Chapter 6
A surprise chapter.
I was taking a break from this hectic interview today. I take back what I said after Alexis stated about crazy people. To think now I am scared, and this doesn't need to know for Alexis otherwise she will tease me like hell.
When the interview started, and the first candidate entered the office. Knowing by her looks I know she came here for one thing. And that is sex. When she started to lick her lips, intensionly leaning on the desk by keeping her hands on it. I sent her out.
These kind of activities are not intended to be done here.
This is a work place not a damn pub to invite to do something.
I prefer people who work their jobs properly and not divert their thoughts to other things.
They should be smart enough to complete their given work.
I prefer efficient worker not these money minded and dirty thoughts people.
As the interview continued, the people's turned out to be bad than I thought. In one of those, a girl came with the crop top to the office.
'Like seriously who the hell wears a crop top to the office'
Her top didn't even cover her chest properly. I didn't even interviewed her and sent her the way she came inside.
Some of them were intelligent, but their intentions were not good.
Well some have good thoughts, but didn't have the knowledge to work.
Some were completely idiots. Some even started talking about something which doesn't make any sense, they started to speak like we have been friends for years.
I didn't even get a single men for the interview.
I don't know why Alexis selected these kind of people.
'Did you do something to her in the past and now she is taking revenge now' my mind asked
I thought for a while 'I think she did it intentionally for the pranks I pulled on her'
'I think now it's your time to prank her for arranging this horrible interview for you' my mind asked.
'well I will think about that'
Someone knocked at the door, I replied with 'come in'. Alexis entered the door with my coffee in her hand. Ahh my favorite drink for the perfect time. This is what I needed now from this hectic day.
She placed my cup of coffee on the table and spoke "Sir there are only two candidates left outside now". I nodded my head at her. I removed my coat and placed it around my chair.
"So did you like anyone in this, which you have been interviewed until now" she asked. I shook my head and lifted the cup of coffee in my hand.
"No Alexis, and I don't even know why you have chosen them" I replied to her and took a sip of my coffee. It's too hot to drink, so I placed it again on the desk.
"I thought you have already know this answer" she smirked while replying. As I thought.
"OK send the next one, I want to complete this fast" I said to her. She nodded her head and went out.
I heard a door knock and I replied 'come in'. This one was good, but I didn't like the attitude she was giving. Like she know better than me. I dismissed her.
After she went out, I took the coffee and started drinking it. It's not too hot now, it's like what I wanted to be. As I was drinking, the door to my office room burst opened, which I didn't expected it. Due to which I got startled, so the coffee in my hand slipped and fell on my shirt.
I got up from the seat and cursed at my action "Shit". When I look up I saw Alexis laughing at me.
"Alexis stop laughing, why did you even enter like that. I know you don't enter my room without my permission. Why did you do that" I said to her looking up and down from her to my shirt.
"Sorry sir, I was just here to say that your next candidate will be here shortly.
Because this one is the last" she replied excitedly and went out.
I stared at the door in disbelief. She didn't even ask if I was okay.
I shook my head and went into the bathroom, which is inside my office room to get changed.
After shutting the door, I removed my shirt and put it in the corner.
I turned my gaze to the mirror to inspect any damage on my skin.
Well I have a little reddess on the chest, thank God the coffee was not so hot.
I opened the cabinet next to sink to get an extra shirts I keep there, but I found none.
I think I should call Alexis and send her to get me a new shirt.
With this thought I went out of my bathroom.
But my steps came to a halt as soon as I realize that there is someone other than me in this room.
I was met with that person's back facing me.
Her brunette hair which is left down reached to her waist. She was wearing a black dress reached to her knees.
The dress fitted her body perfectly not too tight.
She was carrying a hand bag on her left shoulder.
'Why does her hair look similar to me'
I came back to my senses and cleared my throat to again her attention. I think she didn't hear me because she was so lost in her thoughts with the view of the city in front of her. I took my steps towards her and stood behind her in an arm distance length.
I think she got the sense of someone standing behind her because her back became tensed.
I cleared my throat again to get her attention again.
She turned around slowly towards me and met her gaze of my naked chest. Well she is a short person.
And she did an unexpected thing I think she would do. She started screaming.
And my body moved by its own, when my right hand covered her mouth and the other hand moved around her waist and pulled her near me. She fit perfectly in my arms.
She lifted her head and met my gaze. I was met with her widened dark brown eyes which was and still is haunting in my dreams and my mind till today.
I got lost in her eyes. She is the girl I was thinking back. She is the Destiny Sky Walker. She is the girl once I liked back in years. But now she is in front of me. What is she doing here? Did she come back to me?
There are so many questions running in my mind.
But one thing was clear, this time I won't leave her when she is back to me. If is it fate or accidental, I will win her this time. I will not make the same mistake I made last time by letting her go.
'You are mine princess '
'Not yet buddy cool down' my mind said.
She has become more beautiful than before.
I decided to break the temperature rising in the air, because we both are still staring into our eyes.
"You are the first person in my life I have seen screaming when they see at a person's chest. It's not like you haven't seen before" I said to her and removed my hands from her mouth and around the waist and stepped a step back from her. I don't want to do anything to her. 'Not yet'
Hearing my words her cheeks turned pink. 'She hasn't changed a bit' I thought to myself.
"Why are you naked?" she asked me avoiding the sight in front of her, still her face is flushed. Her voice is sweet.
'Why did you lose her, idiot. She is a amazing person ' my mind asked.
'I don't know, but I was an idiot to do that. Now I will not leave this here '.
"Are you sure princess, this is what they call naked. I think you have been taught wrong of what is meant by naked. I can show you what naked means" I said smirking at her and bought my hands on the button of the pants to remove it. When did I get this bold in front of a girl.
Her eyes widened at my answer and covered her eyes with her hands quickly and stepped a few steps away from me. She hit her back with the glass window. I laughed at her.
'Aww she is so cute '
"I didn't mean that, what I meant is why are you naked from the chest. I didn't mean you to be fully naked. I know what naked means" she replied to me still covering her eyes from her hands. I laughed more hearing that.
"Well you should have said more appropriately than this princess.
So answer to your question, I spilled my coffee on the shirt and there is no extra shirt to replace.
And I will be like this till a new shirt arrives" I replied smirking at her.
I think the shirt can wait for awhile. I can't miss this.
She removed her hands from the eyes and bought down, her face is still flush red and clearing her throat she asked "Can you complete this fast, I am here for the interview".
I think luck by my side today. She came to the interview, and now I know who will be my assistant.
"OK, we shall begin the interview then" I said and moved towards my chair and took my seat. She also moved and sat infront of me. She picked her file from the bag and placed it on the desk and pushed it towards me. She placed her bag on her lap.
"Now shall we begin" saying that I picked her file.
'I won't disappoint you my assistant'
