Bonus scene
Marley
"Push," Oliver said again.
"You fucking push," I snarled. "I can't push any more." I felt like I'd been in labour for a year. I was exhausted, hot and sweaty. All I wanted now was for the pain to end, no matter what it took for that to happen.
Oliver actually dared to laugh. Asshole.
"If I could push for you, I would," he said. Easy for him to say, he wasn't trying to push a bowling ball of his fucking vagina. "You need to push, Marley-Jane. The baby is almost here."
I squeezed Cole and Toby's hands as hard as I could, sucked in a breath and bore down with everything I had.
If this push wasn't enough, then I was going to give up and go home.
I wasn't doing this, no way. I couldn't say it wasn't fun anymore, it wasn't fucking fun in the first place.
I should have stayed angry at these guys for longer.
"This is all your fault," I said between gritted teeth. "You all suck."
"You're doing so well," Toby said.
"You really are." Cole wiped a cold washcloth across my forehead.
Water trickled into my eyes. I blinked it away.
"Great, one of you can do it next time," I said.
"At least you admit there will be a next time," Toby said with a laugh.
I looked over at him and glared. "Fuck all the way off." That only made him laugh harder.
"One more push," Oliver insisted. "We have a whole lot of head here. One more and the baby will be out."
"It better be." I took another deep breath and pushed harder than before. I cried out in pain at the burning sensation in my pussy, before the baby slithered out into Oliver's hands.
I flopped back against Cole's supportive arms and cried in relief as the agony was finally gone. I closed my eyes for a few moments and caught my breath.
"Is the—" I started to say when the baby let out a loud wail.
"He's fine," Oliver said.
"He?" I cracked my eyes open.
"Yeah, it's a boy," Toby said. "Another boy in the family."
Oliver cut the umbilical cord, swaddled the baby and handed him to me.
I looked down at his tiny, scrunched up face. A surge of love like nothing I ever felt before, washed over me.
"He’s so perfect," I whispered.
"He looks like me," Toby said.
Oliver grunted softly. "I thought he looked like me."
"Bullshit," Cole said. "He looks just like Marley. Perfect and beautiful." He wiped sweaty hair off my forehead and kissed my brow.
"I don't care who he looks like, as long as he fits into the skates I bought him," Toby said.
I glanced over at him and rolled my eyes. "He's just been born. Give him a day or two before you try to teach him how to ice skate." They'd have him in hockey gear before too much longer.
"He needs a name," Oliver said. "I think he suits the one we talked about."
I looked back down at the baby. "I think so too. Declan Hammond."
"AKA, Puck," Toby said.
I shook my head at him and laughed softly.
None of them were going to change, and I wouldn't have them any other way. My guys. All four of them.
Just the way I liked it.
