40. A Surprise Visit #3
“So I got it wrong. At least we got away with it.” She hums before dragging her tongue up me again. “Makes it all the more exciting, doesn’t it?”
“Does that thrill you? Having sex somewhere you’re not supposed to?”
“Kind of. It’s what made it exciting with Benjamin, especially when the Bowers were out. I don’t know how many times we snuck into the pantry.” Realization then dawns on her face.
“S-sorry. I didn’t mean to talk about him, not now...”
I lean down and cup her face in my hands.
“He was a big part of your life. It would be silly of me to expect you to completely forget him. In fact, this is the first time you’ve talked about him since his death, and in a positive moment.”
A warm smile radiates from her face.
“It is, isn’t it? It feels wrong to move on, after everything we’ve been through together.”
“Would he want you to be lonely the rest of your life?” I caress her cheek with a thumb and gaze longingly into those dark eyes.
“No. No, he wouldn’t.” Her cheeks warm beneath my touch, and she leans up to kiss me on the lips.
“You’re a good man, Stanley. Your heart’s always in the right place,” she whispers, her voice filled with both tenderness and desire.
She goes down on me once more, much slower this time, like she wants to drink me in, consume me whole. The tightness of her throat around me, the hot slathering of her tongue around my dick, the throbbing sucking of her mouth. She’s not just giving me a blowjob: she’s making love to my dick.
I pull her hair back away from her face and lift my hips from the chair, chancing another small thrust into her mouth.
She allows it this time, a pleasing moan vibrating around my length.
It’s almost overwhelming, the sensations pouring through me.
The chair creaks slightly with each of my thrusts, our momentum gaining ground with each note of pleasure that courses up my spine.
Soon, Maria finally hands me the reins and keeps her head still, allowing me to hold her head in place by her hair as I drive myself deeper into her throat.
Her eyes meet mine and inspire my movements to become more urgent, more primal.
Sweat starts to dot the back of my neck and soak into the armpits of my shirt.
The pressure coils tighter and tighter in my belly until—!
“God!” My breath comes out ragged as I finally come, the heat building and tightening within my loins until it’s a solid ball of burning fire. Maria coughs around me, unprepared for how much I have in me, and leans over to spit most of it into the trashcan.
“I, uh, sorry, I can get you some water.” Embarrassment washes over me as I try to make my limbs work. But they’re not cooperating right now, not with the waves of pleasure still coursing through me.
She spits one more time and drags the back of her hand across her mouth.
“Give a girl a warning next time, yeah?” She smiles up at me, her cheeks flushed. “I take it you liked that?”
“Fuck yes.” I don’t think I’ve ever gotten head like that before in my life.
“Maybe we should schedule these lunches more often.” She winks up at me and climbs out from under the desk. She helps herself to the small water cooler in the corner of my office and swishes some water around in her mouth before spitting it back into the paper cup.
Watching her casually toss it into the garbage and perch herself on the corner of my table tells me that there are going to be plenty more moments like this. Maybe not here (though I wouldn’t say no), but moments where she takes me utterly by surprise.
This could be our little sanctuary. Where I can have her all to myself.
“You still didn’t answer my question,” she says as she watches me pull my underwear back on and pull up my pants. This is going to feel uncomfortable later.
“To which?”
“How you feel about all this. How you feel about me.”
Part of me thinks she did this on purpose to leave me weak so that she’ll get the answers she wants.
Who am I to fight her?
“You want the truth? I think I’ve been in love with you since you first told me not to give up on this place.”
“That long? And you didn’t say anything?”
“What could I say? Drake met you first, and then you started working for—and then sleeping with—Ed. Where was I supposed to fit in all that?”
“You must’ve been delighted when Ed suggested all of us... you know.”
“Delighted? I was over the moon. Even if nothing serious came out of it, I would have at least gotten the chance to show you some kind of appreciation for your words. How much they impacted my life.”
Maria huffs a laugh and leans in to kiss my cheek.
“They have thank you cards, you know. Two bucks. Well within your price range.”
“Okay, so maybe I skipped a step. Can you blame me for how beautiful and wonderful you are?”
“Hm, no, I guess not.” She closes the box of macarons and slides them towards me. “Enjoy your dessert. I’ll see you later?”
Maria runs her hand across my shoulder before heading to the door out of my office, plucking up her bag from the chair in passing.
I think I’m too full for anything else right now.
