“Nope,” he smirked, quickly kissing my lips. “I didn’t hurt you, did I?”
“No. I feel sore, but in a good way.” Darce looked down at my sex and must have noticed something, because a perplexed frown fell upon his face.
“Let’s get you in the bath. You’ve bled a little. The water will help with the soreness, too.”
Using his shadow magic, I was relaxing in his warm plunge pool within seconds. The smell of apple and cinnamon filled my nostrils while Darce lay behind me, rubbing my neck and shoulders.
“You’re rather quiet,” he muttered against my ear. “Are you regretting what just happened?”
“Of course not. I’m so blissfully happy that I can barely talk.” Feeling his arms wrap around me, I snuggled back into his chest.

“So, it really has never felt this way with the other females you’ve...?” You would think after all this time I could talk about the other females he’d fucked, but I still struggled to say the word outloud when I was talking about fornication.

I hated to admit it, but the heat of the water was making me realise how much my body ached from all our activities. A massage was just what I needed.
