Chapter 51
Destiny's pov
I was sleeping peacefully, when someone started to shake my shoulder.
"Princess get up" I heard Liam's voice. I opened my eyes slowly and lifted my head to looked around. I was sleeping in my room. I looked down to see Liam's face is near me. My hairs covered his face at his sides. He lifted his hand to move my hairs away.
I was completely sleeping on him with my arms and legs around him.
"Good morning" he said pecking my lips. I smiled and greeted back.
"Good morning" I placed my arms on his chest and put my chin on it and looked at him. He put his hands back of his head and looked at me smiling.
"I like waking up like this" I said leaning my face on my arms still looking at him.
"I pray to God everyday, to wake up like this" he said looking at the ceiling. I chuckled. I placed a kiss on his chest and sat up. The sheets fell down to my hips. Liam looked at me and looked down.
"Well now I will pray every minute to wake up like this" he said smirking at me. But his eyes was looking down at me. I looked down, I was naked except my panties. I gasped and pulled the sheets to my chest. How can I forget, I was naked. He tsk at me in disapproval and got up.
"What did I say about covering up in front of me" he said tugging the sheets. I held it tightly.
"I know, but if you see me naked. It will take a turn" I said getting up wrapping the sheets around me. I started moving towards the bathroom. But the sheets were completely pulled off of me. I turned around to see Liam throwing the sheets on the bed. I stood there in shock.
"You can't cover infront of me, whether it takes a turn or not" he said coming towards me. He lifted me in bridal style and walked towards the bathroom.
"We have to save water and time" he smirked moving us towards the shower.
After half an hour we were both showered and got out. We both were wrapped in towels. I went to my closet and started to search what to wear.
"I will choose it" Liam said coming behind me. He searched and took out a peach color short suit. I took it. I went to my room and he went into the living room, because his clothes are there. I quickly put it on and did a minimal make up. I took my bag and went out of the room.
Liam was ready putting his wrist watch on. He looked at me and smiled.
"You look cute in these outfits. I thought it was a pant" he said coming towards me and pulled me to him by my waist.
"Thank you" I placed a kiss on his cheek.
"We will have something on the way" he said moving us towards the door. I locked it and went towards the elevator. As soon as elevator door closed, my mobile started ringing. I took it out of the bag and looked to see Alexis calling me.
"Hello" I said picking it up.
"Did you and Liam left the apartment" she asked hurriedly. I was surprised how she knew he was here.
"How did you know he is with me" I asked. Liam looked at me.
"Just answer my question, did you leave" she asked literally shouting.
"No"
"Good. Both of you don't leave that place" she said. The elevator door opened, we went out.
"Why" I asked, but I didn't want to know the answer because many reporter are crowded outside the building with camera. The apartment security guys are holding them back. We immediately stopped walking looking at them. It was so loud outside.
"Shit. How did this happen" Liam said running his hand through his hair. He grabbed my hand and pulled me back to the elevator. He pressed the button to 5th floor.
"Hello Destiny, are you there" I heard Alexis voice. I looked at my phone to see she is still in line.
"Yeah I am here" I said.
"Put on the TV and see the news. I will call back in a few minutes" she said hanging up. As soon as the elevator door opened, I dashed out to my apartment and opened it. I went in and turned on the news in TV. Liam stood behind me.
As soon as I put it,
"The most bachelor billionaire Liam James Collins was found in an apartment with a woman.
This is a rear one, because Mr. Collins hasn't been seen with any woman ever.
He used to keep his profile down. But yesterday midnight this picture was released on the internet with the apartment photo" they showed the picture at the side.
It was taken when the delivery was made. We both were out of the door, Liam stood with his hand forward, and I was standing infront of him. He face was clear because he was facing the camera and my back was to the camera. And next to this, it was the apartment photo.
"Mr. Collins and this woman is been captured by a random person.
This picture looks like they were having fun.
Mr. Collins is half naked and the woman is wearing his shirt.
So the question is, Is this woman just someone, or a pick up call, or a hook.
....." the news reporter voice was cut off as Liam took the remote from my hand and turned it off and threw the remote on the couch.
I was shocked seeing the news. How could they ruin someone's privacy. And how could they talked about a woman like that. Whether it's me or anyone, they should not judge. I felt like crying but I will not.
I turned around to see Liam was cursing and pacing around the room. I stopped him by grabbing his arm. He stopped but didn't look at me. I hugged him. Whether he needed it or not, I need it.
I think he understood that and hugged be back placing his face in my neck.
"I am so sorry. I should have been more careful. I am so sorry you have to hear such thing" he said into my hair.
"I will destroy, who ever did this. I am sorry" he said hugging me tightly. He is worried about me and my feelings. I kissed his chest and said.
"It's not your fault". My mobile started ringing. I released Liam and looked at my phone to see Alexis is calling me. Liam saw it and took it from me but didn't pick the call.
"Does this apartment has helipad" he asked. I nodded my head. He answered the call by placing it on his ear.
"Hello Alexis this is Liam........Yeah, we are safe......... How did this happen" he listened to what she was saying. Suddenly he looked at me.
"One minute Alexis" he stopped and removed the phone from his ear and said "You will not live here for few days, go and pack some clothes. I will take you to my house" and talked back to Alexis immediately.
I went to my closet and packed some clothes. Then I came to my room and took the important things. After I completed, I sat on the bed thinking.
Liam came in with my mobile and kneeled infront of me.
"What's wrong" he asked taking my hand in his. I shook my head.
"I don't know. It feels weird. Hearing them saying those words made me sad and angry. Whether it's me or other woman, they should not do that" I said looking at our hands. He lifted my chin to look at him.
"We know media people's are insane. They just need a story to get ratings. But in reality, we know what's the truth. We should not let them lead our life. You don't have to worry, I will take care of this. You just sit there like my princess" he said kissing my hand. I smiled slightly at him.
"Why don't we make a quick breakfast before the ride arrives" he said standing up, and leading me towards the kitchen.
"Ride? How are we going out when there are so many reporter out there" I asked.
"You have to wait and see" he said smirking at me.
He made the breakfast quickly and we ate it. Suddenly I hear helicopter sound outside.
"Looks like our ride is here" Liam said. He went into my room and came out with my bag. He locked the door and moved towards the elevator. Instead of going down. We went up. I looked at him confused.
"We are going in a helicopter princess. If we can't go by road, we can go by air" he said. I was shocked. How rich is he exactly?
Soon the elevator door opened. We could see everything from here.
Liam took my hand and led us out. We climbed the stairs.
I looked up to see a freaking helicopter.
We went towards it. Liam helped me inside and joined next to me.
They gave us a headset to put on. Soon we were in the air. Liam was texting someone in his phone.
I looked down smiling at the view. In 5 minutes they flew across the Liam's house and landed on the helipad in the woods. I don't want to get out, but I have to. Liam helped me out and led us towards the car, which was waiting for us. As soon as we got inside, I bounced in my seat excitedly.
"That was so awesome. I want to go on it again" I said happily looking at him. He chuckled and pulled me to him. I hugged him tightly feeling happy.
"I will take you out in that again, but not now" he said. I pulled back slightly and kissed him.
"I will be waiting. And you have a helicopter. I mean how rich are you" I asked pulling away from his lips. He winked at me and said.
"A lot"
The car stopped at the Liam's house entrance. We got out of the car and went inside his house. We saw Melissa and Liam's parents in the living room sitting in tension. As soon as they saw us, they stood up.
"Are you okay, did you get stuck with the reporters" Lily asked worriedly. Liam gave the bag to the maid and sat on the couch.
"No. We didn't even see their shadow because we came by helicopter" he said rubbing his hands on the face "Why can't they leave us alone. They didn't just take the picture, but commented on it badly" Liam said frustrated about this.
"Son, this is just the beginning. Now they start digging about her life.
Until when you decide to say this to the world, they will be doing this.
It's your both decision to make now. This is our lifestyle, we have to face it.
But we should not let them lead our life" James said.
The last sentence was same as Liam said to me.
Liam looked at me for answer. I just looked down.
"Take your time but it should be before today. Until this cool down, you have to work from here Liam. I will handle as much I can in your building. And Destiny" James called me. I looked at him "You can work with Liam or take rest. I can convince Liam's secretary for few days"
"No, I can work" I said.
I left everyone there and walked towards the Liam's room. I know my bag was placed there.
I wanted time to think.
