Mated to the Werewolf Villain 2

Mated to the Werewolf Villain 2

Chapter One

Deepa groaned as she opened her eyes, unsurprised to find herself naked in Axel's arms once more.

Her stomach grumbled, begging for food, her head pounding.

It felt like a hangover.

The night before was a blur. She'd been a complete mess after being reminded of Parker's death, and then she was all over Axel.

The man who turned her into a werewolf and ruined her life.

Her enemy.

She was insane. The infection must have seeped into her brain.

There was something seriously wrong with her, and it was all his fault.

Deepa carefully slipped out of his grasp, hissing at the sting between her legs. They had gone twice again that evening, once on all fours as he rutted into her from behind like a dog.

Deepa pulled her clothes off the floor, quickly slipping them on and heading out the door.

Luke was sitting at the kitchen table, scrolling through his phone in front of an array of freshly cooked omelets and sausages. The enticing scent wafted through the air, causing her stomach to rumble loudly.

"Hungry?" Luke looked up from his phone with a grin. "Might as well get one last meal in before you disappear again."

Deepa glared at him.

"Or not," Luke sighed, returning his attention to his phone.

Deepa made her way to the table and grabbed a plate.

She quickly loaded it with a mountain of food that she enthusiastically shoveled into her mouth.

It was delicious, the perfect balance of egg, cheese and vegetables.

Luke glanced up, his eyes following her movements.

"So..." he said slowly. "What's he like in bed?"

Deepa choked, her eyes watering.

"Half decent at least." Luke grinned, leaning back in his chair.

Deepa shot him a glare.

"Okay." Luke raised his hands in surrender. "Barriers drawn, but can I at least have your name?"

Deepa paused, unsure of what to say.

"Come on. You're sleeping in my house and eating my food, the least you can do is tell me your name."

"Deepa," she murmured.

"Deepa," he said slowly, as if savoring the word. "I'm Axel's cousin Luke.”

"Deepa?" said a deep voice from behind her. "So that's your name?"

Deepa turned to see Axel leaning in the doorway, shirtless and only wearing boxers, his pale hair in disarray.

He was gorgeous. Her first thought was running her tongue along those abs, but she was not falling for any more of his tricks.

"For fucks sake," Luke muttered. "Don't tell me that you didn't even know her name."

Axel didn't answer, instead moving across the room to take a sausage from Luke's plate.

"Don't eat that," Luke warned. "That one's mine."

"You snooze, you lose." Axel's teeth sank into the meat, grease running down his chin.

Deepa's eyes were glued to the movement, her throat going dry.

She was definitely sick.

"You have a visitor, Axel," Luke said. “Your favorite person in the whole wide world."

Axel immediately dropped his food and went to the window, letting out a curse. He stormed back to his room and emerged fully dressed moments later, disappearing out the front door.

Deepa got to her feet and followed afterwards.

"I wouldn't," Luke called out, but she ignored him.

An expensive car was parked outside, spotless windshield glaring in the morning sun.

Standing in front of it was a stunning young woman with long blond hair and blue eyes, dressed in a tight gray dress and stilettos, her gaze fixated on Axel.

"What the fuck are you doing here, Nastya?" Axel snapped.

"Nice to see you too, Axel." The woman smiled, flashing pearly white teeth.

Deepa felt a stab of jealousy, her gut twisting as she gazed over the woman's perfect make up and immaculate nails.

"Cut the crap," Axel hissed.

"You've been summoned," said Nastya. "It's time for you to stop playing around with Luke and come back to the main house."

"And if I say no?"

Nastya shrugged. "Then they'll come here and drag you back themselves." Her gaze flicked to Deepa, roaming over her unbrushed hair and stained skirt. "Who's that?"

Axel clenched his fist. "Just Luke's latest fuck."

Deepa flinched, trying not to let the pain show.

"Oh, so he fucks women now?" Nastya laughed.

"He's experimenting," Axel snapped. “You’d know all about that, wouldn’t you?” He ripped open the passenger door and slipped inside the car. "Let's just go."

"Don't you want your things?"

"I'll get them later," Axel grumbled without even looking at Deepa.

Nastya shot Deepa one last glance, her lips twisted into a smirk, before getting behind the wheel and driving off.

Deepa stared after them, a lump forming in her throat.

She wouldn't cry, not now.

"Well, that was interesting," Luke muttered, coming to stand next to Deepa, placing a cup of tea in her hand.

"Who was that?" Deepa asked.

"Nastya, his older sister."

"She seems nice."

"She's a bitch," Luke snorted. "And she's going to chew him to pieces."

"Why?"

"Because he's been playing hookie with me instead of doing his job." Luke gently led Deepa back into the house and closed the door. "Our family has some very ambitious goals.”

"Oh. What kind of goals?”

“Take over the world, destroy human society, make a werewolf utopia…just the usual crap.”

Deepa nodded and took a seat at the table. Trying to calm the storm of emotion in her chest. She'd only known Axel a few days, but it felt the same as when she watched Parker die. Tears started to flow down her face before she could stop them.

"Shit." Luke passed her a box of tissues. "Here."

Deepa sniffed, taking the tissues and dabbing at her eyes. "I'm fine.”

"Yeah, you're clearly doing great." Luke’s tone was light and joking. "How long has it been since you were bitten?"

"I don't know, maybe a month, or two. I don’t know how long I was a wolf the first time."

"So you're still a baby werewolf. We'll have to get you some lessons, so you don't accidentally eat someone's pet rabbit."

Deepa grimaced.

"Just kidding," Luke said. "I went to school with some guys like you, so I saw how hard adjusting can be."

"You were born a werewolf?"

"Yep, same as Axel. Our family doesn't let many turned ones in. They think that all the interbreeding keeps them pure or something.”

Deepa nodded. Born werewolves didn't suffer from the same mental instability as those who were bitten. Their human and wolf minds were perfectly intertwined.

"The first thing you need to know is that it's just better to go along with whatever wolf brain wants,” said Luke.

“If it wants to eat steak, then just eat steak.

If it wants to go frolic in the forest, then try your best to make it happen.

You start running into problems if you try to push back too much.

The wolf will just take over and do what it wants. "

Deepa nodded. It sounded like her current situation. Her human mind wanted nothing to do with Axel, but her wolf brain was obsessed with screwing his brains out.

"There used to be a medication that would suppress the wolf brain almost entirely in humans, but it's been hard to get for a while. Neither side has any interest in human turned werewolves hiding under the radar."

"That would be nice." Deepa glanced out the window to where Axel disappeared moments earlier.

"Don't worry," Luke said with a gentle smile. "He'll be back."

"Thanks, but no thanks," Deepa muttered, trying to ignore the gaping void in her chest.

These weren't her real thoughts. It was all just the sex crazed psycho wolf in her head.

They were not a couple. She did not have feelings for him.

Not him.

Not the man who murdered Parker and destroyed her life.

Never.
