The same evening, Eva was waiting for Robinson in the restaurant. And at the decided time, Robinson reached near the restaurant, but before he could cross the road to enter the restaurant, one car rushed towards him and pulled him inside the car.
Stephen appointed those men, and they took Robinson to some basement of a building. Since Robinson had a mask on, he couldn't see any of the men.
Robinson started trembling in fear. He asked with a trembling voice

The kidnappers, who were already covering their faces with different masks, removed Robinson’s mask first.
Looking at those well-built men surrounding him, Robinson got more scared of his life

After getting freshened up, she called Kathey on the intercom and told her she would like to have dinner in her room as she was exhausted, and she followed as ordered.
After having her dinner, Eva kept trying to call Robinson to know the reason for his absence, but his phone was not reachable since the evening.
After considering it, Eva had a conversation with Angie.

After trying for more time, she decided to get some fresh air. She reached the balcony, and when she got the view of the swimming pool, she thought maybe a good, tiring swimming session could help her get some sleep tonight.
So without wasting time, she changed into swimwear and reached the pool.
The moment she entered the pool, the cold water brought goosebumps to her skin. She smiled as her body adjusted to the water temperature soon. She started enjoying swimming soon, but for some time she forgot about the evening episode.
After swimming for a good time, she reached the corner of the poolside. She closed her eyes, feeling her quick breaths.
Shortly, she felt a presence behind her. She could smell the cologne and recognise whom it belonged to, which made her nervous. She gulped the lump in her throat.
At this position, she had to turn around to leave this place, or she could remain standing in this place like a statue. So she gathered all the little courage that it left her with and slowly turned around
The moment she noticed Stephen standing behind her, dangerously close to her, Stephen smirked, looking at her scared and confused stare.

Stephen raised an eyebrow at her reply, but he knew what exactly made his little one angry. He was just waiting for her reaction when she would see the condition of her fake lover boy.
The next morning, Eva was at home as it was the weekend. Eva had her breakfast in her room only, as she was not ready to face questions about her date. So she made the excuse of her incomplete notes and ditched the breakfast too
It was before lunchtime when she got a call from Angie.
She attended the call but the moment she heard a scared voice of Angie, she got alert
“Eva, who is your ex boyfriend? Whom are you trying to fool? Is he a dangerous man or gangster?
“What? Why are you talking like this, and what do you mean by who he is?”
‘Yes, you are right. Why am I even asking this as, after looking at Robinson’s condition, I am sure that he is a very dangerous man?"
“Angie, stop talking in riddles. Tell me what the matter is, and what do you exactly mean by "condition?"

Eva promptly made her preparations to visit the hospital, wasting no time. Yet, upon arriving in the living room, she unexpectedly came across the Smith family, engrossed in a conversation.

The moment Eva reached the hospital room, Robinson lying on the bed caught her attention first. His body was covered with bandages. She could spot some plasters on his one leg and also on his hands
Her eyes noticed Angie, who was trying to console another girl, who was sobbing badly
Eva reached to Angie but Angie dragged her outside the room to have a chat
“What happened? some accident?
"No, some men took him by force and inflicted severe beatings on him.”

“Ooh no! But who did this?
‘ Upon regaining consciousness, Robinson informed his girlfriend that the distressed girl was indeed his girlfriend. He disclosed to her that your boyfriend had done this with him.
It frightened Eva to know this, but she couldn’t understand how. When? And why did Stephen do this to him?
Even she was still not sure that Stephen was the actual culprit. But she halted her thoughts and took out the same money envelope which she was going to pay Robinson
