11. Eliana #2

For a moment, neither of us moved. Then his gaze dropped to my lips.

He reached for my hand. “Let’s get inside.”

He led me down the quiet hallway toward our room. When the door closed behind us, the sound of the rain became softer, muffled by the walls.

Adrian turned toward me.

Whatever playful mood we'd carried inside disappeared. He stepped closer, his fingers brushing gently against my cheek. And when he kissed me, I knew neither of us wanted to pretend anymore.

The kiss changed.

What began softly became hungry, all the restraint we'd carried for days finally slipping away.

Adrian pulled me closer, one hand settling at my waist while the other cradled the back of my neck.

I could feel the warmth of his breath against my lips between kisses, each one making it harder to remember why we'd ever tried to keep our distance.

My fingers slipped into his damp hair.

He drew back just enough to look at me. “Tell me to stop if you want me to.”

“I won't.”

Desire flashed across his face before he kissed me again. This time, there was nothing careful about it.

His hands moved slowly over me, lingering with a tenderness that somehow made every touch feel more intense. I pressed closer, answering every kiss, every whispered question with my own quiet certainty.

“Are you alright?” he murmured against my lips.

I nodded, breathless. “Yes.”

He kissed the corner of my mouth, then my cheek, before finding my lips again. The rain continued against the window, filling every pause with its steady rhythm as we surrendered to the moment we'd spent so long pretending wasn't coming.

I had never felt so wanted. And somehow, more than that, I had never felt so cherished. The unsaid emotion finally overwhelmed me. Tears slipped from the corners of my eyes.

Adrian stopped and looked into my eyes. “Eliana?”

I smiled through the tears, touching his face. “I'm happy.”

His thumb brushed gently beneath my eye. “Don't cry.”

“I can't help it.”

He kissed the tear away.

“I was your prisoner once,” he whispered, his forehead resting against mine. “I'm your prisoner still.” His lips found mine again. “I love you, Eliana. I love you so much it hurts...”

My heart trembled. I wanted to ask what he meant, wanted to say out loud to him that I loved him too.

Make him realize how badly I desired him.

I couldn't gather the courage. But his assurance was all I needed to hear before I pulled him back into the kiss.

And for that one night, nothing existed beyond the two of us.

Adrian

The sound of the rain was a symphony, and she was the only audience that mattered. As our lips met again, I felt her surrender completely, a soft sigh escaping into my mouth. Her body trembled against mine, a delicate vibration that spoke of cold, of anticipation, of pure need.

My hands, almost of their own volition, began to map the territory I had dreamed of for so long—the dip of her waist, the curve of her hip, the graceful line of her spine beneath the soaked fabric.

“Eliana,” I murmured against her lips, her name a prayer and a promise. “You’re so beautiful.”

Her fingers tightened in my hair, a silent plea. “Make love to me, Adrian. I need to feel you.”

The words, so honest, so direct, shot straight through me.

I kissed her with all the fervor I possessed, my hands slipping under the heavy, wet weight of her t-shirt.

I lifted it slowly, revealing the paradise beneath inch by glorious inch.

The lamplight caught the water droplets on her skin, making her shimmer like a pearl.

When her breasts were finally bare, I had to pause, my breath catching.

They were perfect, full and soft with peaks that begged for my attention.

“Your beauty takes my breath away,” I whispered, the truth of it aching in my chest. I lowered my head and pressed a kiss to the valley between them, feeling her heartbeat flutter against my lips.

Undressing her was a sacrament. Every brush of my fingers against her skin was an act of devotion. When she finally lay on the bed, her chest completely bare to my gaze, I felt a reverence so profound it bordered on pain.

She was art. She was life. She was mine.

“Eliana, my love,” I breathed, cupping her face. Her skin was so soft. “I never thought I'd live to see this day.”

I couldn’t wait any longer. I leaned over her, drinking in the sight.

Her shyness was evident in the slight tremble of her lips, in the way her eyes darted away for a second before finding the courage to hold mine.

It undid me. This fierce, strong woman, rendered vulnerable and open for me.

I vowed in that instant to be worthy of that trust.

I lowered my mouth to her breast.

The taste of her skin, slightly salty from the rain, was intoxicating.

She gasped as I took the peak into my mouth, suckling gently at first, then with more pressure as her moans guided me.

The sounds she made were my new religion—soft whimpers, breathy sighs, a broken cry when I grazed my teeth ever so lightly over the hardened tip.

I lavished equal attention on both, wanting her to feel worshipped, wanted, adored.

My hand stroked down her flank, feeling the muscle tense and release under my palm.

“Adrian,” she gasped, arching her back, pushing herself more fully into my mouth.

I hummed against her, the vibration pulling another sweet sound from her throat.

I kissed a trail downward, over the quivering plane of her stomach.

My tongue dipped into her navel, and she squirmed, a little laugh escaping her that quickly turned back into a moan.

Her hands were in my hair, not guiding, but holding on, as if I were the only solid thing in a spinning world.

I reached her jeans, and together we pushed them down her long legs.

I took my time, kissing each ankle, the arch of each foot.

When she was left in only her simple cotton panties, dark with a combination of rain and her own arousal, I nearly lost my composure.

The scent of her, musky and sweet, filled my senses.

I hooked my fingers into the waistband. “These too,” I said, my voice rough with desire.

She lifted her hips, a gesture of such trust it made my heart clench.

I drew the final barrier down and let it fall away.

And there she was. My Eliana. Completely open to me.

The lamplight gilded the neat thatch of curls at the junction of her thighs, and the glistening evidence of her desire for me. A low groan escaped me.

“Look at you,” I murmured, my gaze feasting. “My Eliana.”

I had to taste her. I started at her knee, placing a soft kiss on the delicate skin there.

I moved higher, kissing the inside of her thigh, feeling the muscle jump under my lips.

I took my time, kissing and nipping gently, moving dangerously closer to her core.

Her breath was coming in quick pants now, her legs falling wider open in silent invitation.

When my breath finally ghosted over her damp curls, she whimpered. The sound went straight to my manhood, which was painfully hard, trapped in my wet pants. I looked up at her body, meeting her heavy-lidded eyes.

“I love the taste of you,” I told her, and it was the absolute truth.

Then I lowered my mouth and tasted paradise.

The first touch of my tongue to her slick folds was a revelation.

She cried out, her hands fisting in the sheets.

She was so sweet, so perfectly her. I moaned against her, the sound vibrating through us both.

I settled in, licking her slowly, thoroughly, learning the landscape of her pleasure.

I focused on the tight, swollen bud of her clit, circling it with the flat of my tongue, then sucking it gently into my mouth.

“Oh, God… Adrian… Don't,” she pleaded, her hips lifting off the bed.

Her words were fuel. I slid one finger inside her, then two. She was so hot, so incredibly tight and wet for me. I curled my fingers, searching, and found that spot deep inside that made her entire body jerk. A cry was torn from her throat.

“Ah! There!”

I established a rhythm, my fingers pumping in and out in time with the strokes of my tongue.

The sounds were obscene and beautiful—her ragged moans, the wet slide of my mouth on her, the soft squelch of my fingers moving within her.

Her taste flooded my senses, and I knew I could get drunk on it.

I felt her inner muscles begin to flutter around my fingers, signaling her approach.

“I’m close,” she warned, her voice strained. “So close…”
