Chapter 14

Chapter Fourteen

BLAKE

Truly's fingers dig into my shoulders as I thrust in and out of her body.

I shouldn't be taking her up against the shower wall. I’d taken her twice last night, trying to make up for lost time.

When I awoke this morning, the temptation was too great.

As much as I wanted to stay in bed with my wife pressed next to me, I knew I wouldn't be able to control myself.

I slowly slipped from the bed, not wanting to wake her.

The plan was to shower and take care of my cock. Then my temptress of a wife slipped into the shower with me. When she started to rub her hands all over me, I was done for. Based on the moans she is making, it is clear that she is not upset about it.

When her pussy starts to flutter around my cock, I know she's about to go off for me. I was addicted to her before this, and now there’s no hope for me.

"Blake." There is a hitch in her voice as she starts to orgasm around my cock, sucking me in. I let go, having been fighting my release. I bury my face in her neck, thrusting as deep inside of her as I can get.

Have we talked about a timeline for kids?

No, but that's not stopping me. I know what I'm doing each time I come inside of her.

It's barbaric and fucked up, but to keep my Truly, I'd do anything.

Laws and morals won't stop me from having her.

Nothing will. Thinking about her round with our child has me wanting to take her all over again.

"Wow." Her body relaxes in my hold, and I kiss her neck before I let my cock slip free of her warm, tight heat. I lift my head to see her smiling. "I'm going to make us breakfast." She wiggles against me.

"You're the worst cook," I remind her, putting her back down on her feet. I flip off the water and grab a towel to dry her off before slipping a robe onto her.

"You let me worry about that." She lifts, offering me her mouth. I take it without hesitation, thrusting my tongue inside.

"But should the insurance company worry?" I tease her when I finally let go of her lips.

"Don't be a dick." She smacks my chest. I pretend to make a grab for her, and she darts, as I knew she would. The trail of giggles that comes from her has me rubbing the center of my chest. That burn there, only she has ever been able to give me.

I finish my shower, dry off, and get dressed. An alert goes off, and I see food delivered to the front door. A few seconds later, Truly’s hand slips out and snags it, bringing it into the house.

In that brief moment, it hits me that I’m not okay with Truly being alone outside of our home. I was pissed when she wasn’t going out, and now I’m irritated at the thought of it. I run my hand down my face. It’s her parents. I now see them as a threat, an active one.

"Tada!" Truly announces when I exit the bedroom. She has a full spread laid out, and she's plated it all. The containers are nowhere in sight.

"You spoil me." I pull her close and place a kiss on the top of her head.

"I put it on the card, so—" She shrugs.

"What's mine is yours." I pull out one of the chairs at the kitchen island.

"I want a big kitchen island in our next home. I love the idea of family gathering around it while you cook," Truly says, barely getting the words out before laughter comes.

"I can cook our meals." It strangely pleases me to feed her. I didn't know such a thing could be not only erotic but also intimate.

"I was actually thinking about taking classes. I'd like to learn."

"Only if you wish." I fill her plate and then mine.

“We could do it together,” she suggests.

“I assumed we would be.” I shrug my shoulders. Now that I have her, I plan on spending as much time as we can together creating memories.

“Really?” I get a shy smile from her.

“Why not?”

“I don’t know.” Truly gives a delicate shrug of her shoulder. “It’s difficult to see you taking a cooking class. After all that Ivy League schooling you've done.”

“Right.” I wink at her. “I should be teaching it. That feast I made right here was the best I’ve ever eaten.” I tap the kitchen island, the same spot that I’d devoured her.

“Oh my gosh." She shakes her head at me, her cheeks flushing, but she’s smiling.

"You didn't attend a normal college either," I point out. "One you should be graduating from."

"I did graduate."

"You didn't walk the stage."

"I'm not one that enjoys a stage." That is true.

"But I'm proud of you. Even if you hadn't wanted to go, you still killed it. That was no easy task." Truly attended one of the best universities in the world, and she managed to graduate early.

"Thanks." She bites into her waffle. "It was study or die of boredom.” I know she's only teasing, but it still stings.

"I'm sorry." I’m going to be carrying the guilt of how alone she felt for the rest of my life.

"I didn't mean it that way." Her face softens. "I did get to meet Mabel, though. That makes it worth it." They'd become close. I made sure to dig into her once they started becoming friendly. I made it a point to know who was around Truly.

"I'm guessing she hates me."

Truly cringes. "Maybe."

"As she should," I say, surprising her.

"What, really?"

"I mean, have you caught her up on things?" I know she hasn't. I've been stuck to her ass since we laid everything out there.

"Shit, I do need to call her. I was letting things be because she was in the midst of finals."

"We could go visit her if you want."

"Really?"

"If you want." I don't see why we couldn’t.

"You make it sound so easy."

"It will be. No one will ever keep you from the people you love, Truly. I fucked up, and I won't make the same mistake again, even if I'm not the one you're trying to get to."

"Kiss me," she orders, leaning over toward me. I press my mouth to hers but don't linger. "Hey, that was short," Truly huffs out adorably.

"Because you'll end up getting fucked on this kitchen island."

"So?" She wiggles her brows at me, making me groan.

"This is why." I slide my hand between her legs and cup her pussy. "You have to be tender." She starts to speak, and I level her with a stare.

"Okay, a little sore," she admits, rolling her eyes at me. "Now what?"

"Depends on how you choose to handle your parents." That is the sole reason I have not obliterated everything they hold dear.

"Wait, do you think they're really headed over to my graduation even after you refused to attend with them?"

"I'm sure I can find out."

"Let me get my phone." Truly hops up, heading back toward the bedroom. My eyes stay trained on her ass. She's only in one of my shirts and panties. I press my palm down on my dick. How can I still be hard?

"Yikes," Truly says, coming back out of our room, her eyes trained on her phone. She's clicking away.

"Have they been messaging you?" Anytime they try to contact me, I ignore it.

“I’ve got missed calls and texts from them. I haven’t answered back.” She worries her bottom lip between her teeth as she clicks away on her phone. “Oh crap,” Her eyes widen slightly. “They are there. Mabel said they tracked her down, demanding to know where I was.”

"Did she tell them?"

Truly shakes her head no. "She told them she wasn't my keeper.” Truly snorts a laugh.

"Mabel kind of is my keeper, or she was when we were in school together.

We both kept tabs on each other. Safety and all.

" I nod, but I too had been keeping tabs on Truly.

I'm still pissed about how she'd given me the slip one evening using Mabel's passport.

I grab my own phone and turn off Do Not Disturb, and it blows up. "What the hell is that?" Truly comes to sit back down next to me.

"Work, your parents, and now mine as well. A few investors." I'm out of the office for one day, and things start to go to shit.

"What did the parents say?" she asks.

"I haven't clicked their messages."

"Me either!" Truly laughs. "I don't want to." That feeling is mutual. I know I'll be dealing with lies and manipulation when I do.

"We don't have to," I try to reassure her.

"At some point, we will, and maybe the sooner, the better."

"Depending on what you want to do, I can start making moves." We'd softly brought this up, but I want to circle back to it when Truly has had more time to process it all. I don't want her to make a knee-jerk decision she could regret.

"I don't think I want them in my life."

"I need something more solid than think. There will be things that can't be undone."

"As in the company?"

"Yes."

"What will you do?"

"The same thing our fathers always try to do when they take on a new adventure. I'm going to dismantle it." The same way they tried to do to my and Truly’s life together.
