Another two weeks has passed. Elijah's vitals has been even better and doctor said he is about to be awake in two weeks tops.
But I don't know what to think I mean four months ago he told us that he is doing good and will wake up soon.
Is soon four months? I don't think so. So honestly I don't fully trust this doctor.
I just hope this little princess waits till he wakes up.
Elijah's father apologized for his behavior and Nico is getting along with him quite fine. He is looking after Elijah's company, which I am really grateful for.
It's not that I am already over Elliot's insults but I think we all need a new page in our lives.
Surprisingly they cut ties with my parents, since they did dig deeper in my story and the truth came that I was not having sexual relationships with several boys, but only with one who didn't want the responsibility. So yes my parents lied. Shocker.
Nico is estatic for his new sister and is sometimes even talking with her. I was thinking about some names, although I wish me and Elijah would discuss that together, but I have to be prepared.
So the names I like are Dalia, Zoey, Elina and Natalie. I am sure I will know which one the moment I see her.
Beside the name we are all prepared, Nico will stay with his grandparents for the time and I always carry my bag I need for hospital. So we are all just waiting for Elijah. And if Elijah doesn't wake up then Lily will be with me at birth like she was with Nico.
Truth be told, I will be scared of him driving alone from now on. Well I am scared of thought about it, ever since accident.
Right now we are having lunch in some restaurant in town with Elijah's parents.
"Skylar dear, how are you holding?"
Oh I don't know I am great. I am exhausted, Nico is asking me at least 10 times a day when daddy can dome home, I am pregnant and I was hoping Elijah would be here for this pregnancy. I don't trust this doctor.
"Fine." I reply with sad smile.
"Oh dear, you will see he will wake up soon. Just wait a little longer."
Well yeah, I wish I wouldn't need to wait! I snap inside of me of course. I know it's not her fault and both of them were here for me.
"I know. I just I need him by my side."
She places her hand over mine in a gesture of comfort.
I have so many things on my mind I totally forgot to tell you about Lily's family. They are doing great. Jace is now almost 1 year old, can you imagine? Time flew by so fast. And Yara is 5. They are such a cute family and Yara loves Jace.
Lily's and Jer's relationships is strong and loving. They don't have connection with his parents, but well her parents love Jer like a son and completely adore Yara and Jace.
Both of their jobs are going great. Lily is more and more known as a photographer. So she is really happy. She only said that she wishes for me to everything works out great.
Well for now I still have my hopes up, besides I would never give up Elijah. I couldn't.
"Momma!"
"Oh sorry baby, I was thinking. Is everything alright?"
"I love you."
"Aww I love you too baby. Shall we go buy you that toy since you were good?"
"Yes momma yes!"
"I can take him Skylar, you shouldn't be overbearing yourself." Elliot, Elijah's dad says.
"If you would like you can take him, thank you." I smile at him and he returns his smile. They depart. Not long after our princess will be born, Nico will be 3. Susan and Elliot were so kind, they completely took over organizing this small gathering.
Suddenly I feel pain in a lower abdomen and seconds later I feel my water broke. No please why now, Elijah is not awake.
"Susan my water just broke, I think it's best if we go to hospital."
"Skylar dear! Come on, come on hurry." She grabs everything.
Later she calls her husband and Lily. She leads me into hospital, I can sense it, she is slightly panicking.
It's funny in most cases it's the woman who will about to give birth the one who is panicking, but in this case I am collected and she is panicking.
"Her water just broke! Quick help her."
The doctor's take me in and prepare me for birth. Contractions are getting more and more common.

5 hours later and Elina Woods was born. Yeah I chose Elina from all those names.
I wanted Elijah to pick her middle name and gave her, his last name. I know he would want to.
(A/N: i just love babies, and there are sooo many cute pictures of them! It was hard to choose one. Oh yeah this is Elina.)
I will admit first I was disappointed that Elijah missed birth but the moment I saw her I forgot about that. She captured my heart. Important is that she is healthy and will have Elijah in her life, so missing birth isn't an issue. I can already know he will spoil her rotten.

Elina is now two days old, I somehow manage to persuade doctors that Nico is with me all the time. He has his own bed in my room.
Elijah's parents even paid that Elijah's room is across ours, since we are on the private floor.
Elina is doing wonderful. She is healthy, eating regularly, sleeping nicely. I still have some pregnancy tummy but you can see I am not pregnant anymore.
Elina and Nico are sleeping and I am reading a book, to relax a bit, when door quietly burst open and in comes Susan, panting.
"He-he-Elijah is awake."
