9 Kimber
Bobby blows up my phone in the morning because someone no-called no-showed, and it was only day three for them. Bobby should probably be doing this since it’ll put me at twelve hours for the day, but I already knew when he texted that there was no way that would happen.
I should’ve ignored the text. I’m a manager here, not a slave. Bobby should hire more people and pay better and he wouldn’t have all these problems. But alas, here I am.
My whole body aches in the best way, and I’ve spent most of the morning leaning on the counter.
My ass is tender, my pussy is sore, and my thighs ache.
My throat doesn’t hurt at all, telling me that Rich knows how to apply pressure and knock someone out erotically instead of violently.
My nipples are more sore than my neck, and I suspect he had plenty of fun playing with those while I was out.
Thinking about it sends a ripple of desire through me.
I need to get a grip on myself, but if I’m being honest I know it isn’t going to happen.
My traitorous body already craves more when I’m still not sure how serious Rich is about this.
If it’s a fling I’m going to have a severe sexual withdrawal when he’s no longer fucking me like I’m his oxygen.
Sweeping my gaze around the store, I groan. No one’s going to be in here at this hour, and right now it really shows. Hour three and I’ve had zero customers walk in. It does give me some satisfaction that Bobby is losing money by having me on the clock though.
The door opens and I bite back a groan. Considering how sore I am, I was really looking forward to doing some more leaning and avoiding work. Swiveling my gaze to the front, I straighten up immediately.
Rich walks in, smirking as he approaches the counter. Without thinking I reach up and touch the necklace I’m still wearing from last night, the pendant decorated to look like a pretty rose instead of a tracking device.
His gaze narrows in on that first, and he waves the arm with his watch on it. “I didn’t turn it on. I figured you’d be here most if not all day.”
I smile, sweeping a hand around me. “Story of my life. I’m always working.”
He nods, his violet eyes still staring at me. There’s that intensity again, and I almost want to look away. “Did you have fun last night?”
I shoot him a coy grin, crossing my arms on the countertop. “Very much.”
Rich leans close, copying my position as he props his elbows on the counter too and folds them, that smirk still in place. “You know, there is a place we can go for a repeat. One that won’t have my neighbors calling the cops if we plan to fuck regularly.”
“You want to be my fuck buddy?” I chuckle, raising a brow.
For a moment, something flashes across his face. Just because I’ve had feelings before and I’m attracted to Rich doesn’t mean the feeling is mutual. We haven’t really talked about it that deeply. “Something like that.”
He pulls out his phone, tapping the screen a few times before turning it to me. I lean closer and narrow my eyes, reading the name of the site. “Euphoria Hot Springs? I’ve never heard of it.”
“It’s not your regular hot springs,” Rich agrees. “I stock the owner with a lot of custom items, just like I do for S it’s comforting. I run my fingers across his knuckles and close my eyes again, content to listen to him and the radio as we head out into the mountains.
