Chapter Five #3
Henry wasn’t sure if he was talking to him or to himself, but it didn’t matter because suddenly Jackson pressed forward, and the head of his cock slipped into Henry.
He moaned when Jackson pushed the rest of his long thick cock inside.
Jackson rotated his hips until he found the angle that caused Henry to cry out. “Fuck,” Henry all but shouted.
“You’re close, aren’t you?”
“Please, Jackson,” was Henry’s answer.
“Want me to make you come, baby?” Jackson’s voice was still very much in control.
“Please,” Henry panted. Jackson sped up a little and Henry felt his muscles tense. This was it. As long as Jackson didn’t stop, this was going to be the best orgasm of his life. Everything Jackson had done to him had felt amazing, but now he needed release. “Don’t stop.”
“Not this time, baby. I need this as bad as you do.”
Jackson thrusted faster, and Henry found he had a hard time breathing. His balls started to tingle, and he could feel his orgasm building. “Jackson,” he cried out as he strained toward release.
“That’s it, baby. Need you to come for me.” Jackson grabbed his hips and thrust harder.
“Oh fuck.” Henry’s orgasm slammed into him, wave after wave of intense pleasure washing over him. He heard Jackson growl, moan deeply, then the man stilled for a moment.
“Fuck, Henry.” Jackson’s warm breath huffed against his neck, causing a full-body shudder to roll through him.
As he worked to control his breathing, he felt Jackson unsnap the cuffs on his wrists then slowly pulled out of him.
He watched as Jackson got out of bed to dispose of the condom and grab a towel.
Henry lowered his arms to his sides and closed his eyes.
Damn, that had been intense. Jackson returned, cleaning him off then pulling him onto his chest.
“You okay?” Jackson asked as he rubbed Henry’s shoulder.
Henry opened his eyes and looked up at the man. “That was incredible.”
Jackson stroked his cheek then lightly kissed his lips. “Are you tired? Or do you feel like watching a movie with me?”
“Yeah, I can hang out for a while.”
Jackson helped him to his feet, then they both pulled on their clothes and went into the living room. “How about some ice cream?” the man asked. “I have strawberry swirl.”
“That would be great. Strawberry is my favorite.” Even such a small thing as liking the same flavor of ice cream caused his heart to squeeze.
Jackson went in the direction of the kitchen while he arranged himself on the couch, grabbing the remote and turning the television on.
He scrolled through the streaming service for a minute, finally settling on the classic thriller The Thing.
“Great choice.” Jackson handed him a bowl then sat down close to him.
Henry leaned against him. Damn, this is so comfortable.
No, comfortable was not the word. This was something he’d never felt before.
It was almost complete peace. For a while, they quietly watched the movie.
“I’m not sure what’s better,” Jackson interrupted.
“Watching you lick ice cream off that spoon, or one of my favorite movies.”
Henry finished the bite he was taking then looked up at Jackson with a grin and a flirty tone. “Is there something wrong with the way I eat ice cream?” He raised an eyebrow, locking eyes with Jackson before taking another bite.
“Yeah, it’s incredibly fucking distracting.” Jackson chuckled. Gunfire from the screen drew his attention back to the movie.
Henry snuggled closer then laughed. “I’ll try to tone it down so you can pay attention.”
After he’d taken the last bite, he glanced over to find Jackson’s bowl empty as well.
Henry took both bowls to the kitchen to rinse them out.
When he returned, Jackson wrapped an arm around his shoulders, and Henry leaned against him.
Jackson’s fingers trailed up and down his upper arm, while Henry’s hand rested on Jackson’s chest. A strange sensation appeared in Henry’s stomach then spread through his entire body.
It was something he’d never experienced.
He felt safe, like nothing could hurt him in any way.
He felt protected in a way he never had been.
And then it hit him. Shit. I’m falling for him.
That probably wasn’t a good thing. Their relationship wasn’t permanent.
Jackson was going back to active duty eventually.
Damn, even the thought of Jackson not being around caused his heart to clench.
Maybe he should end things between them already.
It was going to be incredibly rough on him when the man left; it was only going to get harder the longer they spent together.
But then Jackson kissed the top of his head, and it didn’t matter anymore.
He would take any pain that may come for every second he could have with the man.
“Uncle Jackson,” his eight-year-old niece, Piper, screamed and jumped into his arms.
“Hey, Ladybug.” Piper was his little princess, and he completely adored her. While he couldn’t be with her in person very often, he always made sure she had the latest and best technology so that they could video chat.
“Mommy and Nanny are talking about you in the kitchen,” the girl whispered.
“Are they now?” Jackson whispered back. “Let’s go find out what they’re saying.” He sat her on her feet, took her hand, and headed to the kitchen.
“Do you think he’ll ever meet someone he wants more than a physical relationship with?” Jackson rolled his eyes. His mother had worried that he would die alone since he turned thirty.
“It’s hard to say, Mom,” his sister, Melissa, replied. “Jackson—”
“Actually, has a boyfriend,” he cut her off, and they both turned his way.
“Oh, Jackson, sweetheart, we didn’t hear you come in.” His mother came to hug him, and he kissed her cheek.
“Now, tell us about this boyfriend.” Melissa sounded the same way she did when they talked about boys as teenagers.
“Yes, yes. Come sit.” Mom pulled him over to the table where she and Melissa had been sitting.
“Why don’t you go watch some cartoons, Piper?” Melissa told her daughter.
“But I want to hear about Uncle Jackson’s boyfriend too.” She pouted.
“He must be a remarkable man for you to be serious about him.” Melissa laughed.
“Henry is pretty special,” Jackson agreed.
“And when are you bringing him by?” They all stared at him, waiting for an answer.
“I know,” Melissa said. “Invite him on the beach trip.”
“I’ll see what I can do,” he said, taking out his phone to send Henry a message. I’m taking my family to the beach on Saturday, and I want you to come with us. They are dying to meet you.
It didn’t take long for Henry’s reply. I do love the beach, so yes.
You should have dinner with me tonight.
I would love to, but my friends and I make plans to hang out every Thursday. Jackson frowned.
“Bad news?” Melissa asked.
“No.” He shook his head. “Henry already has plans with his friends tonight, that’s all.” What’s the plan for tonight?
Dancing at the Saint again.
That was not the answer he wanted. The thought of other men touching Henry pissed him off. Henry said that he loved to dance, so it was bound to happen. His jaw clenched involuntarily.
“And now you look mad as shit,” his sister observed.
“I’m not mad,” he told her.
“Okay, if not mad, then whatever he said made you hella jealous.”
“Maybe.” That was definitely what it was. The need to text an order for Henry not to go overwhelmed him. But he had no right to do that. Have fun, he sent instead.
It was just after eight when he got home from his mother’s.
“Fuck!” he screamed as soon as the door closed behind him.
He’d kept himself in check for the last few hours so that he and his family could have a nice time.
But the jealousy had been overwhelming him.
He could see some guy dancing close to Henry, whispering in his ear, trying to get him to go home with him.
No, he did not like that at all. What if that guy tried to kiss him?
His blood boiled, and he punched the wall next to him hard enough to crack the Sheetrock.
He strode across to his living room to plop down in his recliner.
But it didn’t relax him the way it usually did.
His teeth were clenched, and every muscle was tight.
“Think, Owens. You’re in a bad situation. What do you do?” He took several deep breaths, and his military training kicked in. “Neutralize the threat.” He knew exactly what he needed to do.
He quickly took a shower, changed into jeans and a dark-blue shirt, then jumped in his Jeep, heading for the club.
Maybe this wasn’t the right decision, but Henry was his boyfriend.
And he had invited him to go the last time.
He got to the Saint in record time, paid the cover charge, then went in.
Maddox and Emmanuel were at a table near the back, while Justin and William were at the bar.
And just as he thought, Henry was on the dance floor with some asshole.
It wasn’t that he didn’t trust Henry; he trusted him more than he did anyone else.
He knew Henry would stop at a dance. It was the other guy he was worried about.
Slowly he walked their way, barely stopping himself from rushing over, grabbing Henry, then punching the guy in the face.
The song changed, and Henry pulled away. But the guy held onto his wrist.
“Come on, Henry, let’s get out of here.”
“I’m sorry, Josh, but I’m seeing someone,” Henry said, loosening some of the tightness in his chest.
“You don’t do boyfriends,” the guy insisted.
“He does now.” Jackson wrapped his arms around Henry’s waist, pulling the man back against him then kissing his cheek.
Henry looked up at him. “Hi, Jackson.”
“Hey, baby.” Jackson softly kissed his lips. He looked up at Josh. “Sorry, man.”
“Wow. I never thought I’d see the day that Henry Andrews settled down.” Josh shook his head. “You must be one hell of a guy. See ya, Henry.”
