Chapter 2
Rebecca
Leo’s hand is warm in mine as we leave the bar.
This is happening. This is actually happening.
James walks on my other side, close enough that I catch the scent of his cologne—something expensive and woodsy. Luca trails behind, and I can feel his eyes on me. All three of them focused entirely on me.
My heart hammers against my ribs.
We reach the elevators. The gold doors gleam under the lobby lights. Leo presses the button for the penthouse, and I watch his tattooed forearm flex with the movement.
Of course it’s the penthouse.
The elevator arrives with a soft chime. The doors open to reveal mirrored walls and soft lighting. We step inside, and suddenly the space feels much smaller.
I’m hyperaware of everything. The warmth radiating off Leo’s body beside me. The way James’s grey eyes watch me in the reflection. Luca leaning against the back corner, that easy smile on his lips.
The doors slide shut.
Silence stretches between us. I can hear my own breathing. Can feel my pulse in my throat.
The elevator starts to climb.
What am I doing? This is insane. This is perfect. This is—
“You okay?” Leo’s thumb traces circles on my hand.
“Yeah. Yes. Totally fine.”
I sound like an idiot.
“You sure?” James asks. “Because we can still turn around. No hard feelings whatsoever.”
“I’m sure.” I turn to face them. “I’m just... this is new for me. The whole three-guys-at-once thing.”
Luca’s grin widens. “First time?”
“First time.”
“We’ll take care of you,” he promises. “Scout’s honour.”
“Were you actually a scout?”
“God, no. But it sounded good.”
I laugh despite my nerves.
The elevator continues its climb. Floor numbers tick by.
Leo’s eyes drop to my mouth. “Can I kiss you, sweetheart?”
My breath catches. “Here?”
“Right here. Right now.”
“Yes.”
He steps closer, and I have to tilt my head back to maintain eye contact. His hand comes up to cup my jaw, calloused thumb brushing my cheekbone.
The kiss starts soft. Testing. His lips move against mine gently, like he’s learning the shape of my mouth. Then his tongue traces my lower lip, asking permission, and when I open for him, everything changes.
He kisses me like he’s claiming me. His tongue slides against mine, confident and demanding. His hand tightens on my jaw, angling my head exactly where he wants it. His other hand finds my hip, pulling me flush against him.
I can feel how hard he is, even through his jeans.
Oh god.
When he finally pulls back, we’re both breathing hard.
“Fucking hell,” Luca mutters from his corner.
“Indeed,” James adds, his voice rougher than before.
The elevator dings.
Penthouse floor.
Right. We’re doing this.
The doors open to a private hallway. Plush carpet beneath our feet, soft lighting from wall sconces. Just one door at the end. James pulls out a keycard.
This is crazy. This is insane.
The door swings open, and I forget how to breathe.
The suite is stunning. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the glittering city below, Melbourne spread out like a sea of lights.
The living area is all modern luxury. Cream leather couches, a sleek bar area with bottles that probably cost more than my rent, soft gold lighting that makes everything look warm and inviting.
And through an open doorway, I can see the master bedroom. A massive bed dominates the space, covered in white linens that look impossibly soft.
James crosses to me, his hand finding my chin, tilting my face up. “My turn, I believe.”
My breath catches. I can only nod.
His kiss is completely different from Leo’s. Slower. More controlled. His tongue traces my lower lip before sliding inside, and I forget how to breathe.
When he pulls back, I’m dizzy.
“Fuck,” I manage.
“Now me,” Luca says, grinning. He’s suddenly right there, crowding into my space. His kiss is playful, teasing. Then he bites my lower lip gently, and I gasp into his mouth.
“There she is,” he murmurs.
Okay. Three different kisses. Three completely different styles. I’m going to combust.
“Drink?” James offers, already heading toward the bar.
“Yes. Please. Something strong.”
Luca laughs, the sound warm. “Nervous?”
“Terrified.”
“Good terrified or bad terrified?”
I think about it. “Good terrified. Like roller coaster terrified.”
Leo grins, settling onto one of the couches. “I fucking love roller coasters, but sweetheart this is going to be so much better.”
James returns with a glass of amber liquid. I take it gratefully, letting the whiskey burn down my throat and settle the nerves in my stomach.
“So.” Luca sits beside Leo, their thighs touching in an easy, familiar way. “Should we talk about this? What everyone wants?”
Oh God, we’re having The Talk.
“That’s probably smart,” I manage.
James sits on the arm of the couch. All three looking at me.
Don’t be weird. Don’t be weird.
“I want...” How do you even say this? “I want all of you. Not separately. Together.”
“We gathered that, sweetheart,” Leo says with a grin.
“I don’t know the rules for this.”
“No rules. Just boundaries,” James says. “Things you’re comfortable with, things you’re not.”
I take another sip. “I’m okay with... most things. I think. I’ve never done anything like this before, so—”
“Then we check in,” Luca interrupts gently. “You say stop, we stop. Easy.”
“What about you?” I ask. “What do you want?”
They exchange looks.
“We want to make you feel good,” Leo says. “Want to watch you come apart.”
“I want to worship this body,” James adds, his grey eyes holding mine.
“And I want to make you laugh,” Luca grins. “Maybe make you beg a little. Definitely make you scream.”
My face is on fire.
“Any hard limits?” James asks.
I think about it. “Nothing I can think of right now. Just... check in with me?”
“Always,” Leo promises.
“Anything else?” James prompts.
“I don’t think so.”
“Then we’ll figure it out together.” Leo stands, crossing to me. He takes my hand. “You trust us, sweetheart?”
I look at all three of them.
“Yes.”
“What about you three?” I ask, nerves making me babble. “Do you have, like, a system for this?”
Luca laughs. “A system?”
“You’ve clearly done this before.”
“We have,” James confirms. “We’re comfortable with each other. Comfortable sharing.”
“So no jealousy?”
“None,” Leo says. “We all want the same thing. You satisfied and us doing the satisfying.”
“Good.” I finish the whiskey, feeling braver. “I’m having fun.”
Leo’s smile turns wicked. “We haven’t even gotten to the fun part yet, sweetheart.”
He kisses me again, deeper this time. His hands slide down to my hips, pulling me flush against him. James moves behind me. His hands settle on my waist. His mouth finds my neck.
“Stunning,” he murmurs against my skin. “So fucking stunning, love.”
Luca appears on my other side. His hand trails up my arm, down my side. I’m surrounded. Three sets of hands, three mouths, three bodies.
This is real. This is actually real.
“Bedroom?” Leo suggests against my lips.
“Yes.”
They guide me through the doorway. The bed dominates the room.
This is really happening.
Leo turns me to face him. His hands frame my face.
“You with me?”
I look past him to James and Luca. Both watching. Both waiting.
Fuck being careful.
“I’m not backing out.”
Leo’s smile is devastating. “Good.”
He kisses me again, hands sliding to the zipper of my dress. “Can I?”
“Yes.”
The zipper slides down with a whisper. Cool air hits my back. His hands push the fabric off my shoulders, and it pools at my feet in emerald silk.
I’m standing in my bra and underwear.
My instinct is to cover my stomach, my thighs, but the way they’re all looking at me stops that impulse.
Don’t hide. They chose you. They want you.
“Fuck,” Luca breathes, his voice filled with awe. “Look at you.”
James moves closer, eyes tracking over my body. “Absolutely stunning.”
Leo’s hands skim up my sides, warm and careful. “This okay?”
I nod, not trusting my voice.
The way they’re looking at me—not critical, not analysing—just... appreciating. Like they genuinely love what they see.
Brett’s voice tries to whisper in my head. Maybe you should—
No. Fuck that. Fuck him.
These men see me. Want me. Exactly as I am.
“Still with me?”
“Still with you.”
The bra joins my dress on the floor.
All three are staring.
“Gorgeous,” Leo murmurs, his hands cupping my breasts. “Fucking gorgeous.”
His mouth crashes into mine. His hands cup my breasts, thumbs brushing over tight nipples.
I gasp.
“That’s it,” he murmurs. “Just like that.”
James’s hands slide into my hair, tilting my head back. His mouth finds my throat.
I make an embarrassing sound.
“Love that sound,” Luca says, dropping to his knees. “Want to hear it again.”
His hands hook into my underwear. He looks up at me.
I nod.
He slides them down slowly.
Now I’m completely naked.
Standing between three fully dressed men in the middle of a penthouse suite.
This is the hottest thing that’s ever happened to me.
Leo sweeps me up in his arms, and I yelp in surprise.
“Bed,” he says with a wicked grin. “Now.”
He carries me over and lays me on sheets that are as soft as they looked. Cool against my overheated skin.
He stands back with James and Luca, all three looking at me.
“So,” Luca says, that playful grin back. “Who goes first?”
“You two,” Leo says, pulling one of the plush armchairs to face the bed. He sits, legs spread, arms resting on the sides. “I want to watch.”
Oh my God.
James and Luca exchange grins.
“Works for me,” Luca says, pulling his shirt over his head.
Holy shit, he really does have abs on BookTok.
James shrugs out of his button-up with care. When he’s bare-chested, I realize he’s got muscle hidden under all that British propriety.
They move to the bed, crawling toward me like predators.
“You with me?” James asks, hovering over me.
I pull him down by the back of his neck. “Stop asking and start doing.”
His laugh is dark. “Message received, love.”
