After making Dhriti sleep in her bed Kiara walked towards the balcony where Ekansh was sitting, she smiled and sat next to him placing her head on his shoulder.

He wrapped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her close. He inhaled deeply, the familiar scent of her perfume filling his senses.

He looked at her, a soft smile on his face. "You look amazing," he murmured, his fingers tracing patterns on her back.

She chuckled, "I look amazing in this messy bun? These oversized clothes? And with this tired face?"

He chuckled softly, his gaze roaming over her features. "You look beautiful in anything, love. Even when you're tired, you're still the most beautiful woman alive."

He leaned in, his lips brushing against her temple. "And I love your messy bun. It makes you look so natural and carefree."

She smiled and snuggled into his chest, "We came a long way Ekansh, it's our seventh wedding anniversary tomorrow." She whispered.

He held her closer, threading his fingers through her hair. "That we have, love. It doesn't feel like it's been seven years," he murmured, his tone tinged with disbelief and a touch of nostalgia.

He rested his cheek against her head, his hand continuing to gently run through her hair. "I still remember our wedding day like it was yesterday."

"Mhm, that day is not far when Dhriti will get married and we will get older with time." She smiled softly and pecked his cheeks.

He chuckled softly, leaning into her kiss. "Don't remind me," he teased. "I'm not ready to be a grandfather just yet."

He wrapped his arms around her tightly, pulling her further into his chest. "But I'm looking forward to growing old with you, love. Growing old and grey together."

She smiled and nodded, "Me too, I want to take care of you until we leave this planet."

He tightened his hold on her, his heart swelling with love. "And I'll take care of you too, always. You know that, don't you?"

He pulled back slightly to look into her eyes, his gaze filled with tenderness. "I'll be by your side through everything, love. Until our last breath."

She smiled and placed her head on his lap, "Let's not through a party tomorrow, like we do every year. Let's just spend time together, just you and me."

He smiled softly, his fingers gently threading through her hair as she rested her head in his lap. "Just you and me," he echoed, his voice filled with warmth.

He lowered his head, his gaze fixed on her. "It sounds perfect, love. Just us, no parties, no distractions. Just you and me, as it should be."

Kiara smiled and looked at the clock, "Happy wedding anniversary husband," she spoke as the clock hit at 12.00 am.

He smiled back, his hand still tangled in her hair. "Happy wedding anniversary, love."

He gently lifted her head, encouraging her to sit up. He captured her face in his hands, his gaze fixed on hers. "Seven years ago, you became my wife. Today, you're still the only one I want."

His lips crashed down on hers, a soft and tender kiss filled with years of love and affection.

She immediately responded, her hands coiling around his neck deepening the kiss.

His hands slid down to her waist, pulling her onto his lap.

He deepened the kiss, his tongue sliding into her mouth.

He could feel her warm body pressed against his, her soft curves molding against him.

He pulled back slightly, his breathing ragged. "Wait here," he got up and walked inside the room. She sat their patiently.

Soon he came back with a box in his hands, "just like every year here is your necklace baby." He Opened the box revealing a diamond necklace.

She smiled widely and caressed the necklace, "It's so pretty." He watched her admiring the necklace, a small smile playing on his lips. "I'm glad you like it, love."

He took the necklace from the box and gently placed it around her neck, his fingers lingering on her skin. "You deserve all the pretty things in the world."

He leaned in, his lips brushing against her ear. "And you deserve to feel loved. And wanted. And desired."

She giggled and got up, "Now you should wait here," she said and walked inside, she came back with a box of watch just like every year, because that's the only thing he liked to wear.

His eyes widened slightly as she presented him with the box of the watch. "You remembered," he said, a touch of surprise in his voice.

He took the box from her, opening it to reveal the watch inside. He ran his fingers over the smooth surface, appreciating the craftsmanship. "It's perfect, love. As always."

She smiled widely and sat on his lap, "Thank you for everything, Husband." She whispered and pecked his lips.

He wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "No, thank you, love. For being by my side, for giving me a family, for making my life complete."

He pulled her closer, his voice dropping to a low, possessive tone. "You're mine, love. No one else's. Mine to cherish. Mine to love."

"Only yours," she whispered and placed her head on his chest, listening to his heart beat.

His arms tightened around her, his heart pounding in his chest as she rested her head on him. He pressed a tender kiss to the top of her head, his hand gently stroking her back.

"Always mine," he murmured, his voice filled with a mix of love and possession. "Always and forever."

She looked at him and whispered again, "I love you so much, husband."

His heart melted at her words. He leaned down and captured her lips in a tender kiss, his love for her seeping into every fiber of his being.

He pulled back slightly, their foreheads touching. "I love you more, wife," he murmured, his voice filled with an overwhelming tenderness. "More than words can express."

"And In the end, They did not just find happiness. They built it, piece by piece, choosing love, laughter, care, trust and peace every single day."
