VANCE

As dinner wrapped up, I felt like a caged animal right now. I was trying so fucking hard to be good, but I just wanted to ravage Adelaide. Again and again. But I knew she had a stressful day. I was trying to give her space.

“I appreciate you.” She said quietly. “For cooking and letting me invite myself over.” Her hand wandered up and down my back, alternating scratching and massaging.

“Anytime. But your place is much more luxurious.” Her house was twice the size of mine and would be perfect for all three of us. I shook my head, that was far into the future. I had a fight to train for and win, and Tyson had his own shit to deal with.

She leaned into my touch. “But you aren’t there. I like that this place smells like you.”

“I would hope so. I do live here.” I laughed.

“It’s just really relaxing.” She leaned back and pushed her plate forward, but it wasn’t even half done.

“Are you not going to eat more?” I didn’t cook often, and Tyson wasn’t a good gauge on if something was good or not. He’d eat anything and everything.

“I mean, if I plan on choking on your cock later, I don’t want to fill up on pasta.” Holy. Shit. Did she just say that to me?

I had just taken a big bite and was now struggling to clear my throat, which caused her to laugh. “Adelaide Bynes. You are going to kill me.” I took a swig of wine, which didn’t help in the least.

“It’s the truth.” She slowly unbuttoned her shirt and revealed a red lace bra which practically glowed against her pale skin. My eyes panned up to hers and her hazel eyes were burning through me. She was so fucking beautiful when she was like this.

“I think you are taunting me.” I put my fork down calmly, and dropped my voice. “Adelaide.”

“Vance.” She retorted in the same tone, mocking me.

I had plans for tonight, but if she wanted to be playful, I’d let her. She obviously needed to blow off steam. “I was going to let you lead this evening. And you are leading it down a dark path.”

“Maybe that is what I want.” She stood up and unzipped her skirt, then shimmied out of it. With matching red boyshorts that hugged her curves perfectly, I was fucking done.

I stood up and she stepped back. I cocked my head, “You scared now sweetheart?”

“No.” She backed up another step. “I just want you to catch me.” She turned and ran around the kitchen island.

“You don’t know this house.” I said deadly calm.

“Even better.” She looked around me, “Anything off limits.”

“For you? No.” I stepped towards her and she darted down the back hallway outside.

She’d trap herself right away, unless she thought going to my basement was an option.

It was, but then she’d be more trapped and I have…

toys down there that I wouldn’t mind using on her.

On second thought, she made just the right choice.

I walked calmly behind her, I could hear her trying the closets and then slamming the door, then cursing. She finally got to the basement door and threw it open. “Adelaide, be careful what you ask for.”

Then giggling as I heard her feet thump downstairs.

My cock was straining in my jeans painfully.

She knew exactly what buttons to push. I turned to the basement door and didn’t see her right away but I could hear her moving around.

Then nothing. She must have found somewhere to hide. “Remember your safeword Adelaide.”

Giggling. Fucking giggling. Then more silence. I turned the corner and assessed the room for anything out of place and then spotted a closet opened slightly. I shoved my hands in my pockets and casually walked around until I got to the closet, then threw the door open and nothing.

What. The. Fuck.

I whipped around just in time to see her tripping up the stairs. Her amazing ass disappeared around the corner and I was fired up now. I love a good chase. I skipped the steps getting back to the main floor and I didn’t see her. My heart was pounding hard, blood was rushing in my ears.

I took a deep breath and looked around again. I didn’t see any lights on, it was getting dark and she’d need light to get around now. Or at least she should. I saw a pillow or two out of place, but I couldn’t remember if they were moved from before or not.
