Too hot to handle

After some time, Maya slowly stirred awake… her lashes fluttering as she tried to gather her senses. The room was quiet, heavy with a lingering stillness. As her vision cleared, she realized—she was wrapped securely in Atharva’s arms.

He was asleep… holding her close, almost protectively. His grip wasn’t forceful, but it wasn’t loose either. Like even in his sleep, he wasn’t ready to let her go.

Maya turned her head slightly, looking at him for a brief moment… then stretched softly, her body shifting as she turned to the other side.

And there—Veer.

Fast asleep.

Her eyes moved between the two of them, uneasiness settling deep inside her chest. Before she could even react—

Veer suddenly moved.

His arm slid around her waist, pulling her closer into him… and before she could process anything, his head rested against her chest.

Maya froze.

Her breath hitched as she looked down at him, completely shocked. But Veer was still asleep… his expression calm, unaware of the storm he’d just stirred inside her.

For a few seconds, Maya didn’t move at all. Then slowly… she shut her eyes, forcing herself to stay still.

She just needed a moment.

A chance.

Because now she understood—

even in their sleep, they were holding onto her.

And escaping one meant falling straight into the other.

But there was a small gap… a tiny window of opportunity.

And she waited.

Her heartbeat steady but alert… her mind calculating every second.

Then finally—

that moment came.

Carefully, almost holding her breath, Maya gently shifted Veer’s face away from her. Her eyes darted toward both of them, making sure neither stirred.

Slowly… silently… she slipped out of their hold and got down from the bed.

They were still asleep.

Relief flickered in her eyes—but only for a second.

Without wasting time, Maya moved on the balls of her feet, quietly making her way out of the room and into the hall. Her movements were quick but cautious.

She grabbed her clothes and hurriedly put them on, her hands slightly trembling.

Her gaze scanned the space around her.

She had to get out.

No matter what.

Looking around frantically, she searched for anything useful—anything that could help her escape.

And then—

Her eyes fell on a phone lying on the couch.

Atharva’s phone.

Without hesitation, she rushed toward it and picked it up… along with the gun placed beside it.

It was already 1 PM.

Time was slipping.

Maya moved swiftly toward the main door, her steps light but urgent. But the moment she tried to open it—

Locked.

Her heart dropped.

Panic surged instantly.

She turned back quickly—no one.

Rushing to the windows, she tried opening them one by one—

Locked.

Every single one.

Her breathing grew heavier, faster… matching the wild rhythm of her heartbeat.

Because she knew—

If Atharva and Veer even got the slightest hint that she was gone…

they would come after her.

And this time… escaping wouldn’t be that easy.

Maya, now completely panicked, started rushing around—trying every door, every window… desperately searching for a way out.

After what felt like endless searching, Maya finally spotted a narrow path leading up to the terrace.

Her eyes lit up with urgency.

Without wasting a second, she rushed to grab the curtains and sofa covers, yanking them down in haste before sprinting upstairs.

The terrace door creaked open… warm daylight hitting her face.

Now there was only one way left.

Maya quickly tied the fabric together, her fingers moving fast but slightly shaky, knot after knot forming a makeshift rope. She didn’t stop to think—there was no time.

Once done, she threw the cloth rope over the edge and looked down.

It was high.

Too high.

For a brief second, fear clenched her chest.

Maya (under her breath)

“Please…”

Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes for a moment… whispering a quick prayer. Then slowly, gripping the cloth tightly, she began climbing down.

Careful. Slow. Silent.

Her feet finally touched the ground.

Maya (exhaling sharply)

“Ah… thank God…”

She straightened herself, trying to steady her racing breath.

“Now I just need a way out of here…”

Her eyes scanned around as she cautiously moved forward, avoiding the guards with calculated steps. Every movement was quiet, every turn deliberate.

Somehow… she managed to slip past them.

Hidden in the shadows, she made her way toward a yacht nearby. Two bodyguards stood in front of it.

Maya stepped forward, raising the gun—her hands firm despite the tension.

“Drop your guns.”

Both guards froze, startled, their eyes locking onto her.

“I said drop them. Or I’ll shoot.”

They exchanged a quick glance… then slowly tossed their weapons aside.

Maya walked closer, her gaze sharp.

“Who knows how to drive this yacht?”

Bodyguard 1 hesitated.

“There’s already a driver inside, ma’am.”

Maya leaned slightly and looked inside.

A man was sitting there.

Without lowering her guard, she stepped onto the yacht and moved behind him swiftly. Pressing the gun to his temple, her voice turned cold—

“Drive.”

The driver stiffened.

“Madam… please… Atharva sir will kill us—”

“He’ll only get the chance if I let him. Move. Or the next thing you hear won’t be my voice.” she said..

There was a pause.

And then—

The driver started laughing.

Maya frowned, confusion flickering across her face.

“Why are you laughing?”

The man casually took off his cap… tossing it aside before turning his head slightly toward her.

“Really? Girlfriend? You think you can shoot me?”

Maya froze.

Her grip faltered for a split second.

Because it wasn’t a stranger.

It was Veer.

Maya stumbled back a little, shock flooding her face.

“Y-you… you were on the bed—”

A familiar voice came from behind.

“Wife… wife… how can you be this innocent?”

Maya turned instantly, her heart dropping.

Atharva.

He walked forward calmly and sat down on the bench in front of her, his presence suffocating, his gaze burning with controlled anger.

“I told you, didn’t I?” he said quietly.

“You’re not allowed to step outside.”

His eyes locked onto hers.

“Then why did you try to leave?”

Maya backed slightly, her body pressing against the wall behind her. Fear mixed with defiance in her eyes as she stared back at him.

Veer stepped closer, standing right beside her, his tone laced with amusement—

“Bhai… don’t look at her like that.”

A faint smirk played on his lips.

“Or my girlfriend might start crying again.”

Maya glanced at Veer for a brief second, then asked, her voice still shaky—

“How did you even find out I wasn’t in the house?”

Veer smirked, tilting his head slightly.

“Because, madam… we placed a chip on your neck while you were asleep.”

He let the words sink in before continuing—

“The moment you stepped out of the house… the entire room started vibrating.”

Maya’s eyes widened. Instinctively, her hand moved to the back of her neck. She felt it—something small, unfamiliar.

Her expression hardened instantly.

“Why are you ruining my life like this… both of you?”

Atharva stepped closer, his presence instantly suffocating.

“Ruining your life?” he repeated slowly.

“We were talking to you nicely… we didn’t force anything on you…we didn't fuck you..”

His voice dropped, darker now.

“Then what exactly made you so desperate to run away, hmm… biwi?”

They were both standing dangerously close now.

Maya’s back pressed against the wall, her heartbeat racing uncontrollably.

Suddenly—

Atharva slammed his hand hard against the wall beside her.

“I’m still waiting for an answer.”

Maya flinched, her eyes snapping shut instantly.

Veer casually took the gun from her hand, examining it.

“Do you even know how to shoot?”

Atharva let out a faint scoff.

“Yes. She does. I taught her.”

Veer hummed, then casually threw the gun aside.

“Figures… otherwise she wouldn’t have had the guts to run after so many warnings… right, Maya?”

Maya stood there, eyes still shut, frozen.

Atharva reached forward, gripping her chin and forcing her face up toward him.

“You will be punished for this.”

Veer’s voice came softer, almost playful—

“Open your eyes, girlfriend… or how will you see the madness in ours?”

Slowly… hesitantly… Maya opened her eyes.

Her gaze flickered between the two of them.

“What… punishment?”

Atharva and Veer exchanged a glance.

A slow, unsettling smile formed on both their faces.

Then, in sync—

“Do you know about threesome?”

Maya’s breath hitched violently.

Her heartbeat spiked so fast it felt audible.

“I—I…”

Veer chuckled softly.

“Already losing your voice? How will you handle both of us then?”

Atharva leaned in slightly, his tone dangerously calm—

“You couldn’t even handle me alone…now you will get the same pace, same obsession, same madness double… what will you do, biwi?”

Maya’s fingers clenched tightly around her clothes. Her lips parted, trying to speak—but no words came out.

“Take a deep breath, biwi,” Atharva murmured.

“We haven’t even started yet.”

Veer added, watching her closely—

“And your breathing is already this uneven… how will you survive what’s coming next?”

Maya looked at both of them, panic clear in her eyes.

“You’re joking… right? You… you won’t actually do something like that… right?”

They both stepped back slightly—

And then burst into laughter.

But there was nothing light about it.

No humor.

Just something dark… and real.

“Say something…” Maya whispered, her voice trembling.

Veer closed his eyes briefly, exhaling—

“Ah… she’s so cute.”

Atharva scratched his forehead lightly, then looked at her again.

“What do you think?” he said calmly.

“That Atharva Raisinghani jokes about things like punishments… penalties… or torture?”

A bead of sweat rolled down from Maya’s forehead.

Before it could fall—

Veer caught it with his fingers.

And without breaking eye contact, he brushed it against his lips.

“Hmm… salty.”

Maya quickly wiped her face, panic rising again.

“I—I promise… I won’t run again… never…”

Veer leaned closer, his voice low—

“We won’t give you the chance.”

Atharva stepped beside her, gripping her wrist.

“Let’s go inside, biwi… a lot of things are waiting for you.”

Before Maya could react—

He pulled her along.

Veer followed right beside them.

Maya was completely terrified now. Her steps resisted, her body refusing to move forward—but Atharva’s grip didn’t loosen.

She kept walking with them for a few moments…

And then—

An idea struck her.

Suddenly, she screamed, clutching her leg—

“Ahhh!! Aahhh!!”

Both Atharva and Veer instantly stopped, crouching in front of her.

“What happened?”

She screamed, “My leg! It hurts—ahhh!”

They quickly looked at her foot.

There was nothing.

Atharva frowned.

“There’s nothing here.”

Maya__“I—I don’t know… it just started hurting suddenly…”

Veer muttered,

“Maybe a sprain…”

Atharva nodded slightly.

“Could be…”

And in that exact moment—

Maya shoved both of them hard and ran.

Straight toward the house.

Atharva and Veer both took a deep breath, watching her for a second from behind.

Veer shook his head slightly.

“She never learns.”

Atharva’s eyes darkened.

“Turn on the red lights, Veer.”

Both of them stood up and started walking fast toward her.

Maya kept glancing back at them while running faster, panic driving her forward.

She reached inside and rushed toward the door—

Just as Atharva broke into a run toward her—

Maya somehow managed to slam the door shut and lock it from the inside.

Atharva banged hard against the door from outside, his voice sharp, laced with irritation—

“Don’t push me, biwi… just open the fucking door.”

Maya screamed from inside—

“Nooo!!”

She barely took a step forward when suddenly—

Every light in the house turned red.

The entire space dimmed, shadows stretching unnaturally across the walls. The normal warmth of the house vanished, replaced by something cold… suffocating.

Maya froze.

Her breathing hitched as panic crept in again.

Just then, Veer’s voice came from outside as he walked up to Atharva—

“Every gate is locked.”

Atharva went silent for a moment, thinking.

Then slowly—

“There’s only one way.”

Both of them exchanged a brief look.

Inside, Maya was frantically rechecking every door again and again, every window—making sure there was no way they could get in.

And then—

A loud crash.

Glass shattering.

Maya’s heart stopped.

She ran toward the hall—

Both window glasses beside the main door were broken.

Her breath caught in her throat.

“Now where will you go, biwi?”

Maya turned around slowly.

Atharva stood there, leaning against the wall, arms folded… his eyes locked only on her.

She panicked and tried to run the other way—

But—

Veer was already there.

One hand resting casually against the wall, the other in his pocket, legs crossed.

“There’s nowhere left to hide, girlfriend.”

Maya’s eyes darted between both of them.

And then she ran straight toward the gate—

But before she could even reach—

Atharva grabbed her wrist, slamming her lightly against the door and lifting her up by her waist effortlessly.

Veer watched from a short distance, arms folded, a faint smirk on his face—

“You shouldn’t have wasted so much energy, girlfriend… you’ll need it later.”

“Veer… Atharva… please… don’t do this to me… please…”she pleaded..

Atharva tilted his head slightly, his grip firm.

“You also said you wouldn’t run… but you still did.”

His voice dropped.

“So why should we listen to you?”

Maya trembled,“Please… please… I can’t… I can’t do this… please…”

Veer stepped closer, standing right in front of her—

“You haven’t even tried yet… and you’re already giving up? That’s not fair, Maya… at least try.”

A crooked smile appeared on Atharva’s lips.

Without another word, he threw her over his shoulder and started walking toward the room.

Veer followed behind them calmly.

The moment they entered—

Atharva tossed her onto the bed.

Maya pushed herself up on her elbows, slowly backing away, fear clearly visible—

“I’m begging you… let me go… I don’t want this… please…”

Both of them moved toward her.

Veer’s tone turned cold—

“We also told you… you can’t leave us and go anywhere.”

Atharva added—

“Did you listen? No.”

His eyes darkened.

“Then why do you expect us to listen to you?”

Maya’s voice trembled—

“Yes… I made a mistake… but you both love me, right?”

In one swift motion, Atharva and Veer grabbed one of her legs each and pulled her toward them.

They leaned in, dangerously close.

Atharva’s voice dropped near her face—

“You love me too, biwi… yet you keep trying to run away.”

Veer’s expression hardened—

“And we hate that.”

Maya’s fear slowly twisted into anger.

“This is why I ran!” she snapped.

“Because of this dominance… this force… these disgusting thoughts of yours…”

Atharva’s voice dropped, cold and commanding—

“Take your clothes off.”

Maya’s breath hitched.

“At… Atharva—!”

Before she could even finish, both Atharva and Veer moved.

In a matter of seconds, her clothes were torn away, leaving her completely exposed. The suddenness of it made her freeze, her body trembling under their gaze.

“I can’t… please…” Maya whispered, her voice breaking.

Atharva looked at her, unbothered, almost calm—

“You’ll have to pay the price… won’t you?”

And the next moment—

He crashed his lips onto hers.

The kiss was intense, consuming… leaving no space for her to breathe. Maya placed her hands against his chest, trying to push him away—but Atharva only pressed closer, deepening it further.

Beside them, Veer lay watching, his eyes dark with intent.

After a moment, Atharva pulled back.

Maya gasped, her chest rising and falling rapidly, struggling to catch her breath.

Atharva leaned near her ear, his voice low—

“Let me taste your pussy now..I am dying for it…”

Before she could react, Veer’s hand slipped around her neck, pulling her toward him as he captured her lips again—rough, possessive.

He held her wrists firmly, not letting her move, his grip unyielding.

At the same time, Atharva’s touch traced lower, slow yet deliberate, making her body stiffen under the intensity. He was licking slowly, like it was the bestest thing he tasted...

A broken sound tried to escape Maya’s lips—but it got lost between Veer’s kiss.

Time blurred.

Moments stretched… breaths tangled… control slipping.

After a while, both of them pulled away, their focus still locked on her as if she was the only thing that existed.

Maya lay there, her breathing uneven, her body tense and exhausted.

Their presence didn’t ease.

It surrounded her. They started sucking her boobs..both of them took one for them..and with that insert their one fingers into her pussy!

Maya moaned,"Ahhh!!!"

Every touch, every glance… calculated, intense.

They didn’t rush. They took their time.

Watching her reactions.Maya's eyes were shut..she was breathing unevenly...

Feeling every shift in her breath.

After a moment, Veer left her breasts and spread her legs. He smelled her pussy and smiled back at her, and without breaking eye contact, he started licking her slowly, deliberately, as if he were tasting something sweet.

At one point, Atharva tilted her face slightly—forcing her gaze in a certain direction.

“Look… watch him...how he is tasting you..”

Maya’s fingers clenched tightly into the bedsheet as her eyes followed.

Veer’s gaze was already on her.

Unmoving. Focused.

It sent another wave of unease through her.

Time passed—

How long, she didn’t know.

The room, the bed… even the space around them seemed to dissolve.

Everything blurred into a haze of exhaustion, intensity, and overwhelming presence.

Her resistance slowly faded—not because she accepted it… but because she had no strength left to fight it.

Her voice, her energy… everything drained.

The house echoed with heavy breaths, broken sounds, and a silence that felt louder than anything else. They were doing it.. they were doing sex intensely passionately...like they have never done before...

pose after pose... Sometimes in bed,on the couch, in the bathroom, on the dining table, on the floor...but they didn't want to stop...

Afternoon turned into evening… and evening into night.

But for them—

Time didn’t seem to exist.

They were lost in each other’s presence… as if nothing outside that space mattered anymore.

After what felt like forever…

Maya finally whispered, her voice barely there—

“Stop… I can’t anymore…I am tired..”

Atharva and Veer exchanged a look.

And instantly—

They moved away.

Just like that.

Maya lay on the couch now, her chest rising and falling heavily, completely drained.

Her lips parted slightly—

“Water…”

Atharva gestured to Veer, then sat down, pulling Maya into his lap carefully.

Veer returned within seconds, kneeling in front of her with a glass.

Atharva brought it close to her lips.

“Drink.”

Maya didn’t even open her eyes.

She just drank slowly… silently.

Both of them watched her, their expressions softened now.

Once done, Maya rested her head against Atharva’s chest again, her body finally relaxing just a little.

Veer spoke gently—

“Maya… are you okay?”

No response.

Atharva picked her up in his arms and carried her to the bed, laying her down carefully.

“Rest. We’ll bring food.”

Maya turned to the other side without saying anything.

Veer covered her with a blanket softly.

Then both of them stepped out.

Maya was completely exhausted.

She didn’t even have the strength to move.

She just lay there… eyes closed… silent.

Meanwhile, Atharva and Veer quickly prepared food.

Within minutes, they were back.

Atharva placed the plates on the table and turned the lights on.

Veer gently lifted Maya—still wrapped in the blanket—and made her sit on the couch.

She adjusted herself slowly, still weak.

Both of them sat in front of her, near her feet, watching her quietly.

Maya frowned slightly—

“Why are you both looking at me like that?”

They answered at the same time—

“Because you look beautiful.”

Neither of them realized they had spoken together.

Maya glanced at both of them, then muttered—

“My food?”

Atharva quickly served her a plate and handed it over.

Veer placed a glass of water beside her.

Maya started eating silently, avoiding their gaze.

But both of them still watched her… a faint smile lingering, their hands resting near her feet on the couch.

After a moment, Maya looked up briefly, then said while swallowing—

“Stop staring at me… and aren’t you both hungry? Why aren’t you eating?”

They didn’t respond.

Still watching.

Maya sighed, slightly irritated—

“God… stop it now. At least let me eat in peace.”

Finally, both of them smiled faintly… then picked up their own plates—

And started eating too.

After a while, all three of them had finished eating.

Maya leaned back against the couch, her eyes closed, her body still heavy with exhaustion. Atharva and Veer quietly cleared the plates and put everything away, moving around without disturbing her peace.

For a few moments, there was silence.

Then—

Atharva sat down beside her.

“Let’s go.”

Maya slowly opened her eyes, her voice low—

“Where?”

“To the bathroom,” he replied calmly.

“I’ve filled the bathtub… go lie down there. You’ll feel better.”

Before she could respond, Veer stepped in front of her.

“Actually… take a massage first,” he said.“Then take a bath. Your whole body must be hurting… you need it.”

Maya looked at both of them, disbelief clear on her face. She shifted slightly away.

“Don’t you both feel any shame?” she said bitterly.

“This entire condition is because of you… and now you’re acting like you care so much.”

Veer sat down in front of her, his tone steady—

“We do care. That’s why we’re doing this. Otherwise… if it was just about desire ,sex, we would’ve left after that.”

Atharva added casually—

“And if you don’t want us to massage you… there’s a servant. You can ask her.”

Maya’s brows furrowed instantly.

“What? There are other people in this house?”

Atharva smirked faintly.

“Of course. Where there are bodyguards, there are servants too.”

His voice softened slightly—

“We’re not letting anyone see you like this.Naked.”

Maya frowned again.

“Then how will she give me a massage?”

Veer shrugged lightly.

“That’s why we’re saying… let us do it. And I promise, nothing else.”

Atharva let out a small chuckle.

“I’ll try to behave.”

Maya looked at him sharply.

“Try?”

He smiled.

“Fine… just take the massage first. Then you can go bathe.”

Maya turned her face away stubbornly.

“I don’t want anything from either of you.”

They both exchanged a glance.

The next moment—

Veer grabbed her wrist and pulled her up gently but firmly, pushing her onto the bed.

“You don’t listen when we ask nicely,” he said.

At the same time, Atharva walked in with a bottle of oil.

“Lie down properly.”

Maya stared at both of them, confused… almost thrown off by the sudden shift in their behavior.

Just moments ago, they were something else entirely.

And now…

Something different.

Veer lightly pushed her to lie down.

Both of them sat near her feet.

Taking some oil in their hands, they began massaging her legs slowly… carefully.

Maya’s eyes closed on their own.

Because the pain—

It was real.

And their touch, surprisingly, was gentle.

Relieving.

They continued, moving from her legs to the rest of her body, their movements steady, patient. There was no rush, no harshness—just a strange, quiet focus.

Like, at that moment—

Her comfort mattered more than anything else.

Time passed.

Neither of them complained.

Neither of them stopped.

It felt almost unreal.

After nearly an hour and a half…

They finally stopped.

By then, Maya’s entire body felt light… relaxed… as if all the pain had been slowly pulled out of her.

The exhaustion had faded.

A calm settled over her.

Atharva spoke softly—

“Now get up. Go take a bath.”

Maya, still with her eyes closed, murmured—

“I don’t want to go anywhere… I just want to sleep.”

Atharva nodded.

“Okay.”

Veer kept the oil aside.

Then both of them lay down beside her.

One on each side.

They turned slightly toward her, resting their heads on their hands, quietly watching her face.

Maya was already drifting into sleep.

Peaceful.

For the first time.

After a while, they moved closer… and eventually, both of them fell asleep too.

And just like that—

The rest of the night passed in silence.

Maya’s eyes slowly opened.

For a moment, everything felt quiet… unusually quiet.

She looked around.

No one.

Her gaze moved across the room as she slowly sat up, scanning every corner—but Atharva and Veer were nowhere to be seen.

Her eyes then fell on the couch.

Clothes.

Kept neatly… for her.

Without wasting time, Maya got down from the bed and walked straight into the bathroom.

After a while, she stepped out—fresh, composed, dressed.

She walked into the hall.

There, Atharva and Veer were already ready, sitting on the couch, engaged in a low conversation.

As Maya stepped closer, their voices faded.

Both their gazes lifted—and landed on her.

For a moment… neither of them spoke.

Their eyes moved from head to toe.

Maya, in a white floral midi dress, looked effortlessly beautiful.

Simple… yet impossible to ignore.

She adjusted her hair lightly, avoiding their intense gaze, and sat on the couch opposite them.

“Are we going home?” she asked calmly.

Both of them nodded.

Atharva spoke—

“But first, have breakfast. Then we’ll leave.”

Maya glanced at them.

“And you two?”

Veer leaned back slightly, a faint smile on his lips—

“We were waiting for you. How could we eat without you?”

Maya gave a small nod.

Without stretching the conversation further, Atharva and Veer placed the food on the table.

The three of them ate quietly.

No unnecessary words.

Just a strange, calm silence—

As if everything from last night… was still lingering in the air.

The three of them got up, ready to leave.

“Wait.”

Atharva’s voice stopped Maya mid-step.

She turned back.

Atharva and Veer were standing there, their expressions… different this time. Serious. Almost heavy.

Veer spoke first—

“We need to clear something.”

Maya frowned slightly.

“What?”

Atharva stepped closer.

“Listen, biwi… I know everything that has happened with you—from the beginning till now… none of it was your choice.”

Veer continued—

“Whether it was the marriage… staying with us… or even me entering your life…”

Atharva’s voice softened, but the weight remained—

“Everything was forced. And painful… for you.”

Veer stood beside him—

“So… we want to stop it now. Everything.”

Maya’s eyes narrowed slightly.

“What do you mean? Are you… setting me free?”

Both of them answered at once—

“No.”

Maya’s confusion deepened.

“Then how does this end?”

Atharva took a slow breath.

“Accept us… please.”

Veer added quietly—

“We don’t want to hurt you anymore. We don’t want to force anything… you’ve already suffered enough.”

Atharva looked straight into her eyes—

“It doesn’t feel good… seeing you cry… seeing you beg… but when you become stubborn, we end up doing things we don’t want to.”

Maya just stared at them.

No expression. No reaction.

Veer gently held one of her hands.

“Please… marry me too,” he said softly.

“I promise… I won’t hurt you. I won’t force you. I’ll take care of you… always.”

Atharva held her other hand.

“And I know… I’ve hurt you a lot. Tortured you… made you cry…”

His voice dropped.

“I want to stop all that now. I just want to love you… the way you deserve.”

Veer smiled faintly—

“You deserve happiness, girlfriend. And we both want to give you everything… love, care, peace…”

Atharva added—

“Double.”

He looked at her intently.

“Will you stand with us?”

Veer’s voice softened again—

“Will you give me a chance?”

Atharva—

“Can the three of us live like a family?”

Veer—

“Full of love… care… without pain…”

Maya took a deep breath.

Her eyes moved between both of them.

Then slowly—

She pulled her hands away.

Looked at them one last time.

And without saying a single word…

She turned—

And walked out.

Atharva and Veer stood there, their faces falling.

Silence.

They both closed their eyes briefly, lowering their heads… then followed her.

Within minutes, all three of them left.

On the way, Atharva and Veer kept glancing at Maya, trying to read her, trying to get an answer.

But Maya didn’t look at them even once.

Not a single word.

Just silence.

They reached home.

Raisinghani House.

The news had already reached everyone.

Inside the hall, everyone was gathered.

Anvi was pacing back and forth anxiously, biting her nails… while Rajendra, Suman, Dhruv, and Nidhi sat on the couch, tense.

Then—

Footsteps.

Everyone looked toward the door.

Maya stood there.

And behind her—Atharva and Veer.

On her left and right.

Like shadows.

Like guards.

For a moment, no one spoke.

Then—

Anvi ran toward her and hugged her tightly.

“Thank God you’re okay!”

Maya hugged her back softly.

Anvi pulled away, cupping her face, worry all over her expression—

“Did they hurt you?”

Atharva and Veer spoke at the same time, dryly—

“As if you’d take better care of her.”

Anvi shot them a sharp look.

“I’m talking to my friend… not to you two.”

They didn’t reply.

Maya smiled faintly—

“I’m okay, Anvi.”

Suman immediately walked to her, gently running her hand over Maya’s head before placing a soft kiss on her forehead—

“My child… come.”

She held Maya’s hand and made her sit on the couch.

The atmosphere in the room was heavy.

Rajvendra sat on the opposite couch, watching Maya with a soft smile—but concern was clearly visible in his eyes.

Suman sat right beside her… Anvi knelt in front of Maya…

Nidhi and Dhruv stood on one side…

And Atharva and Veer stood directly in front of her… their eyes fixed only on Maya.

Suman asked softly—

“Why did they take you with them, beta?”

Anvi quickly added—

“And what was Veer saying? ‘Jiju… jiju’?”

Maya glanced at them for a moment…

then her eyes slowly shifted to Atharva and Veer.

Both of them were looking at her with hope.

Waiting.

Maya took a soft breath.

Dhruv leaned slightly forward—

“Tell us, bhabhi… what is going on?”

Rajvendra added, his tone serious—

“And what was so important that you had to go to an island?”

Nidhi spoke gently—

“Bhabhi… please tell us…”

Maya closed her eyes for a brief second… then spoke—

“Atharva and Veer want… the three of us to live together…”

Silence.

Everyone froze.

All eyes shifted to Atharva and Veer.

Both of them lowered their gaze.

Maya continued—

“Veer wants me to marry him as well… and Atharva has no problem with it.”

“Oh my God!”Anvi held her head in shock.

Rajvendra stood up abruptly—

“What are you saying? This… how is this even possible?”

Suman’s expression hardened. She looked straight at Atharva and Veer—

“You both found only one girl? And fine, you liked her… but you couldn’t even let one of you step back?”

Atharva and Veer spoke together, almost instantly—

“No!”

Nidhi said, confused—

“Then how will bhabhi marry again? She’s already married!”

Rajvendra ran a hand over his head, clearly disturbed—

“And if people find out? What will they think? What will they say? And more than that… what face will we show to Maya’s family?”

Veer responded immediately, a sharp edge in his voice—

“Why? People usually have one son-in-law… they’ll have two. And why should we care about others? The three of us will be happy.”

Atharva added firmly—

“At least there won’t be fights… no insults… no violence. The house will be filled with happiness… and most importantly—Maya will be happy.”

Anvi looked at them in disbelief—

“What are you even saying? She’ll be happy marrying both of you?”

Atharva answered without hesitation—

“Yes.”

Veer continued, his tone steady—

“We will make sure she never faces any problem.”

Dhruv suddenly chuckled, breaking the tension—

“Wow… that’s impressive. If I had known you two would turn out like this and live together… I wouldn’t have given up on Maya either.”

That was it.

Atharva and Veer’s eyes snapped toward him at the same time.

Anger, sharp and immediate.

“She’s your bhabhi. Watch your words.”

Dhruv chuckled lightly—

“Cool, cool… I’m just kidding.”

Anvi quickly held both of Maya’s hands, her voice filled with concern—

“What have you decided, Maya? What do you want?”

Rajvendra nodded firmly—

“Yes, your wishes matter the most. These two have done enough on their own terms… not anymore.”

Suman gently stroked Maya’s head—

“Tell us, beta… we’ll try our best to make things happen according to your wishes.”

Maya gave a faint smile.

Then her expression changed.

“My wishes?” she repeated softly.

Her eyes moved across everyone in the room.

“What has ever happened according to me till today?”

Her voice was calm… but it hit hard.

“Can any one of you tell me even a single thing… that happened the way I wanted?”

Silence.

No one had an answer.

Maya let out a small breath.

“No answer, right? Because nothing ever happened according to me… so why are you all asking now?”

Before anyone could respond—

Atharva and Veer both moved forward and went down on their knees in front of her.

The entire room froze.

Atharva placed his hands gently on her feet—

“Please don’t react like this, biwi… I know a lot of wrong has happened to you… but we don’t want to hurt you anymore. Please try to understand…”

Veer folded his hands in front of her, his voice breaking—

“I’m begging you… we will never trouble you again. Not even a scratch… even if you say, we’ll live like your bodyguards… just for you…”

Everyone stood there in shock.

No one could believe what they were witnessing.

Two men—who once carried dominance like pride—

now stood shattered in front of her…

Begging.

As if ego… power… control—none of it mattered anymore.

Atharva’s voice dropped further—

“Please, Maya… I’m touching your feet… I just can’t give you permission to leave us… anything else you say… we’ll do it… please… accept us…”

Veer added desperately—

“Please… no one will say anything to you. I’ll handle everything…”

Atharva looked up at her—

“No one can harm Atharva Raisinghani’s wife…”

Maya looked at both of them.

Then she leaned back slightly… taking a deep breath, her eyes drifting toward the ceiling.

The room held its breath.

Everyone was waiting.

Just for her answer.

Maya inhaled deeply once again.

“Fine…”

She paused.

“Let’s…”

Another second of silence—

“Live together.”

Her voice was tired.

Not happy.

Not convinced.

Just… exhausted.

“Because I don’t have the strength anymore… to run… to fight… to go through all that again…”

Her eyes slowly lowered.

“I just want to stay away from all this… and live a normal life…”

Atharva and Veer’s faces lit up instantly—

“What? Really???”

Maya gave a small nod.

That was enough.

Both of them pulled her into a hug at the same time… holding her tightly, almost like they couldn’t believe it.

Then together, they placed a soft kiss on her forehead.

For the first time… there was relief on their faces.

Behind them—

Dhruv muttered under his breath with a smirk—

“Damn… that’s a lot of love. Double.”

Anvi whispered back, frowning—

“What is she even going to do at night?”

Dhruv shrugged casually—

“Obvio, threesome.”

Anvi shot him a glare—

“You’re impossible.”

Dhruv just smiled—

“I know my brothers…”

Meanwhile, Rajvendra and Suman exchanged a long, silent look.

In the end… they nodded.

What else could they do?

If they refused, things could spiral again… and no one wanted that.

So eventually—

Everyone agreed.

And just like Atharva and Veer had promised…

They took care of Maya.

Not just a little—

but completely.

As if, for them, nothing else in the world mattered beyond her.

Slowly… over time…

Things began to settle.

The chaos faded.

And life—

Started feeling normal again.
