Epilogue
Carter
I didn’t expect Poppy to agree to move in with me so quickly. Since she’d just barely moved into her new place, I figured we might be months or even a year out before she was ready to give it up.
But my girl was all in, and where we lived didn’t matter as much as the fact that we were living together did. We spent the next few weeks moving out the things that she wanted to keep or leave for Briana, and then we held a huge yard sale and got rid of everything else.
Briana was so excited to move into the apartment. Not only was the mortgage Poppy was paying $100 less per month than what Briana had been paying in rent, but since she didn’t have a lot of nice furniture, she was able to keep a lot of Poppy’s stuff.
It made Poppy very happy to be able to help her friend save some money, keep her in the neighborhood, and have her mortgage paid in a single transaction.
My relationship with Poppy continued to grow, and within months, our dynamic had shifted from evening scenes to an almost total power exchange. She still had her job and I still had mine, of course. But after hours, she liked to hand all of her decisions and Big decisions over to me and easily let me take care of her.
She was my dream come true.
Things weren’t always perfect—especially on the rare occasions when I had to travel and she wasn’t able to go with me—but spending time with my Little girl and her group of Little Lovelies made my Daddy heart grow bigger than I could have ever imagined.
Cassie wants to have a Daddy of her own like Poppy and Cassie have, but she’s too independent to fully submit to anyone. Even the sexy ER doctor who immediately recognizes the brat within her who needs to be tamed.
