Chapter 15

CHAPTER FIFTEEN

Mack

Imove my hands behind my head from my spot in the bed as I watch Ven and Knight move around our room.

It’s not exactly big, and it’s probably better if I don’t attempt to get ready at the same time as them.

Last night, after deciding that Knight had spent enough time laying in cum, I dragged him into the shower to clean up. Fitting both of us was a feat in itself. There definitely wasn’t room for Ven to join us, so I’d cleaned off as quickly as possible before washing Knight’s body.

I’d switched out with Ven so he could wash our omega’s hair and clean himself up. That’s always been how we handle his aftercare: Ven taking care of Knight’s hair and me scrubbing his body.

I hope we don’t have to stay here for long, because I won’t be able to handle that too-small shower for more than a day or two.

What can I say? I enjoy showering with my men—even when it’s nothing more than showering.

Some activities are just meant to be done as a group, and I think that’s one of them.

“Are you planning to get up, or have you decided you’re staying in bed all day?” Knight asks as he comes to a stop at the foot of the bed, a grin painting his lips.

I trail my eyes over him, from his mussed red hair to his unbuttoned shirt over a bare chest, all the way to his fitted jeans as I smile. “I’m just enjoying the view.”

Knight preens under my gaze, flexing a bit before Ven shoulders him out of the way. “Don’t start something now. We need to find somewhere to get breakfast—I’m starving. And as good as you taste, baby boy, a filling meal you are not.”

Turning my attention to Ven’s lithe figure, I lick my lips as he tugs a fitted white tee of his head before tucking it into his jeans. My men are hot as sin.

I reach down to squeeze my cock through the confines of my boxer briefs.

“Really, Mack?” Ven lifts an eyebrow as I grin.

“What?” I shrug. “I told you, I was just enjoying the view.”

He rolls his eyes. “Stop playing with your dick and get out of bed. You need to get dressed before Knight gets any ideas that’ll delay me getting food in my belly.”

I chuckle as I roll out of bed and head toward the bathroom, calling over my shoulder. “If the two of you weren’t so damn hot, my cock wouldn’t spend most of the day hard.”

I shut the door before he can respond, brushing my teeth before taking a piss.

When I step back into the bedroom, Vengeance has Knight pinned against the wall as they kiss.

“And I’m the one who’s going to give Knight ideas?” I ask with a chuckle.

Ven doesn’t break their kiss as he flips me off. I grab a T-shirt and some jeans from my bag and get dressed.

“So, are we planning to continue taking the scent blockers?” Ven asks, falling back onto the bed.

I glance at Knight, who’s still slumped against the wall and chuckle. “It might be a good idea. We don’t know how long it’ll be before Luna wants to see us again, and her assistant made it clear she won’t meet with anyone whose scent isn’t suppressed. Or at least anyone she doesn’t know.”

“I don’t think I’m going to take them,” Knight says as he finally joins Ven on the bed.

“Widows Peak definitely seems to take issue with alphas. I think it might do some good for them to be able to scent me. At least then they’ll know I’m not an alpha.

If Luna needs to meet us, then I’ll just have to use the descenting spray.

The two of you should probably still take the pills, though.

I’m betting the scents she doesn’t want to smell are alpha scents. ”

Ven pulls Knight toward him, burying his nose in his neck. “Good, baby boy. I like smelling your scent.”

I hum my agreement. Knight’s scent is unlike anything I’ve ever smelled before—burning embers, cotton candy, vanilla, and a hint of scorched sugar. It’s dark and deliciously sweet.

Plus, it pairs well with Ven’s black leather, warm suede, and cedarwood scent. Add in my cypress, amber, and smoked vanilla scent, and we’re the best damn pack—if I do say so myself.

“You’re making him horny,” I tell Ven with a chuckle, and he just shrugs. “I thought you were starving.”

He sighs, pulling away from Knight. “Damn it. I am.”

“Okay, so Knight isn’t taking the scent blocker, but we are?” I glance at Ven, waiting for his nod of agreement before digging the bottle of pills out of my bag. I take one out before closing it and tossing it at Ven, who catches it easily.

I move to the bedside table, grab the mostly empty bottle of water, and toss back the pill before washing it down. Then I hand the water to Ven, who does the same.

We take the prescription-grade blockers since some of the activities we’re involved in aren’t exactly legal, and the last thing we want to do is leave a scent trail behind when we’re breaking the law.

While it’s not admissible in a court of law, it can absolutely lead the cops to us, and then all they have to do is find more evidence.

It’s just a lot easier to take the scent blockers.

They wear off in twelve hours if we don’t take another dose, but we’d taken them last night after our shower. Our room is already filled with our combined scent, so we’ll need to use the spray to free ourselves of the lingering scents.

My inner alpha isn’t a big fan of that because he wants to cover Knight in our scent. Since we’re bonded, there’s a thread of our scents in his, which helps.

“Okay, let’s go fill up Ven’s belly so he won’t be a grumpy ass all day.” I pull Knight to his feet and head for the door, while Ven curses behind me.

I bite back a smile as I throw the door open and step into the empty hallway.

“So where are we going to eat?” Knight asks, and I shrug.

“We’ll see if there’s anything decent being served downstairs, and if not, we’ll walk around town until we find someplace that sounds good.”

“Perfect.” Knight tangles our hands together, a grin on his face.

Damn, I love my omega so much. He never cares if we’re supposed to be some big bad scary bikers. He loves claiming us as his, even if it’s just by holding our hands, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
