurs against my lips. “I want to watch you when you come.”
I whimper in reply, and his groan is so passionate that I gasp, “Kiss me again,” just as Artie lifts my ankles, and I take his hint.
I bring my knees up, notching my legs over his shoulders so I can lean back into Orso and Mathan, giving myself to them entirely. The fear that always lies low inside me whenever I’m around them flares to life.
I need some kind of control, or I’ll suffer for it in the end.
My heats come like clockwork; sometimes I can time it down to the hour.
But the rawness rumbling inside me feels all too familiar.
I need to move to stronger suppressants, since it’s such a severe breakthrough.
Because these alphas’ touches are so powerful, it feels like one wrong move could drive me to an early heat.
Mathan places gentle kisses on my cheeks as I soar toward an orgasm. It’s how Orso skims his teeth over my neck that finally sends me over the edge.
I’m supposed to be scared of a bite, but my body pulses and my pleasure peaks as Mathan cups my jaw, tilting my head back to make me focus on him.
He’s so loving, and soft vulnerability swells in me as he brings me close. “We’re right here, Kallis. Just let yourself go.”
“Mathan, I—” But I descend into more moans as Artie won’t stop licking, pressing his tongue inside me before scaling back to my clit. He’s pushing and pushing until my moans become pleas as I grasp at Mathan to try and ground myself. But it doesn’t work.
More words hover between Mathan and me, but I can’t let them free, no matter how much I crave it. If I tell them what this means to me, my future could crumble away. I could be reduced to the label of a ‘mate’ instead of who I really am.
Mathan swoops in to kiss me again, and I recognize the feeling that has chased me since I met them. Tenderness, compassion, love. I need to put a stop to it before I let it go too far, no matter what my omega side wants.
I’m shivering as I come down, and all three of them pull back. The heavy room is punctuated by my whines as I cling to them to stop them from leaving; lust fills my mind as my only thought becomes making them stay.
Pleasure blurs my thoughts as I pant, watching them intensely. It’s Orso who holds my gaze, his face growing hard, like he’s realized it as well.
But we haven’t gone too far; as long as we don’t have sex, we can be safe from it, even though that small burst of intimacy feels more like making love than anything I’ve experienced in my life.
We hadn’t only connected physically. There was a glimmer when Orso kissed me, like his soul was winding inside me again. The same shock that I felt when he bit me resounded in me at his kiss, and my response was to snarl at him because it was so overwhelming.
His bite is the only experience I have of a bond, so I can’t truly tell what that feeling I shared with him was. But worry rises in me as I wonder if the bond is really severed, or if a trace remains.
As my hand drops from their shoulders, Mathan catches one, but Orso lets me go.
Mathan rubs my palm with his thumb as I pull my legs from Artie’s grip, but pins and needles scatter my legs from the pressure of his support.
Artie rises, and I can see he’s aiming to squeeze himself between them so he can get nearer, but I snap my legs closed as I push at his shoulder.
“I just want to kiss you. The others got to, so let me taste you as well,” Artie says
It makes perfect sense. Of course, we should kiss.
But it feels like resisting him is the last defense I have before I truly surrender to this.
Not that I’ve done a good job at resisting them in the first place.
Orso’s bite was the main chip in my armor, but Mathan’s tattoo shook me up, and it feels like I need Artie to tie it all together.
But I withdraw my hand from Mathan’s addictive touch; Orso encourages Artie away from me, and he says the words we all need to hear.
“I’m sorry, we shouldn’t have interrupted. This was a mistake,” he growls, his fierce presence beating into me. I nearly flinch back, even though I agree.
I don’t think it was bad, and Mathan and Artie’s faces portray a different story, but I feel Orso is currently the most sensible person in the room.
“Thank you,” I say coolly as I slip off the table to stand in front of them. “I’m glad we are in agreement.”
The way they stiffen makes me internally cringe, because I just know that any attempt I make to communicate every subtle and pleasurable emotion and thought parading through my oversensitive body will spectacularly fail.
It feels like Orso is the only one who either understood or is at least trying to understand me, despite him being the most forceful out of them.
I press my hand against my neck, feeling the tender mark Orso made, a scowl crossing my face as I hide it.
That mark will make it even easier to obsess about them.
I don’t mind that I’ll have to wear turtlenecks and scarves for a week.
It’s being able to look at my neck the same way I do at my wrist and feel them with me; that’s the issue.
I’ve always been fond of my height as an omega, especially now that I can face Orso, tilt my head back to look up at Mathan, and dip my gaze to see Artie’s grin, each settling me in a way I’m unfamiliar with.
“If that is all, I believe it’s best that you leave,” I say, clearing my throat as if I could swallow away the heady mix of their scents that freshen and soothe my heart, and complete my nest.
